Guest converge241 Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 My favorite was the guy in the bathroom who kept getting handed stuff to put all over his face and hair and the last supper w/Doug
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 Doug was in the Last Supper sketch? I don't remember that. The "I want to dip my BALLS in it" guy was in it, but that wasn't Doug. Doug was "I'm outta hee-ee-eere".
Guest converge241 Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 How stupid am I?? you are completley right Spiff. Apologies all around.. ((converge curses the abundance of tuesday brain farts)) btw I hated doug, i dont know why i thought that was the balls guy name ((gives self an exta "dope-slap" to the forehead))
Guest TUS_02 Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 The "I wanna dip my balls in it" guys name was Louie. ANd I agree... it was classic. There was also the Jew, the Italian and the Red-Haired Gay (I think that was it) that was quite funny. All in all, these guys were my favorite sketch comedy group... if only for the fact that like half of them are in Wet Hot American Summer.
Guest razazteca Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 my favorite character was Doug "I'm Doug, and your not, I'm outta hee-ee-eere" I remember that the group have a retro 70s variety show on Comedy Central?
Guest converge241 Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 Viva Variety couldnt get into it. forgout about bologna feet!!
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 I think only 3 of them were in Viva Variety (the girl, Michael Ian Black, and, umm, another dude)
Guest converge241 Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 Isnt one of them on those awful snickers commercials? why is this show not on comedy central, btw?
Guest imajackoff? Posted May 2, 2002 Report Posted May 2, 2002 My fav characters were Barry and Lavone. Ohhhhh Yeahhhhh!!
Guest Redhawk Posted May 2, 2002 Report Posted May 2, 2002 "What's the matter with you? Were you raised--" "In a barn? Yes I was!"
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted May 2, 2002 Report Posted May 2, 2002 "140 dollars worth of puddin'" Yes, I believe that is Thomas Lennon in the Snickers commercial. He was also the other guy in Viva Variety.
Guest Posted May 2, 2002 Report Posted May 2, 2002 the pudding skits were hilarious, nothing beats those --Rob
