Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted April 20, 2004 I'm fine with Kawada too, I was just saying if he has to drop the belt I think I'd rather it be to Goldberg instead of Mutoh. I'd prefer it go to Kojima but I'm thinking that won't happen. Kojima is my logical choice, but they are putting that off obviously. Also, I wonder if Kawada would be done with AJ if he loses the TC to somebody like Mutoh or Goldberg.
Guest Black Tiger Report post Posted April 20, 2004 I doubt that Kawada will ever be done with All Japan. Because he owes every push he ever got to Baba. I think the only way Kawada leaves All Japan is when Mutoh eventually folds the promotion. That said, Kawada never got a fair shake as the champion until Mutoh came along. Baba either booked him to lose on his first defense or he'd injured himself and had to vacate. I wonder what would have happened had Kawada not broken his arm though. I'd guess he's have lost it to Vader though.

Guest RickyChosyu Report post Posted April 20, 2004 If Kawada had any respect for Baba's memory he would have left AJPW long ago. The promotion has been a joke for years. There's no dignity in his staying, only money. If it wasn't for every other promotion doing just as poorly as AJPW is right now, if not worse, I'm sure he would have bolted. And asking if AJPW booker Kejii Mutoh is getting the Triple Crown title again is like asking if NWA booker Dusty Rhodes is getting that strap again, or if MchMahon son-in-law HHH is getting his title again. All signs point to yes.
