Teen admits to virus havoc

 

An 18-year-old high school student from Germany has admitted to creating the Sasser worm, which affected approximately 20 million computers around the world in May.

 

The worm caused computers to shut down and reboot after infection.

 

The teenager was arrested at home and several computers and disks were seized as evidence.
