Is anybody thinking of going to the shows, I live in Birmingham and so the NEC sounds tempting if it is not too expensive. Has anybody been to their hous eshows? Are they worth going too?
Guest barnacles Posted April 18, 2002 Report Posted April 18, 2002 Yeah-I imagine I'll go when they come to Dublin (July 6). I went to the show the last time they were here, it wasn't bad-wasn't great though. There's so little wrestling over here though that I'd go and see it even if the card is crappy. They're announcing that Double J, Steiner and Christopher will be there, but both may be gone by July. In which case the main event could be Nathan "i suck" Jones versus Devon Storm, or a "Hardcore Midget", or then again the company might just fold. €50 for a ticket to a crap show is pretty pricey though.
Guest dreamer420 Posted April 18, 2002 Report Posted April 18, 2002 I would go for sure...if I didn't live in Canada. Live wrestling usually kicks ass and with the talent that the wwa has i would be there for sure. I would love the chance to see Jerry Lynn wrestle live.
Guest barnacles Posted April 19, 2002 Report Posted April 19, 2002 Yeah, live wrestling is great, I've never seen Jerryy Lynn much, and i've never even seen Sabu wrestle, so I'd love to go to see them. I assume that the WWF wont re-sign JL, but then again, they seem fairly serious about this Light Heavy Weight Division. Also I've heard rumours about JJ's dad's fed' joining up with the WWA for some shows.
