Guest TheMikeSC Report post Posted February 22, 2002 Well, give up on Kaz. He has requested, and been given, his release from his WWF developmental deal. He wants to return to Japan when he finishes his dates here. -=Mike ...Thrilled that Yang isn't signed any more, but REALLY bummed that Skipper isn't, either. Guest InigoMontoya Report post Posted February 22, 2002 The cruiserweights are by far the best to watch. Flame me all you want, but I don't like what I've seen from Malenko as a cruiserweight. I know its more realistic, more technical, and has a stronger psychology (his style I mean) but I think that if they were to build the cruiserweight division, then they need to appeal to the majority of their audience (duh!), which would mean the no-psychology spot fest. Crazy shit. That's probably why the WCW cruiserweight was so popular; because it wasn't little people wrestling usual matches, it was little people wrestling matches only little people can wrestle. I would kill to see some sprinboards, some shooting stars etc. but I wouldn't be too excited about a realistsic looking headlock or leg hold. Hey, I know what marks want... I am one, and if there is to be a cruiserweight division, that's the kind it has to be... crazy shit!

Not all of the WCW cruiser matches were mindless spotfests. It's nice to see the high flying antics but without a solid base then the match is going to suck regardless of what weight division they were in. If you wanted stupid crazy shit, you could watch New jack jump off a balcony every ECW show but the matches were atrocious.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted February 22, 2002 Here is a few that come to mind: ... Blitzkreig ... I don't think Blitzkreig has wrestled since we last saw him in WCW (correct?). Take him out and plug in Elix Skipper.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 22, 2002 I don't think Blitzkreig has wrestled since we last saw him in WCW (correct?). Take him out and plug in Elix Skipper. He hasn't wrestled since then. I heard he now works at a computer store. I read on a site who took it's news from Dave Meltzer's newsletter, that the Crusierweight division will get a push under "Flair's WWF".
