EWR 4.2?

if anyone has EWR 4.2 then could they please get a hold of me through PM or post a link on where i can get it please. My 4.0 is messing up bad and i've been told i need 4.2 anyway lol i'm getting bored of doing everything myself in file editor, thanks to whoever helps me out.
