Converting SHN files to WAV files

Anyone know how to take SHN (shorten) files and convert them to WAV files? I know how to turn them into MP3s, but you can't retrade concerts when you convert them that way. So any help?

Install dbPowerAMP Music Converter and the Shorten Plugin. Right click the file and choose Convert To...
