Guest DeputyHawk Report post Posted April 8, 2004 PUSH-ME POLL MARCH 2004 My attempt at a legitimate North American pro wrestling ranking system based on the push a wrestler receives during the last calendar month. Previous month’s position in parenthesis, Poll of the Year so far follows the March edition at the end of the post. Points ranking system: 10pts for a PPV supercard main event or PPV match with the champion (double points for being put over strong at the end of the show, a la Benoit at WMXX) 5pts for a TV main event, a TV match with the champion or a PPV supercard match (double points for being put over strong at the end of a show, a la Shelton Benjamin on the 3/29 Raw; the weekly TNA shows and more widely seen indy shows (ROH, CZW, PWG, etc) come under this banner too 1pt for a TV match or significant TV appearance, an appearance on the undercard of one of the bigger indy shows, or a main event/match with the champion on one of the smaller indy shows (OVW & Wildside TV tapings, IWA Mid-South, 3PW, JAPW, UPW, Rev Pro, NWA Florida, etc) I’m still ironing out the creases in this, so any feedback is much appreciated… 1—(4)--CHRIS BENOIT 63pts Teamed with Shawn Michaels against Randy Orton & Batista on the 3/1 Raw but the two ended up brawling with each other and World champion Triple-H laid them
