Sadly the WWF has treated its Light Heavyweight title so bad for years that it is even more worthless than their Hardcore title.

 

So the Western States eritage title isn't alone anymore...

The WWF Light/Crusierweight title is much worse than the Hardcore Title. Which is sad, as the crusierweight division can be good with talent.
