Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted April 24, 2004 Well, don't even get me started on my computer problems, because we'll be here until Christmas, but I just downloaded ICQ, and when I go to open it, that extremely annoying message telling me that it has encountered a problem and needs to close, giving the option of either sending or not sending an error message, keeps coming up.
