I kind of dug the Tomb Raider games, even though they were largely tedious and repetitive.  I hear the latest one will be more like Metal Gear Solid.  The horrible thing about those games was that you'd have to do a certain move exactly right - make a long jump, time a puzzle correctly - and if you didn't, you were either dead or in a position where you have to redo a long and tiresome section of the level to get back to the point where you screwed up.  It got bothersome.

 

WCW Backstage Assault was horrible. The only thing that salvaged it from the trash can was that you had to fight your way to a title, unlike winning it after three matches (Smackdown: Just Bring It) or never getting a damn title shot (Smackdown 2)

 

Amen about Smackdown 2.  I played Season mode forever, and NO title shot.  Finally, I took my CAW wrestler (Ric Flair, WHOOO!!!!), and went into regular play and beat the champ for the title.  I went back into season mode as the world champ.....and I was still fighting chumps like Crash Holly or Bossman.  Feh.

I didn't know that RE was going to be for PS2 online... I was only going by what  I read in a gaming magazine I read.  If that is the case then cool.
