To keep so many of these "favorite matches" threads from popping up every week. I've created a "One & Only Favorite Matches" thread. Post all your old school favorite matches here.

 

The same goes for the favorite old school music, etc. Please look at the past threads to see if it's already been done (Chances are it has) by using the options on the bottom of this folder.  I know that takes time, and you may be new, but c'mon, just look. In my opinion, the Old School folder can be the best (And should be) folder here, but it's up to YOU to make it the best.

Flair vs Steamboat at Clash 6 is by far the greatest match ive ever seen and probably ever will see.

as for bret vs owen, Awesome match a true ***** in every sense of the phrase. i just found steamboat and flair to be better.

another personal favorite of mine has to be Flair vs Luger from Wrestlewar 90. SK gave it ****3/4 if im not mistaken but i personally think it was a ***** match.

Flair & Windham (I think it was Barry) vs. Eddie Gilbert & Ricky Steamboat - WCW's Saturday Night show. I belive it was called "World Championship Wrestling" back then.

 

Flair vs. Steamboat - Chi-Town Rumble, Clash of the Champions 6 & Wrestle War '89

 

Hogan vs. Savage - WM V (5) One of Hogan's best matches. Which says a lot. Since you can count his best matches on your hands.

 

War Games '89; The Road Warriors, the Midnight Express & "Dr. Death" Steve Williams vs. The Freebirds, Terry "Bam Bam" Gordy & the SST - The Great American Bash '89 (A forgotten War Games match. Maybe due to there being no blood but this was good.)
