What's with the double count outs on Jakked/Metal? Is a trend starting on that show? Maybe we'll see the ref DQ a wrestler for not breaking the hold before the 5 count.

They obviously couldn't pick a winner between Lance Storm and Hugh Morrus...or they see potential for a feud.

How is this different than WCW?  Oh yeah...they wrestled on real TV over there.

General Rection vs. Lance Storm redux.

The Godfather push continues while the Venis push JR talked about a few weeks back becomes more and more of a joke. Second week in a row he's lost to the Godfather.

From Rajah:::

Hollywood Hulk Hogan Interview

-Hendrix wails and the red and yellow flashes, as Hulk Hogan makes his way to the ring. There's no doubt, Hulkamania is still running wild. He's heard the word "reality" used a lot lately. Is it reality that he'll beat Triple H this Sunday? That he'll pull off what no one thinks he can do? Well the Hulkster is going to reach down inside and become WWF Champion once again. Like Vince always says: perception is reality. He never thought he'd be back in the WWF, let alone with 67,000 Hulkamaniacs cheering for him at WrestleMania. This Sunday, he's got a shot at the WWF Title. He used to take the Championship for granted, but now that he's been away for so many years, he realizes what it really means and how precious it is. This may be his one shot to complete his journey. With all that said, this is reality. He believes in his heart that he can do this. All the Hulkamaniacs believe he can do it. And Triple H had better believe it can do it, because at Backlash, he's going to have the 24-inch pythons running wild on him. Whatcha 3.00 gonna do, bro2.00ther, when Hul1.00kamania-- The Y2J Countdown hits 0.00 and out comes the Ayatollah. He tells Hogan to shut his mouth. Reality? The reality is that Hogan is a farce, a joke. No matter what people say, Jericho is not the has-been around here; Hogan is. Hogan doesn't want Hulkamania to end? Hulkamania died around the same time the rubix cube went out of style. The fact that a has-been like Hogan gets a Title shot, while a Living Legend like Jericho doesn't even have a match is unfair. What has Hogan ever accomplished in the WWF? So he sold a couple t-shirts. So he had his own cartoon. Big freaking deal! Jericho was the first Undisputed Champion in history! He was the Undisputed Champion until Triple H stole it from him at WrestleMania. For that, Jericho despises Triple H. But he'll still enjoy watching Triple H destroy Hogan, because at least Trips got the belt by defeating the best in the business. Since Hogan's been back, he's had one singles match, and he blew it. Hogan lost at WrestleMania, and yet he gets an Undisputed Title shot? He still has the fans following him and chanting his name? That's garbage. Hogan tells Jericho to shut up. If Jericho has something to say, why doesn't he come down to the ring and say it to his face. Jericho looks around, takes off his shirt, and makes his way down the ramp. Jericho gets in the ring and stares Hogan down. He starts to speak, but Hogan clocks him across the face. Hogan beats Jericho into the corner, when Angle comes down to make it two-on-one. Edge runs down, and he and Hogan clear Angle and Jericho from the ring. Fade Out.

I have to hear Jericho talk to Hogan like that!!!!

Recap of last week's Smackdown happenings where Test says the accelerator was stuck on the limo as he was driving it towards Mark Henry.

Hulk Hogan comes to the ring. It's still running wild without a doubt. I've been hearing the word reality used a lot lately? Is it reality that I will beat Triple H this Sunday? Is is reality that I will pull off what certain people think I can not do? I will pull off the impossible and become WWF champion one more time. Well Vince, it's like you always say - perception is reality. I never thought I would be back in the WWF. I never thought 67,000 people would be cheering for me at WrestleMania. And I never thought Hulkamiani would be running wild today stonger than it's ever been. Whether you call it reality or perception, I'm loving every minute of it and don't want it to end. LordsofPain.net. I have a shot for the title at backlash. I sed to take the championship for granted because I thought it would stick with me for as long as I live. Since I've been out of the WWF for many years, I realize how important it is. You can call it crap if you want but I don't care. This is reality. I believe in my heart that I can do this. The Hulkamaniacs believe I can do this. Triple H better believe that I can do this because at Backlash this Sunday when these arms run wild on you, what are you gonna do?

Jericho's music cuts Hogan off. Jericho comes out to the top of the stage with mic in hand. Why don't you shut your mouth Hogan. You wanna talk about reality? the reality is this, you are a farse. The reality is you are a joke. No matter what all these people think and say. I am not the has been around here. You are the has been Hogan. You don't want Hulkamania to end? I got news for you grandpa. Hulkamania ended around the time that Rubik's Cube and "Where's the Beef?" were invented. I don't even have a match at backlash. It's not fair. Who do you think you are Hogan? What have you accomplished in the WWF? So you sold a few t-shirts and had your own cartoon. Big deal. I was the first undisputed champion in history. I was the champion until Triple H stole that from me at WrestleMania. And for that I despise him. But I will enjoy it when he tears you up at Backlash. Atleast Triple H beat one of the very best in the business. He beat me. Since you've been back in the WWF you have one good match and you blew it. And you still get a title shot? You still have them chanting your name over and over again. That is garbage.

Why don't you shut up Jericho. I'm tired of listening to your crap. if you have a problem with me come down here and say it to my face.

Jericho walks down the ramp and enters the ring.

Hogan, I've been waiting to do this....

Hogan cuts Jericho off with punches. Kurt Angle comes down and he and Jericho double team Hogan. Edge hits the ring to even up the score and he and Hogan clear the ring.

-commercial-

Don't give me an explanation, just get the hell out. Edge starts yelling at Vince, saying he is scared of him and he can beat Vince's little lap dog - Angle. Edge says he will leave for now. Stacy walks up and asks if there is anything she can do for him. Vince wants her to bring Triple H to his office.

She starts to explain but can not concentrate as she is looking at Triple H's body. Stacy quickly says that Vince wants to see him. Triple H says he will be there when he gets there. Stacy storms out of the room.

Mr. McMahon's spiritual advisor, Dvon, comes to the ring while church organ music plays in the background. Dvon gets on the mic. Ladies and gentlemen of the congregation. I come to you as a humble servant of the man above. Two weeks ago a great profit came to me and said - Dvon, you must leave the WWF and go find yourself. One week later I came back. Not only did I find myself but I found the man above. I found joy. I found redemption. I found peace of mind. I should thank the profit that showed me that light. That great profit is a wealthy man. He is a powerful man. That great profit is none other than Vince McMahon. Vince, the savior of the WWF, helped Dvon find his way to the light. As I look out at you people I can see a lot of lost souls. I can see each and everyone of you need that light. I am the man that can bring that to you. The dwelling city of demons is talking about you. You need saving. You need a man like Vince. Vince is my personal benefactor. We can show you the light if you let us. Me and the great profit, we are the sheep, and you are the wolves. You are the wicked. We are the strong. I promise you that if you let me show you the light, I will take everything to the man above and show him what needs to be done. Like he did me, he picked me up and turned me around. He set my feet on solid ground. If he did it for me, he can do it for you. As far as I am concerned, this sermon is over. The organ music plays. Dvon walks up to the fans at ringside with a basket and asks for an offering. People are actually placing dollar bills in there! The basket is now full. Dvon walks to the back.

LordsofPain.net. Triple H with a belly to back suplex on Jericho. Angle misses a spear on Triple H and hits the ring post. Hogan tagged in and cleans house. Hogan with the big boot on Angle. Jericho intercepts the leg drop by tripping Hogan and pulling him out of the ring. Jericho brings a chair in the ring and throws the referee out. Triple H blocks the chair shot and hits Jericho with a ddt. Jericho saves Angle from getting the pedigree. Double team on Triple H in the corner. Hogan throws Jericho out of the ring. Hogan goes to hit Angle with the chair but Angle ducks and Hogan accidently hits Triple H. Angle and Jericho double team Hogan. Edge enters the ring and spears Angle. Edge and Angle fight through the crowd. Hogan hits Jericho with the big boot and leg drop. Hogan turns around into a blatant chair shot from Triple H. Triple H looks over Hogan who is layed out. Hey, HHH didn't job and Hogan didn't job, but JERICHO AND ANGLE DIDN'T JOB EITHER!  PROGRESS, or something!  :)

Seems like most of this show is all talk or skit.

But the Jericho promo seems interesting.  For a half-second there, I was actually fantasizing about a Jericho / Hogan feud.

Of course, I immediately dispelled it, because were that to happen it would only serve to further bury Jericho's career...

Why do Hogan, HHH, and Edge go over just because they're the "good" guys?  They suck.

Because other organizations(*cough*WCW*cough*) made a habit out of NEVER letting the good guys go over and look where they are now.

Five matches is a little on the skimpy side ... then again, I dunno how long they're gonna be.

Either way, the show sounds kinda entertaining.

Since HHH(champ) got the last shot in on Hulk, does that mean Hogans gonna win at Backlash, considering that odds are on his side probably.

Being beaten by Sara, of course.  What is wrong with Bob Holly?

I wonder if Albert will be near naked this week like he was on last week's SD?  I haven't read anyone who attended last night's taping whether he was wearing his sexy little Austin-like shorts or not.

It looks like Hogan is winning the match on Sunday, due to what happened at the end of Smackdown. I really hope he does too, because Vince said that if HHH lost he would be on the Smackdown side. I wouldn't have to watch him on Raw then:) Also Hogan vs Undertaker or Hogan vs Austin would be a bigger matches than HHH vs Undertaker and I know they aren't doing HHH vs Austin yet.
