Need help with a movie quote

My buddy and I remember this quote from a movie, just not sure which one.  Any help would be appreciated.

 

First character: "You know, if I guy bats .400 in baseball, he's considered pretty good."

 

2ND: Yeah, but if he loses, the other team doesn't eat him."

 

It's probably going to be a little off and not word for word, but you get the point.
