Picture request

I have a sort of weird request. I'm not really computer literate, I don't know a lot about photo programs. But what I want is to take these two pictures I have and combine them into one, for my avatar.

 

I copied them from the Avatar gallery and saved them to my HD, just so everyone knows I'm not leeching off Dames' bandwith
