Something that deisturbs me is how much damn press thisgirl gets. She hasn't accomplished a whole lot in tennis, but she is always mentioned as if she is one of the premiere players in tennis. She might be one of the better looking tennis players, but it's total crap in my opinion to act like she's Cinderalla or something. I'll tell you something else, I think Serena Williams has the best body in tennis. I know the face is a part of the body, and she might not have the prettiest face, but she has the best body. As a celebrity, you're always in the public eye, and are subject to being photographed in any public place. It is perfectly legal for news sources to use the photos they take. However, celebrities have the same expectations of privacy as other people, and the papariazzi often cross the line when they photograph celebs in certain locales. Also, anyone as famous as Kournikova has certain rights as to the use of her likeness, and if someone is using her name and image to publish fake photos for profit, they can damn skippy be sued for it.
