Guest Drury37 Posted April 20, 2002 Report Posted April 20, 2002 Is WCW Clash of the Champions 18,19,20 and 22 good at all? Thanks.
Guest Your Olympic Hero Posted April 21, 2002 Report Posted April 21, 2002 Clash 18 Steiners vs. Hughes & Vader was good Steamboat & Sting vs. Rude & Austin was good too Clash 19 Get it... the tag stuff is classic. Esp. Pillman & Liger vs. Benoit & Wellington. This is the one to get. Clash 20 Steamboat vs. Austin si decent. Rest is ehh... Clash 22 Benoit vs. Brad Armstrong, Scorpio vs. Scotty (Raven) Flamingo, Doulgas & Steamboat vs. Austin & Pillman are fun... rest is not so great.
Guest Tony149 Posted April 21, 2002 Report Posted April 21, 2002 COTC 18 - It's ok. Jesse "The Body" Ventura debuts. A good main event tag match of Rude & Austin vs. Sting & Steamboat. COTC 19 - Haven't seen this one, but I hear it's awesome. COTC 20 - The event takes place from Center Stage in Atlanta. The Saturday Night set is used. I know you're a mark for the Saturday Night set Drury.
Guest Drury37 Posted April 23, 2002 Report Posted April 23, 2002 Yeah because on EBay someone has all four of those,so I'm thinking about bidding. So thanks for all your help and yes I am a "mark"for the WCW Saturday Night entrance set. Thanks.
Guest dreamer420 Posted April 24, 2002 Report Posted April 24, 2002 if it's priced good then I would get those tapes. they will be worth it.
Guest Drury37 Posted April 24, 2002 Report Posted April 24, 2002 It's look one tape with all them on it for like $10.50 plus shipping and handling so I think it's a pretty good deal. Thanks.
Guest dreamer420 Posted April 24, 2002 Report Posted April 24, 2002 I think that's a pretty good deal too.

I don't know if the video quality would be any good for a used tape that was recorded in EP mode. 3 seperate videos would be better if you want them for years to come.
Guest Drury37 Posted April 24, 2002 Report Posted April 24, 2002 Yeah, but I think it could be alright, the guy on EBay sells tons of tape and they seem pretty good. Thanks.

Tapes recorded in EP mode just don't have a long life. If it's something you need for your collection and won't be viewed often then it is a good deal. You might have problems with the tracking on older VCR's though. Good luck.
Guest JHawk Posted April 24, 2002 Report Posted April 24, 2002 Are you sure they're not going to cancel that auction though? It is a WWFE product now, they've been cutting down on things like that being auctioned off.

I always wondered why WCW or the WWF never cracked down on the sale of dubbed copyright material on sites like ebay.
Guest Drury37 Posted April 25, 2002 Report Posted April 25, 2002 There are like 2 days left and it's still there. Thanks.
