Well yeah... shit sucks right now... seriously, bad shit... this is a conversation I just had with a friend of mine... I edited our names as to not be assaulted with IMs...

 

Ashley (10:38:38 PM): have you heard about tyler yet

Ashley (10:38:40 PM): hes fired

Ashley (10:38:50 PM): he threatened me enough to get fired

Ashley (10:38:56 PM): guess what he did last night austin

Austin (10:39:02 PM): I don't know

Ashley (10:39:44 PM): towards the end of the fight i could tell tyler had coins or something in his hand b/c matt was bleeding to much to just be a fist...

Ashley (10:39:53 PM): so i ran over there and started beating the living hell out of him

Ashley (10:39:59 PM): and one of matts frinds (kelly beckner) held me back

Ashley (10:40:09 PM): so i took off my new skate shoe and chucked it in his face

Ashley (10:40:26 PM): he ran to his car and i chased after him, and kelly grabbed me and tyler put a gun in my face.

Ashley (10:40:32 PM): and said hed kill me

Ashley (10:40:48 PM): some good person he is huh.

Ashley (10:41:07 PM): he threatended to kill kelly next then matt then the 20 people that came to defend me and matt

Ashley (10:41:21 PM): the cops came and took him and 4 of his friends to jail for having weapons.

Ashley (10:41:31 PM): they are all charged with a felony

Ashley (10:41:38 PM): i have to find some way to get a restraining order

Austin (10:41:50 PM): my god

Ashley (10:41:54 PM): but wait

Ashley (10:41:57 PM): theres more

Ashley (10:42:08 PM): he had to stay in jail ALL night untill about 2 hours ago i think

Ashley (10:42:23 PM): they gave him a few rules for bond

Ashley (10:42:35 PM): and if he breaks them... EVER... he goes back to jail and stays

Ashley (10:42:46 PM): but whatever he had in his hands.. he cut matts eye completely open

Ashley (10:42:51 PM): and matt had a disease in that eye

Ashley (10:43:05 PM): and i didnt even know if his eye was still there b/c there was so much blood comming out of his throat and eyes

Austin (10:43:43 PM): thats messed up

Ashley (10:43:56 PM): so i drove him to justins parents house as fast as i could b/c it was down the street

Ashley (10:43:59 PM): i called justin balling

Ashley (10:44:03 PM): he came over

Ashley (10:44:05 PM): and called the cops

Ashley (10:44:28 PM): and they went down and saw tylers friends batting the shit out of our friend bucks car

Ashley (10:44:31 PM): his 2003 jetta

Ashley (10:44:41 PM): so their fucked for destruction of property

Ashley (10:44:49 PM): tylers fucked for a numerous amount of felonys

Ashley (10:44:52 PM): sexual harrassment...

Ashley (10:45:01 PM): threatening with a weapon

Ashley (10:45:02 PM): and so on

Ashley (10:45:13 PM): i took matt to the court house

Ashley (10:45:15 PM): i mean

Ashley (10:45:16 PM): ahh

Ashley (10:45:33 PM): i took him to er around 1 and we didnt get out of there untill 5

Ashley (10:46:01 PM): then i had to spend the night at his house b/c we had to wake up at 7 to go to the ozark court house to file charges

Ashley (10:46:07 PM): so ive gotten no sleep.

Ashley (10:46:11 PM): i spent all night in the er

Austin (10:46:41 PM): yeah

Austin (10:46:46 PM): that's messed up

Ashley (10:46:55 PM): yeahs =/

Ashley (10:47:05 PM): but tony thinks its a good idea i dont come back

Ashley (10:47:21 PM): justin threatened to quit last night if tyler wasnt fired b/c no one would be safe

Ashley (10:47:26 PM): so he fired tyler

Ashley (10:47:28 PM): and

Ashley (10:47:32 PM): he said i could come back

Ashley (10:48:42 PM): but he talked to my dad this morning and said thatd be the first place tyler would go so he said to make things safer for me hed say i gave him the 2 weeks notice, and hed give me an outstanding reference for my next job so i can get one.

Ashley (10:48:54 PM): so im kindof bittersweet happy right now

Ashley (10:49:02 PM): im extreemly thankfull about how tony dealt with this

Ashley (10:49:06 PM): VERY VERY THANKFUL

Ashley (10:49:07 PM): and

Ashley (10:49:23 PM): im mad at the same time b/c tyler knows were me and matt live and i dont want anything happening to us again

Ashley (10:49:58 PM): but everyone at my highschool has practicly called me and matt and their all watching out for him and theyll kick his ass on sight of seeing him

Austin (10:50:41 PM): all I can really say is stay safe

Austin (10:50:47 PM): I don't want anything happening to you

Ashley (10:51:52 PM): i have to stay at matts or home for about a week

Ashley (10:52:00 PM): i cant go into town or anything by myself

Ashley (10:52:11 PM): so i cant look for jobs for a couple days

Ashley (10:52:22 PM): the police said tyler will more than likely try and track us down and do something crazy

Ashley (10:52:39 PM): b/c they say he looks like he could be a ticking time bomb when they finally let him go

Ashley (10:54:23 PM): but that doesnt mean he wont try and kill me when i dont know it

Ashley (10:57:37 PM): were going to court sometime this week to find anyway possible to keep him away from us

Ashley (10:57:52 PM): we cant file a restraining order b/c hes not 18

Ashley (10:57:55 PM): and im not 18

Ashley (10:58:01 PM): matt cant either b/c tylers 17

Austin (10:58:32 PM): even with a restraining order, is not like you can keep him back

Austin (10:59:43 PM): well you can legally, but there's no way to stop him besides that

Ashley (11:02:36 PM): if he messes with us, he has our parents, half of nixa and the christian county police on top of him

Um... ouch. I mean, where do you fit into this Sly? I can understand you being concerned about your friends cos it sounds like there's a nutter after them, but is he after you too?

As far as I know, he's not after me. But seeing as hes pulled a gun on one of my friends, I wouldn't consider him to be the most stable person in the world either.
