Wanting a little dynamite in my life

I know this may not belong here but I'm thinking of picking up the dynamite kid comp tape from highspots.

Does anyone know if this is clipped up and if so, how badly?  Thumbs up or down for the tape or is there a better one floating around that I don't know about.

I think I used to have that tape although when I got it off ebay the quality was fucking horrible.  I can still remember marking out for Dynamite, even though the tape looked like shit.  I can't remember if it is clipped either sorry.

I'd assume either all of them are clipped or most of them are with only a few matches shown in full.

 

The tape's 2:45 and with 14 matches on thear that only comes out to about 11-12 mins per match.

I think the few Stampede matches would be clipped or JIP, and maybe most of the tags. All the Tiger mask matches would most proberly be in full.

Overall, all Tiger Mask vs. Kid matches are left unclipped, and thats what you probably want anyway.  To be honest you could probably get Jeff Lynch to make a better comp of The Dynamite Kid in Japan for you.

are any matches between him and tiger mask their encounter at madison square garden?  That's one thing that's annoying they don't list the location for any of the matches, there's no way to referance them.

Match 8 is in Madison Square Garden, I do believe.  The commentary is still in Japanese however.  Sadly both guys are holding back in the match.  Since its in America in early 80s, they don't do their usual crazy shit like Tombstones, Missile Dropkicks, High Angle DDTs, Sucidie Dives and what not. Still a pretty decent match, and better than most of the crap thats out there right now.

 

The tape is worth getting for the first two matches alone, nothing on the tape sucks and everything is worth a watch.  

 

I have no idea of the date or location of the second match(Japan before 83 for sure though), I asked on another thread but nobody seems to know.  

 

But its one of the greatest matches ever IMO, and is essential viewing. Both guys are operating at light speed, and are busting out some of the most innovative spots in wrestling history.  Bret/Owen Wrestlemania X steal a couple of them.
