Vince mcmahon 'shoot' interview

Recommended Posts

Guest DARRYLXWF

Before Raw was aired in Australia, a little interview with Vince McMahon was done. Here are a few little interesting bits.

VINCE RUSSO: When the name was brought up, Vince said 'His personal ego got the best of him, and I can only think of him as...a failure.

MOST REGRETTED MOMENT: The death of Owen Hart

-Wants to have Shawn Michaels back.

-He WANTS to have Bret Hart back, in whatever shape or form. (well, he didn't use those words, but that's what he was implying)

-ONE LAST GOAL: And he really paused on this one to build up the suspension, I personally thought he would say something like 'For people to universally recognize prof. wrestling as sports entertainment with athletes, as opposed to 'a joke.'...but nope...He wants to be a Grandfather. The interviewer said 'Hurry up Steph!' and Vince replied, 'Whoa, she isn't married yet, slow down there.' Funny stuff.

If Hunter and Steph had a kid, it'd be running the WWF in thirty years.

The interview was allright, but the interviewer (Andy "I've been watching wrestling since the 80's but I don't know who Brian Pillman is" Raymond) could have asked so much more.

Eg:

- XFL

- The Trish/Stacy love angle

- Steph's writing ability

- Steph's enlargement

- Kronik, the list goes on....

I found it interesting that when Vince was asked about Sting he said that "we have had talks" without actually ruling it out, unlike the way he said that it was unlikely Goldberg would be brought in.  Scott Steiner he didn't answer on which probably means that he's signed.

What I didn't like when he spoke about Owen Hart is that he ended his reply with "well sometimes accidents happen."  It just made it sound too flippant.

I think Andy Raymond (the interviewer) is a big Rock mark.  He was the only active Superstar he asked Vince about.  I also remember when William Regal had come down he asked Regal about Rock too.

I found it funny when they showed clips of him at some open air venue and the "What?" chant came up.  He (jokingly) said he would beat up the first person who started up that "What?" crap.

Thirty years?

I doubt it.  That kid would be pinning Jericho and Angle before he's out of diapers!

That child would be a McMahon-Helmsley.  The rightful owner to the McMahon legacy will be one Shane McMahon Jr.

INDEEEEED!

OK sorry I couldn't resist.  I agree with whomever suggested that it would be none other than Shane-O-Mac would be more likely to run the company in 30 years than HHH Jr.  Perhaps Vince was referring more to Shane having grandchildren anyway (after all, isn't he older, and married)? It doesn't look like he'll be on TV for a while, and if HHH and Steph got married and started a family whatever that'd probably affect his schedule, and there is no way he wouldn't get exactly what he wanted for a schedule/pay if that happened.

The other funny part of the interview was when Vince suggested he might have to draw Shane a diagram if he is ever going to become a grandfather.

BTW, Andy Raymond = Total Mark

You think Triple H's and Steph's kid will be called Damian?

A real Mcmahon-Helmsley blooded child would be the most screachy-voiced intense kid ever.

What if Kevin Nash is GodFather?

The Kid would know every single Political Trick EVER!

Jericho would never see a TV time again!

Just out of spite, they'd find a way to have Angle or Jericho minaturized and injected into Steph's body like that movie "Innerspace", and they'd go toe to toe with the demon child in the womb.  They'd make it the main event of Wrestlemania, I can see the posters now:

Hunter and Stephanie:  Together, they have joined forces to create the most menacing superstar to ever grace the federation...and we haven't even seen him/her yet!
