Guest Ace309 Report post Posted April 19, 2002 Someone PLEASE explain to me how rolling over in a figure-four "reverses the pressure."
Guest Report post Posted April 19, 2002 In a Figure four when done right, the Hold makes it so your own leg is being used to Apply fierce pressure on the leg under it. However... When you turn over, the pressure gets reversed because while you are relaxing the one leg.. the hold he put you in, starts effecting him thesame way. his legs are in the same position where one is being mashed against the other... Guest Dace59 Report post Posted April 19, 2002 It doesn't really work. I have a firend that works in a local indy fed, he's done it shoot and it still hurts the person first put in the hold when you roll over.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Report post Posted April 19, 2002 I've been goofing around with my friends and when he reversed the F4 on me it hurt me and him.
Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted April 19, 2002 I think it hurt too and I'm pretty sure I had the move on correctly when it was reversed.
Guest ManKinnd Report post Posted April 23, 2002 When I backyard wrestle and give someone a figure four, them turning it over hurt me like a bitch. Hope that helps.
Guest saturnmark4life Report post Posted April 25, 2002 I don't get how the Nagata lock works. I like it (my finisher in smackdown JBI) but i don't see how it hurts cos it's like a reversed figure 4 position for who's in it, but w/o the pressure from the guy who's putting it on. ??? Guest CED Ordonez Report post Posted April 25, 2002 A Nagata Lock hyperextends the knee of the straight leg by using the bent leg as a fulcrum of sorts. At least that's what I've always thought.
