It seems like most people are picking Austin, Rock, and Triple H as part of their 30.  To me, that doesn't really seem like a start over.  Those guys along with Undertaker, kane, Hogan, etc. are all old hat; i.e. been done to death.  You could get away with building around one of them but only if all the other guys were fresh.
