A VIDEO that I made for ya'll to critique

A few points:

 

1. Limp Bizkit is awful; get a better song.

2. How is he "doing things [his] way" by getting hit in the head with a chair?

3. He was a good wrestler, in '96. Your video proves nothing.

4. WHY put text like that in the middle of the video? It shouldn't require such a narrative.

5. The text is on there for an hour.

6. AND YOU PUT IN CREDITS.

7. It's James A. Johnston, not Jim Johnson.

8. NEVER NAME ME AGAIN

9. Ten seconds of blank screen. That's not good.

 

 

...Okay, you need a production class, or something. At least pay attention to other tribute videos. "My Way" is pretty played out/overused. You don't put in credits. The video should be longer, without any text halfway through.

 

The actions in the video should, at least, sort of match the lyrics/beat of the song. Your video worked better as a HHH tribute. Shawn getting beat up doesn't prove anything about his skills.

Terrible video.

 

The music just doesn't go with the action on the screen. I mean, certain points of the song should be obvious. Have the guys staredown at the beginning then, with the tempo of "My Way" picking up, finally have them swinging at each other. You just included random clips of his match with Triple H, with absolutely no reason for them being where they were.

 

I'm a Shawn Michaels fan as well, but I found the video horribly amateurish and pretty much just a waste of time.

 

I mean, DFA, isn't TRITEC your friend? Even SHE thought it sucked. That's when you know the video is bad.

This video wasn't supposed to be a tribute or by any means ***PROFESSIONAL*** It is a test video. It's actually my first attempt at video making. I'd say a damn fine job, if I do say so myself. For me never touching video editing before. I did pretty good job with a 2 hr limit. It was really late/early in the morning like 5:00 AM. So screw you guys........I'm going home!

I originally had Control, by Puddle of Mud and some wierd song by Disturbed on the fence for this one. I just like the timing of Limp Bizkits tempo moving up and HBK saying "Give Me More" all bloodied. Pure genious if I do say so myself.
