Best time I had in a while

I've never since I have been alive done this.

 

 

So me and my friends are sitting around at my house. Out of the blue, we want to go on a road trip. We pack up a 2 tents, sleeping bags, and all the accessories. Next thing you know we are on the road. We drove for like 7 hours to Flagstaff, Arizona where Northern Arizona University is located. Also where two of my friends go to school to. Never been to a small mountain town like that. We had so much trouble finding a place to camp. So we took a dark road off the main road and drove off into it about 10 miles until we thought it felt right, parked the car, hiked up the mountain to the other side of the mountain, and set up camp. We built a pretty big fire which amazed me considering there was about a foot of snow where we were. We had a bottle of Tequila, a 30 pack, bottle of Kahlua, and my friend we picked up at NAU brought some random alcohol which tied us over for the night considering we had about 6 people there. We stayed for 2 nights and but for the second night we stayed with my friend at his dorm because at night it got really fucking cold in a tent.

 

It felt really good to do something so spontaneously. I had a rough couple of months I guess so a little road trip with a few friends felt really good.
