Guest BaldGhoti Report post Posted April 21, 2002 A WrestleZone news item is saying that we're going to get a Taker/Show program after Backlash. If Taker's fighting Show, that means Austin/HHH. Personally, I'd rather have all my lummoxes in one match, you know? I had a feeling they wouldn't put Taker in the title picture--they just pulled him from it a couple weeks ago. Pretty obvious that Taker's now going to become an upper midcarder, which I think is a great place for him. When he gets his top position, he's no fun to watch, but he can be motivated when he stays just below the main event. Yes, eventually he'll have to get his final title run, but I'd say he's got a couple more years left before that happens. And really, Show isn't as bad as many of you seem to think. I don't mark out for the guy, but I don't hate him all that much either.
Guest Report post Posted April 21, 2002 The Big Show was already an unstoppable force in WCW, anyone remember the time he fell off of Coco Hall, and came back to Wrestle Hulk Hogan.
Guest Report post Posted April 21, 2002 Either Taker is winning or it's gonna be a double DQ.
Guest Report post Posted April 21, 2002 They seem to be building for Austin/Flair, so I see Flair somehow screwing Austin so Taker wins and faces Mr. Intensity at the May PPV.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted April 21, 2002 Undertaker vs. Big Show feud and matches? Oh good lord that will be horrible. Yes WWF why push someone like Booker T when you can push a big slow useless sloth like Big Show. See this is why Kane getting hurt was a bad thing. Now instead of pushing a big guy who can move and give decent matches at times WWF is pushing a big guy who can't move and has never given us a decent match(big show i mean). Oh joy

Guest Smeghead Report post Posted April 22, 2002 Well, Taker did win tonight. But due to the screwy finish, we may get a rematch on Raw with Austin going over. Then Taker would be able to feud with Show. On the other hand, it's been well documented that Austin doesn't like Hogan, so a feud between those two doesn't seem likely. I don't know. I guess we'll find out tomorrow night.
Guest RedJed Report post Posted April 22, 2002 They've pretty much already blown that feud off already when Taker squashed Show a few times this past year on regular TV. I remember a Raw where Taker "last rode" Show off the side turnbuckles (much like he did to HHH at Mania 17) and then Taker also won a HC title match against Show sometime late last year. Feud wouldn't get over, plain and simple. Show needs to be built up much more than just a few weeks worth of a push to be put in a spot like that anyway.
