Any chance of having a bump tournament for all the non main-eventers?  Think it would be fun.  Plus it would keep everything fresh.  I know I would love to see some new talent rise.

I've had a few ideas on some stuff like that--I've thought about maybe setting something up after the PPV, when the slate is wiped clean and most storylines have been brought to conclusions.  However, we did just have a tournament, and they do take some time.  Maybe the old brain will conjure something unique.  Nothing concrete yet, but the cylinders are a-firin'...

 

Fire off any suggestions you've got, if you've got em.

you could have qualifying matches for the battle royal compeditors, then hold it sometime after that.

Well, since there are no tag belts, but everyone seems to want a taste of a tag scene in the JL, why not have a tag invitational.

 

The winning team gets ye olde bump.  It'll do something different than the singles tournament, and it'll give those not on the market for gold something to work towards.  Not to mention some team ups would be interesting/ downright hillarious if the angles play out right.

 

Of course there are cons, the biggest being it would be completely unfair for one member of the team to do all of the work, while the other rides their coattails, which can definately happen.

Actually... since the World title is vacanted soon enough. The tournament will consist of the few main event level, and some of Euro. If I do my thinking correct, those Euro guys do decent a slight bumpage for main event will occur. That gives the TV title one or two guys to fill the Euro. Which leaves the best of our newbies to get a title shot.

Well, if the tournament starts on Crimson, and I win tomorrow, then that means that I have no chance in the World Title Tourney, since I will have to face the winner of the World TV Title match, correct?

Derm, we're not really having a tournament.  After the world title is vacated, we'll probably have just a few people go for it.  Other stuff'll come afterward once it's all nailed down.

 

That's the one problem with throwing ideas all over the place...everyone assumes that as soon as someone writes them, they're gonna happen!  Aiee!
