The New Promo Video:

Fair warning it's a bit long.

The promo includes:

-a sitdown interview between Pierre Carl Ouellet & Brian the Guppie where they discuss Kevin Steen's physical and verbal attack that ended Violent Valentines.

Which if you haven't seen, can be found here:

http://www.syndicatewrestling.com/images/m...steenspeaks.wmv

-a "shoot" promo by Green Phantom

(Just to explain quickly, the guy Phantom is attacking here is the guy who beat Phantom for the belt last year. He is the now the champion of another (much smaller) Montreal fed, and he is scheduled to defend that title the same night as the Medley show, so Phantom challenging him to come to the Medley is a bit of a shoot.)

-Sexxxy Eddy & PCO (with Beef Wellington) discuss the IWS title match at the Medley

-Sexxxy Eddy & Commissioner Joseph FitzMorris & Dan Paysan (with Beef Wellington) discuss another match scheduled for the Medley.

*FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE*

Pierre Carl Ouellet and Kevin Steen On Collision Course

Once, Pierre Carl Ouellet and Kevin Steen were best friends. Once, they trained together, ate together, fought together. Once, they shared a dream of making it to the WWE together. But that was before Violent Valentines. That was before Kevin Steen’s mind snapped in a jealous rage. That was before Kevin Steen tried to break PCO’s neck with a Package Pile-Driver. On March 27th, the Internet Wrestling Syndicate presents the biggest wrestling show of the year at the beautiful downtown Medley. The show is Know Your Enemies and PCO knows his enemy: Kevin Steen, the friend he trusted, the student he trained, and the man who will feel the awful wrath of PCO’s vengeance as the two men clash in the main event for PCO’s IWS title.

The Internet Wrestling Syndicate is pleased to announce that the matches at Know Your Enemies will be filmed to be shown on Pay Per View across Canada. Aaron Weiss, producer of “Wrestling: Past, Present and Future” has chosen the IWS to represent the future of wrestling in Canada. To support the wrestling in the ring, amongst the best in Canada, the management of IWS has arranged for a sound and lighting set-up that will exceed the expectations of the even the most jaded fan.

To make the event that much more of a special occasion, the IWS fans’ favourite band, Tantrumn will be on hand to open the show with their “IWS Theme”. In addition, prior to the main event, they will play Pierre Carl Ouellet’s new theme song. During the show, footage will be shot to create a music video for this newly composed song which is being filmed for Musique Plus.

The fans, the self-proclaimed “hardcore soldiers” of the IWS, have previously shown that when it comes to charity that they know how to give until it hurts, generously supporting both Sun Youth and the Montreal Children’s Hospital. For Know Your Enemies, the IWS is calling on its fans to help Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Montreal by bringing a donation of used clothing. Any one who contributes will be entered in a draw for free IWS merchandise.

Two men who know a little something about hardcore will meet at Know Your Enemies... and they will be bringing friends. After losing to Nightmare Manson during Violent Valentines, the Arsenal challenged Manson to a death match at the Medley saying, “Bring two friends, if you have any, because I am going to have the Fan Favourites in my corner.” One can only wonder what sadistic tricks the sociopathic Arsenal has up his sleeve, as he prepares for a match where he can indulge his misanthropy in full.

Another match that is leaving fans guessing is the bout between Fred le Merveille and the man he calls “Boeuf Wellington.” The self-appointed IWS language policeman, Fred le Merveille challenged Beef Wellington to a “Quebec Rules” match. No one is entirely certain what rules will be used in a “Quebec Rules” match, but it would be a fair guess that they will not be to the advantage of the anglophone Beef Wellington.

While Fred le Merveille, the leader of le Syndicat de Lutte Internet, rigs a match in his favour, his henchmen, Damian St-Denis and Viking St-Veronique prepare to defend their newly renamed “Ceinture de Champion par Equipe SLI.” Their challengers at the Medley will be Kid Kamikaze and Kurt Lauderdale. While no-one can deny the wrestling ability of the tag team champions will it be enough to fight off the technical genius of Kid Kamikaze joined with the frightening power of the Career Killer Kurt Lauderdale?

Kid Kamikaze and Kurt Lauderdale got their title shot by following IWS Commissioner Joseph FitzMorris’ “advice” and eliminating the Green Phantom from the Gauntlet match to name a number one contender held during Violent Valentines. It has been a rough couple of months for the Green Phantom. Since losing the IWS tag title that he held with EXcesS69, the Green Phantom has been ambushed and embarrassed by Tank, by Giovanni and by Kid Kamikaze and Kurt Lauderdale. The IWS Hardcore Hero has come to a conclusion: all of these attacks can be traced back to the hand of one man - Dru Onyx. This prompted a fiery tirade unleashed by the Green Phantom that has just recently been posted on the IWS website: www.syndicatewrestling.com. How will the Bajan Bomber react to this on-line provocation?

The winner of the Gauntlet match and new number one contender for the IWS title, Sexxxy Eddy, reluctantly gave up his title shot for Know Your Enemies at PCO’s request so that the IWS Champion could get his hands on Kevin Steen. This prompted IWS Commissioner Joseph FitzMorris to label Eddy a whiner and an idiot. Since Sexxxy Eddy had no match for the Medley, the Commissioner decided to put his four biggest annoyances... and the four biggest sex symbols in the IWS into a four-way... match: the Triple X “Sex XXXpress” Sexxxy Eddy vs. Dan Paysan vs. Matt Classic vs. Kevin Martel.

More details of Know Your Enemies will be released in the weeks to come as we count down to the biggest independent wrestling show held in Canada this year.
