Whichever ref officiates, he doesn't see Matt and Lita cheating, but he catches Paul Heyman trying to interfere, so he disqualifies Brock Lesnar. Lesnar goes Apeshit and absolutely levels everyone in the ring at Heyman's boasting. It probably would give him more heel heat, but you never know what can happen..... Well, I hope not, they can't job Lesnar in his PPV (and TV, if I'm not mistaken) match debut, unless they have him go CRAZY~! and kill everyone. Why DOES every Hardy match have to end with a Litacanrana? It doesn't add anything to the match, and it especially pisses me off that "faces" can get away with interference and cheating not get boo'ed for it. Today at school they paraded all the Juniors and Seniors into the gym and had a bunch of people come and talk about drunk drivers and then they showed a big video about people who had been killed by drunk drivers. While watching it I wondered.....will they call us back in and show us a video featuring the Hardyz. And then have people share emotional stories....all with the same message? "Don't f*ck with Brock~!" Good God. That was bad. Good God, do I hate the Hardys and Lita. Here's to Brock Lesnar beating the shit out of all three of them. I'm actually kinda liking the Hardys right now. I was really rooting for them during the Raw where they jumped him. Hopefully the push doesn't go nearly as far as Goldberg's. Even with Heyman, that'd quickly get the fans behind him. Have him do some sneak-attacks in the back or something to help keep him heel, at least until his first loss. That way, he'd be helping to get over the guys portrayed as underdogs against him, not to mention how it would instantly elevate whoever finally beats him. Guest godthedog Report post Posted April 20, 2002 yeah, i see this match happening with lots of interference. what the wwf SHOULD do is have a survivor series 95-type 'david & goliath' match, instead of an 'everybody saves jeff's sorry ass' match. brock annihilates jeff for 10 minutes, then jeff gets a fluke rollup out of nowhere holding the ropes. brock annihilates him some more, then annihilates anyone who tries to help him. jeff doesn't look like a total jackass & brock retains his heat (without having it goldberg-type heat that leeches off of his opponents because they can't ever look good). With the way they're pushing him, there's no way Lesnar is going to job in his first match. Guest Report post Posted April 20, 2002 Only way the Hardyz are ever gonna get back over is if somewhere down the line, RVD and Eddy Guerrero team up and start feuding with them. I wouldn't bitch about seeing some gimmick matches between the four. I would rather see Eddy and Rob pushed beyond this but if this did happen I wouldn't bitch and cry. Maybe it was because it was a 7 minute or so match and not a 4 minute slug fest with billy and chuck, but I thought it was really good. Anyways, limited movesets are the WWF signature. It gives the crowd identifyable points to pop for and it's probably easier and maybe safer. Regardless, I believe that jeff can hit other moves, and would on PPV... I can't believe people are hoping for a squash match on PPV. Just because they hate the hardys. I've popped internally for the hardys since they teamed with Hayes. The hatred has always mystified me. I know that they have had paint by numbers matches in the past, but so has SCSA and Angle and Rock. We all know they can do better if given a chance, but people seem sure that the Hardys can't. What the hell's the point in wasting my time with wrestling PPVs if Saturn's out, booker and christian are nowhere to be seen, angle's in the midcard, bradshaw's against scott hall and there's a bunch of SLOW people main eventing? Every Austin match on TV is Punch, Punch, Punch, Thesz press, FU Elbow, Punch, Punch, Punch, Release spinebuster, Punch, Punch, Punch, Kick to the gut, Stunner and Austin is a great performer. TV is very limiting on wrestlers. Every over wrestler sticks to the same signature moves on TV, rarely moving away from them (RVD, Taker, HHH, Rock, Kane, Angle, Jericho), so why are the hardys singled out? I'm aware of the storyline reason being that The Brock KILLED MATT HARDY BY GAWD~! but is there a real life reason, with the storyline reason filled in at the last minute, or was it originally planned to go down that way?
