Guest Report post Posted April 26, 2002 Best match of 1992 again with lack of proper material for this time period the best match on a pure wrestling wise would be Ric Flair vs Savage WM8 Runner up Bret Hart vs Roddy Piper WM8 Best character building match Undertaker (First face PPV match) vs Jake Roberts even though it was a squash, Im still a Taker fan so Best lines at Wm8 After Bobby Heenan made the statement for Flair after the match Gorilla kept calling him a Liar each time tried to say he is a Broadcast Journalist and in the end Heenan Told Gorilla to PUT EM UP! The first match I marked out for, and I still mark out for it. Everything from Flair's bladejob (which he shouldn't have done, HA) to Perfect, to the crowd, to the finish, was perfect. And how about this exchange between the Brain and Gorrila: Heenan "C'mon Monsoon, give me one!" Gorrilla (agitated) "What?" Heenan "C'mon, spit that banana out and do it! WHOOOOOOOOO!!!" Guest Report post Posted April 30, 2002 My favorite 1992 moment, hands down was Roddy Piper's IC Title win over the Mountie at Royal Rumble '92. Not the best match ever, but it had to be one of the BIGGEST mark out moments ever! My brother and I were so happy we smashed a pizza box over each other's heads.
