He'd just brain storm on a piece of paper and give it to another booker. This way we filter out all his crap and get some good angles. Then I'd hire Terry Taylor mostly b/c he's always been a solid booker. I'd also get Johnny Ace b/c he likes to have mostly clean finishes to matches and the WWF really needs to cut down on interference. Maybe even do a no outside interference angle like WCW. I'd also let Flair have some booking power mostly b/c he's got a good mind for the sport an wouldn't be afraid to give the young guys a shot. I'd let Heyman stay but he'd be used like Russo.

I would take myself off TV unless something very important came up. I would fire Stephanie and the current writing staff, save Heyman. I use only three titles, Heavyweight, Cruiserweight, and tag team. I would vacate every title. My bookers would be: Ric Flair Paul Heyman Terry Taylor Arn Anderson Tom Zenk Johnny Ace Raven Tommy Dreamer Dean Malenko TAKA Michinoku Mick Foley Vince McMahon(Me) None of these guys would wrestle.

They obviously would be junior to the rest, and would have to prove their worth. I think it would be the best way to have some freshness. No Comedy/Drama writers, though.. Yes, I brought back Russo, he would have a nice SHORT leash, he can put good stuff out, he just needs to be restrained, lest he goes over the top... The Head booker position is mainly symbolic, I would definately make it more of an open forum type of meetings, with everyone being able to contribute as much as possible.
