Guest wildpegasus Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 On the subject of weight, I seem to have lost a little over ten pounds since last Tuesday. Is that bad? That is a lot. Some of it could be water weight however.
Guest Nanks Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 It's really not that much, my weight fluctuates up and down in about a 10 pound range all the time depending on what I'm doing at the time. Have you been ill recently?? On topic, I know how you feel mate, I'm pretty much the exact same body type and am pretty much incapable of putting on any substantial weight. Without working out it's really not going to happen for you in the near future. Things like eating high-carb or high-fat foods just before you go to bed are the only things I can suggest. Your metabolism slows down when you're sleeping so not as much of it is burned off.
Guest croweater Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 Unless he cut off his arm it's deffinantly water weight. DRINK YOU DEHYDRATED BITCH DRINK! Just some advice for you guys DON'T pay too much attention to the height/ weight charts, because as good as the BMI is for classifying people it doesn't take into acount body shape, muscle mass, density and a whole lot of other crap. If you feel and look healthy you probably are. I also can't think of a stupider thing to do than to try and put on fat. But alas, he's banned, and maybe he comes from a 3rd world country where they worship the hefty.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 Tell 'em about how everything's bad for you.
