Guest The Notorious CRD Posted April 22, 2004 Report Posted April 22, 2004 WB, I think, is developing a new series that's set in a Year Two or Year One kind of scenario called "The Batman". But it doesn't follow the Animated Series timeline and is pretty much run by a new creative team. Hm, thanks for the info. I'll give it a shot since I'm already such a Batmark.
Guest SP-1 Posted April 23, 2004 Report Posted April 23, 2004 I'm just waiting for the ANIMATED SERIES to his DVD this summer. That's going to rock my face off. Eight times.
Guest SP-1 Posted April 24, 2004 Report Posted April 24, 2004 ITEM 5: The current NIGHTWING arc was cooler back when it was called BORN AGAIN. (Devin) Grayson sucks, Dick Grayson is a badass who needs Bill Finger to come back from the dead and build him a Rogue's Gallery. Considering Grayson has stated she's never read Miller's DD run, I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt. I enjoy her work and I think she does a good job digging into Dick's character depth.

Come on, man. If I went out and did a story for Marvel about Spider-Man being retired for ten years, and then coming back to a bleak, utilitarian NYC and kicking ass, and at the end he beat the Hulk one on one, and then I told you I'd never read DARK KNIGHT RETURNS you'd think something was hinky there.
