Guest theoldxpac Report post Posted March 27, 2004 The other day i had some message pop up saying i needed to update my secruity level thingy to watch a video, so i clicked ok and for my troubles an iSearch toolbar was installed onto internet explorer. Thing is, i dont want the shitty toolbar, and when i right click in the toolbar area to disable the iSearch toolbar, it comes up with the list of options but you cant click on any of them, meaning that im stuck with this shiity toolbar. Ive been playing around trying to find how to get rid of it but ive had no luck so far, and i have somehow managed to get rid of my address bar, which is fucking annoying. Once again i am unable to get this back the normal way. Any ideas?
Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted March 27, 2004 Sounds like spyware... Download Spybot S&D and run it.

Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted March 28, 2004 Try removing it from the Add/Remove Programs menu, if you're running Windows. It's reachable from the Control Panel folder, or from the taskbar/start menu properties.
