By proficiency I mean do you at least have some experience with running programs, commands and other fun things that Linux does different from Windows

Well yeah, I have experience with running programs and other basic linux stuff. I was only hoping you weren't asking for help with a server or kernels or anything like that.

 

Where have I been? A lot of times I get disinterested in posting here, but the interest comes back often enough.
