Guest evenflowDDT Report post Posted April 20, 2002 To the best of my knowledge, the only thing on the Paramount DVDs for the Friday the 13th films (which go up to Jason Goes to Hell) are a trailer and an anamorphic widescreen transfer. This in and of itself isn't a bad thing, but the DVDs aren't exactly priced for a bare-bones disc, unless they've brought the price down a lot (last I checked it was in the $25 range). I doubt the 3D segment is included on the DVD for part 3. Not being a real fan of the films, I suppose an anamorphic transfer is enough. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest Report post Posted April 20, 2002 F 13 1-8 belong to Paramount, and only have trailers, and the French Language. Jason Goes to Hell is owned by New Line Cinema and I'm not sure what it has, if it doesen't have the trailer or any special feature, just buy it on video. Guest Report post Posted April 20, 2002 Only 6 of the F13 movies are on DVD at the moment, and they are in widescreen and include the theatrical trailer. The quality is good though, better than you'll see anywhere else. I'd only recommend buying them if you are a die hard F13 fan.
