Pretty much every WWF show from, I think, IYH: Return of the Taker (I thoughtWM 13 wasn't booked by him, though he got the book before then) until Unforgiven 1999. In WCW, Halloween Havoc 1999 through Starrcade 1999. Souled Out had so many changes due to injury, it wouldn't be fair to blame him for it. Also, WCW PPV's from Spring Stampede 2000 up through, I'd suppose, Fall Brawl 2000 (which was one really underrated show, BTW) -=Mike ...I can't keep track enough of TNA shows from week to week to judge
