Character list for mortal kombat: deadly alliance

Here we go, this is just from lists and stuff that I've seen in various magazines/sites, as well as from pictures.

The list:

1. Shang Tsung

2. Quan Chi

3. Scorpion

4. Sub Zero (unmasked or masked, or so it seems)

5. Drahmin

6. Malvado/Mavado (seen it spelled both ways)

7. Blind Kenshi / Blind Gi (seen both)

8. Raiden

9. Sonya Blade

10. Kung Lao (I've seen him in some places, and not others, so I'm not sure)

11. Jax

12. Kitana

13. Cyrax

14. Reptile

It will be fully 3D, and will include blood/sweat dripping, as well as clothes ripping, and of course, lots of blood.

You can also switch fighting styles during match, somethin new for the series. I've always read how they're going back to their 'roots' supposedly (Tobias is gone, but Ed Boon is still there), but theres no projectiles yet, which is a bad thing. Hopefully, they'll show up soon.

There will be all new fatalities for each person too.

They're aiming for a Fall release, probably in September.

Anyone else excited for it? Its been a long time since a new MK came out, so I'm pretty pumped. Lets just hope they get the projectiles back

He didn't have spear arms....he had long sword like blades that came out of his fist ala Wolverine's claws.

At least Reptile is in this game.

Is it coming out on all consoles?

I always wanted to play MK Trilogy. Was MK Trilogy on N64, cause that's all I've got...

Yeah the Trilogy is on both PSX and N64. Its pretty sweet, its got all the characters combined from the first 3 games.

The thing that annoyed me about Trilogy was the fact that the Ho Sun Pak/Daniel Pesina/Katalin Zamiar characters were removed/replaced with different actors. They played my favorite characters from the first 2 MKs (Sub-Zero, Johnny Cage, and Mileena), and it just isn't the same without them :(

It's a drag to see that bitch Kitana in the game, while Mileena is apparently still dead. To me, Mileena was SO the babyface in their little feud. Let's see, she's the ugly twin sister who probably got picked on by all the Outworld kids, her only friend was some freak with blades on his arms, and to top it all off, she discovers that she's not a twin after all, but just some mutated clone. Then she gets killed by her "sister", who gets a happy ending. That fucking sucks. Bring back Mileena!

MKT for N64 is missing Goro, Kintaro and unmasked Sub-Zero and it's graphics and sound are bad.

The CD rom versions of MKT(PSX, Saturn and PC) are much better.

Legal reasons prevented them from putting in the old actor version of MK and MK II characters.

Ah I didnt know that Sakura, I have the PSX version. Its only downfall would have to be the loading times, but that can be said of pretty much all PSX games, especially some of older ones.

Areacode, I totally agree. :D In MK2, I can't stand Kitana, but I think Mileena has a pretty good movelist. She's got that roll thing, the si's, and the teleport dropkick thing.

Don't really care about Unmasked Sub-Zero, nor do I care about Goro or Kintaro, so THERE!

i'm still miffed about the lack of Liu Kang, he's like the freaking Luke Skywalker of Mortal Kombat....

I thought they did a pretty good job with MKT. The sound isn't great, but the graphics are way better than the PS version. Plus the PS version has a god awful pause whenever you shape-shift using Shang Tsung (unless you shape-shift into your opponent).
