Guest crandamaniac Posted April 28, 2002 Report Posted April 28, 2002 People, there is a move that can bring about the complete destruction of humanity as we know it. That move is the dreaded MAVEKICK~! the list of victims are piling up daily. This move must be banned from the WWF. We cannot risk young Maven losing control of his eyebrows, thus sucking our earth down a worm hole or blowing up an entire city. We must form together to stop this threat before it becomes a reality! Who's with me? *Before you take this serious, keep in mind...
Guest Mik at Cornell Posted April 28, 2002 Report Posted April 28, 2002 Am I the only person who likes Maven?
Guest Anglesault Posted April 28, 2002 Report Posted April 28, 2002 ::Gasp:: The MaveKick has gotten to him!
Guest Posted April 28, 2002 Report Posted April 28, 2002 Ithought I was the only one. Is ure name Milhouse to?
Guest chirs3 Posted April 28, 2002 Report Posted April 28, 2002 People, people, we do not LIKE Maven. We FEAR Maven! Wasn't there a Q&A thread on IGN set up by Team M.A.V.E.K.I.C.K.? If someone has IGNsider, they should go get it...
Guest chirs3 Posted April 28, 2002 Report Posted April 28, 2002 Sorta. You can still get the bare bones, minus the message boards, for free.
Guest Posted April 29, 2002 Report Posted April 29, 2002 Hey, I'm pretty sure he can do a snap mare now... what if that gets the same powers as the mavekick? Whats it gonna be called? the mavemare?
Guest Mystery Eskimo Posted April 29, 2002 Report Posted April 29, 2002 He can do a crossbody. Er...a MaveBody!
Guest Posted April 29, 2002 Report Posted April 29, 2002 *mental Images of a figure four Mavelock...*
Guest chirs3 Posted April 29, 2002 Report Posted April 29, 2002 I think a submission would be ok, as there's no force put into it except into the opponent. Yes, the opponent would explode, but the public at large would be safe. But with a Mavekick, there's a point at which an infinite amount of potential energy makes contact with something at uncalculable speeds, and the resulting energy from the impact would level the largest arena. What say we recommend a submission to him? Figure Four Mavelock? The Mave-Hug? The Texas Mavenleaf? Or perhaps The Maven Crab?
Guest Big Poppa Popick Posted April 29, 2002 Report Posted April 29, 2002 The Maven Effect... c,mon, you know it
Guest Posted April 29, 2002 Report Posted April 29, 2002 Maven effect... lol... What'd happen if he head butted someone, and the eyebrows connected?
Guest Big Poppa Popick Posted April 29, 2002 Report Posted April 29, 2002 You see, at the point...the effect reverberates and all the energy flows through maven. If he connected with his dropkick as the INTENSE energy reached his legs...well Goodnite Gracie
Guest Posted April 29, 2002 Report Posted April 29, 2002 Triple H is gonna have to shave his eyebrows off before the knee-versus-mavekick match. Only way!!!
Guest Special K Posted April 29, 2002 Report Posted April 29, 2002 As an aside, IGN is officially an awful site. They put up these monster headlines about stuff you might actually want to peruse (even going as far as reviews of games, movies, etc.) and when you click you are greeted by a chipper message with a oh-so-carefully hidden subtext of GIVE ME MONEY. Man, I used to go there, but I'm not paying money for shittily written video game reviews.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted May 29, 2002 Report Posted May 29, 2002 i have little against maven, but then i'm not an indie talent sleeping in my car eating peanut butter. what bugs me is that they are doing more tough enoughs. How many people with maven's gimmick and ability do they need? Course, if maven turns heel it would be pretty cool.
Guest Posted May 29, 2002 Report Posted May 29, 2002 People, people, we do not LIKE Maven. We FEAR Maven! Wasn't there a Q&A thread on IGN set up by Team M.A.V.E.K.I.C.K.? If someone has IGNsider, they should go get it... I don't know about that, but I do remember that the Mavekick joke was run into the ground months ago at IGN. It's like what INTENSITY~! is here. And for sheer devastating power, nothing beats the SpinaRoonie. Thank you.
Guest Posted May 29, 2002 Report Posted May 29, 2002 The Maven Effect... c,mon, you know it Hmmm... Maven is 'out' for two months... Raven is back to being a 'rassler... and the WWE signed former Memphis grappler Seven to a developmental contract... there is no question in my mind that the MAVEN/RAVEN/SEVEN stable will be ruling it! Probably by VENgeance...
Guest Human Fly Posted May 29, 2002 Report Posted May 29, 2002 The mavekick is so powerful it claimed Maven himself! When he comes back no one will be safe.
