Tonight I tried setting it up and for whatever reason, I can't get the disc holder to open up. It opens about an inch and then closes. I am worried that I have really screwed up my machine. Scroby 0 Report post Posted May 10, 2004 How long have you had your PS2? If you haven't had it for to long, you can call up sony and they can tell you what to do with it. Either they'll tell you to send it out to them and they'll fix it for you or they might tell you that your screwed. If they say its ok for you to send it to Sony, don't take it apart or they won't touch it. Companys don't like their consoles fucked with it. If they tell you your screwed try to find a shop that repairs things like VCR's and DVD players. A store like that might help you. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
