Patty O'Green 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2004 (We open up to a sterile bright white room. In the room rests an old worn out Zenith Television that's fighting a losing battle against death. Across from the TV is a beat up plaid couch. The couch is being held together by poorly applied strips of duct tape and loosely tied string. The fluffing is popping out of the cushions and it looks like the couch is on its last legs. Sitting on the couch is none other then Ashton Kutcher! WOWOMG!!!!!! It would appear that Ashton is searching for Dirrty Deeds but can't seem to find it. As each click of the remote produces another failure, his frustration level grows exponentially!) (*CLICK* He gets Dharma and Greg!) ASHTON Dude... (*CLICK* He gets The Parkers) ASHTON Where's... (*CLICK* a Dodgers game) ASHTON My.... (*CLICK* Passions.) ASHTON PAY PER VIEW!!!!?????????!!!????????? (With steam pouring out of every pore in his body he hurls the remote at a wall! Or what he thinks is a wall. The remote actually disappears into a mysterious abyss. As Ashton looks on both frightened and amazed, Coach materializes out of thin air. He's dressed like Morpheus from the Matrix.) COACH Calmness, my son. Due to a rat infestation at the arena on Sunday, the show had to be postponed. The rats were cleared out by Monday but unfortunately the venue was booked the rest of the week. However, the OAOAST was... ASHTON That still doesn't answer my question! WHERE'S MY PAY PER VIEW!? COACH Your Pay Per View is here. (Coach dematerializes and soon the room and everyone and everything in it does the same.) We go to the arena where we're greeted by an ENORMOUS green pyro explosion at the center of the stage! A thick foggy smoke settles over the area, but that doesn't stop us from seeing the tall blue pyro missiles that are shooting up across the stage! Though smaller then the opening explosion, they're no less impressive in beauty. A lone red pyro missile jumps off the top of the scoreboard and lands at the center of the entrance stage! It's landing triggers another ENORMOUS green pyro explosion! The camera moves away from the fireworks and focuses on the crowd. Having to wait a number of days to see this highly anticipated show hasn't killed their enthusiasm at all, as they're jumping up down and proudly shoving their signs in front of each other. They hope that the camera will catch their handiwork and display their creativity to the world. Wanna get rowdy Gonna get a little unruly Get it fired up in a hurry Wanna get dirrty It's about time that I came to start the party Sweat dripping over my body Dancing getting just a little naughty Wanna get dirrty While Dirty Deed's theme song “Dirrty” by Christina Aguilera rages through the speakers, Triple C prepares to introduce us to tonight's proceedings! COACH Welcome to the Drrrty Drrrty! Dirty Deeds! Holla! We're in Louisville, Kentuckaaaaaaaay! I'm Mr.C, the Coach, joined by MC and Lil Boo. Puttin in work! COLE Fans, it's great to finally be able to come into your homes but we do have some bad news for you tonight. There will be no world title match. Sly Sommers has been called to Japan early for his tour in the HI-YAH promotion, meaning he will not be able to face Crystal tonight. We truly are sorry.. CABOOSE Yeah, but no refunds! Card subject to change! No refund! HAHAHHAHAAHA! No refund! Refund? None for you! HAHAHAHAHA! COLE Boo, please. Let's start things off with tag team title action! Cue: “Hit Me Verdi One More Time” The strangest mix music in the OAOAST rings out as the AngleTron displays rapid images of hundreds of different people of all ages, sex and races - all bleeding from the eyes… With an explosion of flames across the stage, two huge figures appear. BUFFER The following contest is set for one fall and is for the OAOAST World Tag Team Championship. Introducing first the challengers, they are the Killers, the Monsters, men you wouldn’t want your sister to date, weighing in a total combined weight of 734lbs, the SAAAAAAAAAAAAADIST and JIIIIIIIIIIIIINGUS, HELL’S HITMEN! Still wearing the blood and ripped straight jacket look that’s unlikely to be catching on as the newest style for the kids, the Hitmen walk down to the ring unemotionally. COLE Well, this match is going to be a huge challenge for the champs. Hell’s Hitmen have been hungry for a title shot, and it’s finally been given to them. CABOOSE Time for GPX to choke and lose the titles again, just like last time they won them. The Hitmen step over the top rope and into the ring. Our referee for this contest is the silver haired Clem Buzzlefoxer, last seen officiating the 20 man tag in Australia. COACH Oh man, this guy is back? Clem’s hearing seems to be exceptionally good for a man of his age, and he tells Coach to shut his mouth, bitch. COACH Yes Sir. Here come the strobes… In a world full of posers, phonies, and pure wannabees, there finally emerges a group which has come to set the record straight. so, all you suckers better recognize, ya heard can you say uhhh na na na na... BUFFER From HOTlanta Georgia, at a total combined weight of 407lbs, Johnny “Jam” Jackson and Scotty Static, the OAOAST Tag Team Champions Of The World- the GLLLLLLLLLOBAL PARTY XCHANGE! The champs dance down to the ring as the crowd goes CRAZY! COLE The GPX as popular as ever. CABOOSE Yeah, let’s see how popular they are without spines. Johnny and Scotty jump into the ring and hold up their tag belts- and the Hitmen slug them down to the mat and begin to stomp away. Clem quickly calls for the bell to get this started. *DING DING DING* Sadist grabs Jackson up and throws him out over the top rope to the floor. The pain loving monster steps onto the apron as JINGUS goes to work on Scotty, picking him up by the hair then slamming him down again with a forearm to the back. JINGUS repeats the move one, twice, three times more, and covers: ONE! TWO! Kick out! The Devilman brings Static up and whips him into the corner, charging in and crushing Scotty with an Avalanche. JINGUS steps back, allowing Scotty to stagger forward, and then just pummels him with punches and chops until Static slumps down to the mat. COLE Scotty being totally overpowered. This is just what the Hitmen need to do- stop GPX working as a team, isolate the members and just beat them down. Johnny Jackson is back on the apron in the GPX corner, but Scotty is far away from making a tag. JINGUS brings him over to the HH corner and tags in the Sadist. The challengers whip Scotty off the ropes and send him spinning over 360 with a devastating double lariat. Sadist covers: ONE! TWO! Jackson breaks it up! Clem ushers Johnny out, as Sadist brings Static up and goes for a suplex. Scotty manages to flip out however, and with a dive tags in Johnny Jackson. Jackson nails Sadist with a dropkick to the chest that barely moves him. Johnny peppers Sadist with forearm shots, but Sadist just head butts him down and drops a heavy elbow across Jackson’s sternum. Sadist follows with another elbow drop, but a third attempt misses as Johnny just rolls away in time. Sadist climbs to his feet, but while on one knee Jackson runs and hits him with a shining enziguiri! The monster falls back to the mat and Johnny covers: ONE! TWO! Sadist throws Jackson off with ease. Johnny runs to the ropes, jumping to the top and spring boarding off with a body press, but Sadist catches him and nails a backbreaker. CABOOSE This is great. The GPX totally outclassed. You see- you put them in a regular match, and they can’t do it. How did they beat Black T for the tag titles? In a no DQ match. How did they regain the straps? In a TLC match. When they don’t have weapons and rule breaking, the GPX are nothing. COACH C’mon now, these guys are great athletes! COLE And they’re pretty! Sadist scrapes Johnny off the mat and tags in JINGUS. They hit Jackson with a double head BUTT, and JINGUS covers: ONE! TWO! TH-Scotty breaks it up. JINGUS roars and attacks Static, who dodges his clubbing blows and kicks JINGUS smartly three times on the left leg, following with a dropkick to the knee. Johnny Jackson then clips the leg out from behind, sending JINGUS to the mat. Jackson tags Static as soon as he’s back on the apron, and as JINGUS rises they nail stereo dropkicks to that left leg. JINGUS falls to one knee, and Scotty grabs him into a front face lock and spikes his head into the mat with a DDT! COLE And you said they couldn’t wrestle, Caboose. CABOOSE It’s two on one! COACH But it’s legal in tag team wrestling! That’s why these guys are the best team in the OAOAST. CABOOSE I think Black T might have something to say about that. Remember, they still haven’t gotten a 2 on 2 rematch with GPX, after they gave those punks three or four shots. Static starts to up the pace, hitting JINGUS with a twisting leg drop to the throat, running the ropes for a jumping back senton, and the climbs up to the top rope as JINGUS begins to rise once more. Scotty jumps off with a missile dropkick to the chest of the big man, which has him reeling but not down. Static tags back to Jackson, and they execute a double team dragon screw leg whip. Jackson drops a pair of elbows to the injured left leg of JINGUS, then a knee, and then runs the ropes- but gets too near the Hitmen corner and Sadist catches him with a shot to the back of the head. This delay allows JINGUS to limp back to his feet and tag in his partner. Sadist grabs Jackson up and double under hooks both arms, hitting a butterfly suplex. The pain loving freak covers: ONE! TWO! Kick out! Sadist scowls in frustration, and sets Jackson up for a power bomb- but Johnny holds onto Sadist’s legs so he can’t pick him up. Sadist releases Jackson and swings a lariat at him, but Johnny ducks and nails a super kick right in Sadist’s face! Jackson makes the tag to Scotty as the monster slowly falls backwards to the mat, and Scotty jumps to the top for the STATIC SHOCK- but the Swanton misses as Sadist rolls aside! The crowd start up a G-P-X chant as both men get to their feet. Sadist charges at Static with a big boot, but Scotty ducks and nails a moonsault dropkick as Sadist turns. Sadist shrugs it off and runs in, but Scotty catches him with a head scissors take over that leaves the monster dizzy and susceptible to a simple running face plant. The cover: ONE! TWO! Kick out! COLE GPX really making the best use of their speed and agility, but can they come up with enough to keep one of these animals down for a three count? CABOOSE Um, no. Next stupid question? Static brings Sadist up, but he’s already recovering a lashes Scotty with a forearm that just knocks Static straight down. Sadist picks Scotty up and flips him into a torture rack! Sadist then drops down to his knees, crushing Scotty against his massive shoulders. The freak gets to his feet, Scotty still in place, for another backbreaker, but Johnny runs in and slugs Sadist in the gut repeatedly. Sadist just stands in place, enjoying the pain, until at last Jackson drives enough air out of Sadist so his grip weakens and Scotty can wriggle free. Johnny and Scotty try for a double team suplex on Sadist, but he’s still too heavy. They push him away and JINGUS tags himself in. The GPX go after the injured leg with kicks, but JINGUS swats them both down with hard punches. Referee Clem gets Jackson back out of the ring, as JINGUS grabs Scotty by the face for a CLAW SLAM- but Scotty kicks the left leg till the Devilman has to let go. COACH This damage done to the leg of JINGUS is a big advantage now for the GPX. Scotty tries for a Russian leg sweep, but JINGUS reverses it, planting Scotty face first into the mat in a Stroke like move. CABOOSE Yeah, it’s really working out for them. JINGUS still has more than enough to deal with these punks. JINGUS locks on an STF! Scotty is struggling in the painful hold, but manages to make the ropes. JINGUS reluctantly breaks the hold, and waits for Static to get to his feet, then charges in- but Scotty gives him a drop toe hold that trips JINGUS face first into the top turnbuckle! Static then executes a 619 kick around the ring post, knocking JINGUS into the middle of the ring! As JINGUS staggers to his feet, Scotty vaults off the top rope- springboard shooting star lariat! JINGUS is down! Cover: ONE! TWO! THREEEEEE! No! Sadist breaks it up! Johnny runs in and he and Scotty slug it out with the big man. GPX gain the advantage, and whip Sadist into the corner. Each member of GPX hits a Stinger style splash and GPX combine to hit a Rock Bottom on Sadist! Scotty covers- but Clem points out that Sadist isn’t legal! In any case. JINGUS breaks up the cover. Scotty attacks, but JINGUS catches him with a monstrous belly to belly throw that sends Static to the other side of the ring. Johnny Jackson is on the top rope, and when JINGUS gets to his feet hits him with a blockbuster! Johnny puts Scotty on top for the cover! ONE! TWO! THREEEEEEEEEE! No! Shoulder up! Jackson slams the mat in frustration. CABOOSE The beginning of the end. GPX have fought hard, given all they got, but the Hitmen are just too big, too strong- too good. New champs are only a matter of time. Johnny turns- and Sadist boots him in the face! Clem is trying to get those two out of the ring to leave the legal men, but Sadist has a flare of temper and shoves Clem down to the mat! The old-time KIPS UP~! and tells Sadist that was his one and only chance- next time it’s a DQ. COLE This old guy is pretty tough, even if he is a bit short sighted. Sadist obeys, and exits the ring, while Jackson has rolled out of his own accord. Static and JINGUS are left, both slowly getting upright. The crowd is desperate for Static to make it first, but both men are level and meet in the middle of the ring. Scotty goes back to the left leg of JINGUS with kicks, while JINGUS swings and misses. JINGUS is dropped to one knee, but when Static attempts a Shining Wizard, the Devilman blocks- KICK! WHAM! DEVILBOMB! Scotty is folded in half! ONE! TWO! THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! NO! Jackson breaks it up with a desperate dive! Sadist runs back in- CHOKEBOMB to Jackson! Sadist climbs to the top rope, as JINGUS sets for a power bomb on Scotty. COLE Oh no, this is the VIYA CON DIOS (go with God), that deadly flying clothesline into power bomb combination! Sadist is about to leap off- when someone comes out of the crowd and hits him in the leg with a tennis racket! It’s Jim Cornette! COACH What the hell? The New New Midnight Express are right behind! They shove Sadist off the top rope to the floor, where he hits his head hard on the guard rail! JINGUS drops Scotty, and tries to fight off the Midnights as they run in, but the NNMX have brought baseball bats, and beat JINGUS down with them! Clem has no choice- *DING DING DING DING DING* BUFFER The winners of the match as a result of a disqualification- HELL’S HITMEN! But, still OAOAST tag champions- the GPX! The crowd is booing the NNMX heartily, furious at their ruining the match. JINGUS is left crumpled on the mat, along with the GPX who get a few shots too. Cornette has a mic. CORNETTE You see, this is what happens when you screw over Jim Cornette and his Midnights. Last month, the OAOAST board thought it proper to make the NNMX defend their newly won tag titles in a TLC match. Not only that, but they put these freaks in line for a title shot before the NNMX even get close. And tonight, you have the consequences. Because until we regain what is rightfully ours, we will disrupt tag title matches. We will lay a beat down on anyone that gets in our way. This is a message. You all need to listen hard. Ned and Simon have grabbed the tag title belts and are posing with them, huge grins on their faces. Cornette drops the mic, and the Midnights drop the titles before leaving, showered in boos. COLE Well, at least they didn’t steal them again. CABOOSE GPX can think themselves lucky. They were just saved by the NNMX. But at least they took a beating, so I’m happy. In the ring, GPX and HH are slowly, sorely, leaving too, GPX first, followed by HH. COACH The tag division is still as hot as ever. GPX are being chased hard by the Hitmen, and now the Midnights, not to mention Black T are out there still. CABOOSE It’s only a matter of time before they lose those straps, and when they do, I’ll have the champagne ready to flow.
Patty O'Green 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2004 COLE Ladies and gentlemen, we're just moments away from our next contest of the evening, Chris Stevens vs. Hoff in a no-disqualification match! COACH Yeah, these two have had a long rivalry throughout their careers, that's come to a head here in the OAOAST! Let's take a look at it... HeldDOWN: 8/5/04 Hoff stops halfway down the aisle, smiling and waving his scepter out across the crowd. Most are still booing, but sme cheers and some laughs can be heard. Hoff himself is laughing pretty hard as he walks the rest of the way down to ringside. COLE Well, like it or not, Hoff is the Emperor of Death, beating a returning Axel in the finals of the tournament! CABOOSE That's right, Cole, a guy he wasn't even prepared for! And he STILL won! HOFF Welcome to the future. A few fans actually pop for the catchphrase, but most remain negative. HOFF And what a future it is! Ladies and gentlemen, I give you YOUR reigning Emperor of Death......ME!!! COACH There he is! CABOOSE Haha, preach on, Brother Hoff! Hoff holds his arms out, smiling wide. HOFF You know, it is SO GOOD to be me right now! The fans boo, but Hoff waves them off. HOFF But you know, it's a sad day for me, too. COLE Huh? What does he mean? HOFF It's a sad day, because I'm starting to realize that, quite simply, no one will ever beat me! COACH Oh now THAT'S ridiculous! HOFF ...and, of course, the 113th Airborne couldn't take me down right now. But what it boils down to is this. There is nobody else, in this company or in this COUNTRY, that can beat me inside this ring. So, it's with a heavy heart that I have decided....to RETIRE the 24/7 Title. A wave of shock passes in the crowd as Hoff nods solemnly. COLE WHAT?! Retire the title? COACH He can't do that, can he? COLE No! At least...I don't think so! HOFF And I-- Hoff is cut off as Local H's "Bound for the Floor" cuts in on the arena sound system. COLE What the...Chris Stevens? STEVENS Hoff, I give you credit. You've come to the OAOAST and you've brought your A-game. You've won that title, and somehow you've kept it around your waist. Stevens takes a few slow steps down the aisle. STEVENS But we both know that you could never beat me. COLE What is he talking about? CABOOSE I'm not sure! STEVENS All those times, night after night, when I pinned your shoulders to the mat-- HOFF I BEAT YOU TOO!! Stevens smiles and nods as he approaches the ring. STEVENS Yeah, that's right, you beat me. You took a lot from me, Hoff. You took a title that wasn't yours, just like the one over your shoulder. Stevens slides into the ring as Hoff looks down at the 24/7 Title. HOFF Chris...you know as well as I do that I earned my spot back home. STEVENS Oh yeah, you earned it all right. You earned it through lying and kissing ass and stabbing me in the back. Stevens steps up to Hoff, and the two lock eyes. HOFF Listen to me. What happened to you is sad, okay? But it wasn't my fault-- STEVENS BULLSHIT. HOFF Listen, this isn't the time!! STEVENS Yeah, you're right, Hoff. This isn't the time. Here and now, this isn't about what happeend back then. This is about that title right there. Stevens grabs Hoff's chin and turns Hoff's head to face his own. COLE Oh my, this is explosive! STEVENS I want a title shot. Tonight. NOW. Hoff looks down at his belt...and then back at Stevens. HOFF All right, Chris. I'll fight you........but not tonight. Hoff turns away as Stevens glares. HOFF You see, it's just that I got all these injuries, I mean, I'm not at 100%, and I know you wouldn't want to fight a man who isn't-- *BAM!!!!!!* COLE Oh my God, Stevens just floored Hoff with a big right hand! CABOOSE Oh man, Hoff, get out of there!! Stevens snaps off another right, and another! Stevens rears back, and throws a BIG right hook, but Hoff ducks the blow! Hoff catches Stevens around the neck!! COLE NO!! Oh, no!! Hoff--- OH MY!! Hoff grabs Stevens and DRILLS him with a ROCK BOTTOM THROUGH THE TABLE!!! CABOOSE YES!! Hoff grabs Stevens by the hair and picks him up. Hoff yells something into his face, then rolls him into the ring! Hoff smiles, then positions himself behind Stevens, waving him up off the mat...as a cheer goes up in the audience! COACH What's that about? Why are the fans cheering? CABOOSE They recognize greatness!! Come on, Hoff, finish him! Hoff looks around him and smiles, nodding to the crowd's approval. Suddenly, a large man comes out from the crowd! COLE What the-- WAIT! IT'S GUNNER SHARPS!! COACH What, hey!! There he is!! CABOOSE NO! IT CAN'T BE!! COLE IT IS!!! Hoff keeps waving Stevens up, as Chris uses the ropes to climb up to his knees! Meanwhile, Gunner blows past security and slides in the ring!! The fans are buzzing, and Hoff's grin gets even bigger...before his eyes go wide!! The smile quickly fades as Hoff looks horrorstruck! Hoff turns around.... AND GETS SPEARED OUT OF HIS BOOTS!!!! COLE SHARP END!! SHARP END BY GUNNER!! Gunner pops up and looks down at Hoff, shouting a stream of curses as Hoff grabs his midsection! COLE The ref is letting it go! It's the 24/7 Title! Gunner hops out of the ring, raising both arms into the air as the fans explode! Hoff rolls around on the mat...as Stevens find his feet! CABOOSE Oh no, I forgot about Chris Stevens!! Hoff, GET OUT OF THERE!! Gunner looks on at ringside, shouting at Stevens! Stevens surveys the damage...and heads to the apron!! Stevens climbs up the ropes! COLE YES Stevens is gonna hit the big Frog Splash on Hoff! COACH If he does hit it, it'll be all over!! CABOOSE No, no, no! Hoff...move!!! Stevens stands upright and looks down at Hoff, and jumps.....and HITS THE FROG SPLASH!!!! CABOOSE NOOOOOOOO!!!! Not like this!! The ref makes the cover as the fans, and Gunner, count along! ONE!!!!!! TWO!!!!!!!!!! THREE!!!!!!!!!! THE FANS EXPLODE!! *ding ding ding ding ding* CABOOSE NO!! COLE YES!! He did it!! CABOOSE NO, NO, NO!! Stevens rolls off of Hoff and gets to his feet as the crowd gives him a standing ovation!!! BUFFER Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout, and your NEW twenty-four-seveeeen champiooon......CHRRRISSS STEEEEVENS!!! ONE WEEK LATER *ding.....ding.....ding* COLE Here we go! Michael Buffer steps into the center of the ring with a microphone in hand. BUFFER Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children ofall ages. It is now time for our HeldDOWN~! maaaain event for this evening! This contest is scheduled for one fall, with no time limit, and it is for the One and Only Anglesault Threaaad Twenty-Four Seven Championship!!! COLE That's what it's all about! The ref calls both men to the center of the ring. Stevens' smile fades as he and Hoff meet in the middle of the squared circle, eyes locked onto one another. Sparks of electricity are almost visible as the referee's explanation of the rules falls on deaf ears. The official asks Stevens if he understands, and the champion nods without taking his gaze off of Hoff. The official asks Hoff the same question, and the Thrillogy member just shoves him away. COACH Whoa! The referee shakes it off, then shoots Hoff a perturbed look before shrugging and motioning for the timekeeper to ring the bell. COLE We are now officially underway! The fans in Vancouver come to their feet as Hoff hooks Stevens' head under his right arm! Hoff reaches down with his left, lifting Stevens up for the Future Shock!! Hoff gets Stevens up, but Stevens begins to kick his legs!! Hoff stutters, tries to keep his balance, but Stevens slips out behind Hoff!! Before Hoff can react, Stevens grabs him and drops him with a pendulum backbreacker!! CABOOSE NO!! That's not how it was supposed to happen!! The fans go crazy as Stevens looks down at Hoff...then over to the corner! Stevens climbs out of the ropes onto the apron, then heads up the turnbuckles!! COACH Froggy Splash coming up!! Stevens raises one finger into the air, screaming, and the fans come alive as Stevens jumps off the top with his Frog Splash!! AND IT MISSES!!! Hoff rolls out of the way in the nick of time!! Caboose breathes an audible sigh of relief. CABOOSE Oh, sweet Mary and Joseph, thank you. Stevens clutches at his ribs as Hoff rolls to one knee and...looks to the back. COLE What? Hey, what is Hoff doing? Hoff looks to the back, motioning for somebody to come out...and out walk Zack Malibu and Calvin Szechstien. Hoff gets to his feet, walking over to Stevens as Zack and Cal take their place at ringside. Hoff grabs Stevens by the hair, then whips him off the ropes, setting up for the SPINEBUSTER~...but Stevens slides under Hoff's legs! Stevens hops to his feet as Hoff turns around...and Stevens catches him with a superkick!! Hoff falls to the canvas like a ton of bricks! COACH What a kick! Hoff is OUT! COLE And Stevens is feeling it! He's gonna head up top again! Stevens does head to the outside again, and climbs up to the top rope as Hoff lies unmoving in the ring. Suddenly, Calvin Szechstein hops onto the ropes, shouting at the official! COLE Aw, come on! Chris Stevens looks on as the ref argues with Calvin as Zack Malibu sneaks to the other side without being seen! Zack quickly hops up onto the apron, shaking the ropes and causing Stevens to crotch himself on the top buckle! COACH Ouch! Hard landing! COLE Come on, someone get them out of here!! Zack shouts for Hoff to get up as Calvin hops back down to the floor. Hoff slowly begins to stir, shaking the cobwebs out of his head as he gets to his knees. Stevens is still dazed as Hoff finds his feet, and heads to the corner. Hoff climbs up to the first rope...but Stevens punches him in the face! Stevens blasts Hoff again, and the big man stumbles back onto the floor! Stevens grabs Hoff by the head, and quickly jumps off the second rope, scoring with a Tornado DDT!!! CABOOSE NO!! ACK!! HOW!! COLE He's the champion!! And he is gonna beat Hoff!! Stevens makes the cover...but there's no ref!! Stevens gets up and looks behind him, where Calvin Szechstein has AGAIN distracted the official!! Stevens walks to the scene and grabs Calvin, hurling him over the top rope and into the ring!! Stevens starts hammering on Szechstein as the fans cheer, but the referee breaks it up!! The official ushers Calvin out of the ring...and no one sees Malibu slide in the other side!! COACH Chris, look out!! Stevens jaws with Calvin as the ref escorts him out, then turns around RIGHT INTO SCHOOL'S OUT!!! COLE NO!! DAMMIT, DAMMIT, NO!! The fans are IRATE as Zack slides out of the ring. The referee turns back to the action, as Hoff slowly turns over and drapes one arm over Stevens' chest!! COLE NOT LIKE THIS!!!! ONE!!! TWO!!! THREE!!!!! *ding ding ding* COLE DAMN IT ALL!! DAMN HOFF, DAMN THE THRILLOGY, DAMMIT!! HeldDOWN AUSTRALIA 9/16/04 Coach looks confused as Gunner beats Stevens to his feet. Gunner grabs a rising Stevens by the hair and leads him to the corner, rearing back and smashing his head into the buckle. Stevens snaps back, holding his face, and Gunner throws him back-first into the corner. Gunner backs out and charges in with a big shoulderblock that crumples Stevens. Stevens slides down to a seated position, and Gunner begins stomping at him in the corner...and Hoff slides into the ring behind him! COLE Hey, wait a minute! Gunner, look out! Hoff sneaks into the ring and charges toward Gunner...but Gunner spins and levels Hoff with a boot to the face!! The fans go NUT as Hoff leands, sits up, then falls with a comically dizzy look on his face. COACH WHOA! Dayum! COLE Gunner must have heard Hoff coming! CABOOSE Dammit, this isn't good! Gunner leans down and yells at Hoff, kicking at Hoff's mdsection! Hoff rolls away, and Gunner stomps after him...but falls suddenly as Stevens hits him from behind with a chop block! The fans boo as Stevens hops to his feet, while Gunner clutches at his left knee. Stevens grabs Gunner's left leg and holds it prone, stomping at the knee joint and causing the champ to scream in pain. Meanwhile, Hoff gets to his feet, and surveys the scene, not making a move. COLE What's Hoff to do here? Let oen foe weaken down the other? COACH I dunno. Can these two coexist? Stevens levels another kick at Gunner's knee, then lets the leg fall as he locks eyes with Hoff. Hoff paces the ring, looking at Stevens...then heads to the near corner. Stevens gazes hard at Hoff....then turns his attention baco to Gunner. COLE This is surreal. I cannot believe that Hoff and Chris Stevens are coexisting. Stevens releases the leg and gets to his feet. He picks Gunner up by the hair, and he and Hoff whip the big man into the ropes. Gunner comes charging off, and the two contenders catch him with a double drop toe hold! Gunner hits the mat, and Hoff and Stevens quickly hop to their feet. CABOOSE TEAMWORK?! COLE This is... Gunner gets to his hands and knees, but Hoff quickly levels a stomp to the back that puts him flat on his stomach. Stevens walks to Gunner's legs and grabs them, settling into a Boston Crab. The ref bends down to check on Gunner, but Hoff shoves him away. Stevens looks back, and Hoff drops a leg across the back of Gunner's neck! COACH Nice move! COLE Absolutely, but...from these two... Stevens lets the legs of Gunner fall, and Hoff rolls off of Gunner and onto his feet. The fans boo a little as Stevens calls something out to Hoff, and the big man nods. Stevens grabs Gunner again, pulling him up and whipping him into the ropes. Gunner comes back, and Stevens leapfrogs him, allowing Hoff to catch the champ with a front spinebuster!! Hoff pops back up after the big move, and Stevens capitalizes with a standing moosault onto Gunner! The referee drops to his knees to make the count, but Stevens gets back to his feet, smiling! Hoff smiles as well! COLE What the hell is going on here?!? COACH Have...have they done this before? COLE We saw Hoff and Stevens talking before the match...do you think this was planned? ...and Stevens jumps off, hooking Gunner for a DDT! Hoff turns, swinging ALL THREE men around, before falling backwards, as Stevens drops Gunner down with a SUPER tornado DDT!! "HO-LY SHIT, HO-LY SHIT, HO-LY SHIT" COLE That was INSANE!! COACH But...a move like that...guys, they have to have teamed together!! I mean, Hoff just knew what Stevens wanted to do there! But... CABOOSE But I thought you researched these guys' history, ace. COACH I did! And....they NEVER teamed together! As best I can tell, they were always rivals! The fans are still in awe as Stevens spins up to one knee, looking very pleased with himself. Hoff gets to his feet, slowly, as the 24/7 Champion lies nearly still on the mat, clutching his head. Stevens gets to his feet, and he and Hoff slap hands, looking down at the carnage they've caused. Suddenly, the two men snap their heads back, looking eye-to-eye at each other. They turn their bodies, squaring up against each other, and locking their gazes. They take another step towards each other, jawing at each other... COLE Looks like the marriage has ended! COLE Folks, there you have it, a very strange situation here. CABOOSE Even I can't figure this one out, fellas. COLE Well word is that we've got our Chairman, Bill Watts, standing by! Bill, you there? The fans give a nice little pop as Bill Watts' face appears on the AngleTron! BILL Yes, Michael, I hear you. COLE Bill, can you tell us anything about why Chris Stevens and Hoff no-showed their interview last week? BILL Well no, Michael, I cannot. What I can say is this. For the past couple of months, Chris Stevens and Hoff have been at each other's throats, disrupting my program, and I want it to stop. If they can't give me a solid reason why they should be fighting, then I'm putting a stop to it. COACH Wait, what do you mean? BILL Well Coach, it's simple. This is it. This is the last time these two cowboys are gonna rustle it up in my ring. The fans give a surprised pop to the announcement. COLE Whoa, what? BILL Now, now, I know that sooner or later they'll be at it again, but here's my ruling. For the next six months, after tonight, if they so much as touch each other, they will both be fired on the spot. COLE WHOA! COACH DAYUM!! BILL I hope this will finally bring a little order. Now, you boys have a good night. The crowd buzzes as Watts' image fades off the AngleTron. COLE Wow! CABOOSE This is unfair. COLE What do you mean? CABOOSE Well I mean, Hoff loves to jump guys from behind and now if he does that to Stevens, he's fired, and-- COLE Oh, please. CABOOSE What?! I'm just saying. *ding ding ding ding ding* MICHAEL BUFFER The following contest is scheduled for one fall, with no disqualification rules! "Bound for the Floor" kicks in and the fans give a pretty mixed reaction. BUFFER Introducing first, from Rochester, Minnesota, weighing in at 221 pounds...CHRIS STEVENS!! Stevens, scowling, makes his way down the ramp. COACH Some boos for Stevens here! COLE Well, we've seen a shift in his personality lately, and a darker side has really come out! Between that and his teaming up with Hoff, his supposed nemesis, I think some of the fans aren't sure what to think! CABOOSE I tell ya, I don't like Stevens, but he's shown that he can be one son of a bitch. Stevens rolls into the ring, and heads to one corner, stretching his neck as his music does down. BUFFER And his opponent... "Black" kicks in over the arena speakers to a big chorus of boos. BUFFER Weighing in at 275 pounds, from Minneapolis, Minnesota, the Thrillogy's own....HOFF!! The boos get louder as Hoff steps out onto the stage, looking angry. Hoff starts down the ramp...and Chris Stevens slides out of the ring! COLE Oh my! Stevens isn't waiting around! Stevens charges up the ramp, and meets Hoff halfway down with a big tackle! Hoff falls, and Stevens POUNCES on him with a flurry of fists! CABOOSE What?! Come on, get him off! COLE It's no-DQ, Booze! They can fight whereverthey want!! Hoff rolls Stevens off of him and crawls away, getting to his feet and sliding into the ring. Stevens springs up and darts after him, sliding in under the bottom rope and catching Hoff from behind with a forearm shot as the bell rings to send the match officially underway. COACH Stevens is a man on fire! Hoff falls from the forearm, and Stevens lays in some hard boots to the back of Hoff's head. Hoff crawls to the corner, pulls himself up, and turns around, right into a big right from Stevens!! Stevens grabs Hoff and THROWS him out of the corner! Hoff lands on his back, and Stevens pounces again to a big pop! COLE Well like him or not, Stevens is giving these fans what they want! COACH Nobody doesn't like to see Hoff get his BUTT kicked! CABOOSE *I* don't like it!!! Come on, Hoff! Stevens lays in some more stiff shots, but Hoff is able to reverse the situation and roll on top of Stevens. Hoff hits a couple big punches of his own, but Stevens quickly drives a thumb to the eye! The dirty tactic gets a HUGE pop as Hoff rolls off of Stevens, clutching his eye as he gets to his feet! Stevens follows him up and grabs him, catching him with a monstrous European uppercut that drops Hoff hard! COLE Oh my! COACH I think Hoff lost some teeth on that one! Hoff stumbles back up, and Stevens whips him into the ropes. Hoff comes off and Stevens catches him with a hard back elbow! Hoff's head snaps back, and he stumbles into the ropes...and Stevens charges in with a HUGE clothesline that sends both men sailing over the top rope! COLE Shades of Cactus Jack! CABOOSE Stevens is insane here! Bloody hell! Stevens gets to his feet after the tumble and looks out across the fans with a slightly deranged gleam in his eye. The crowd pops for it, and Stevens smiles as he picks Hoff up by the hair. Stevens grabs Hoff and whips him toward the guardrail, but Hoff reverses the whip and Stevens crashes into the steel! Stevens' back arches in pain, as Hoff comes charging in...and gets backdropped into the front row!! COACH That is up-close and personal!! Hoff slowly gets up as the area clears. Stevens grabs Hoff by the hair and throws him back over the guardrail, causing Hoff to land on his head on the floor. Stevens picks Hoff up and rams his head into the steel ringpost with a sick thud, and Hoff stumbles back, clutching his forehead. Stevens quickly rolls Hoff back into the ring, then ducks under the ring apron... COLE What's he doing here? ...and pulls out a steel chair. COLE Oh no. COACH Oh yeah! CABOOSE Oh, NO! HOFF!! HE HAS A CHAIR!!! Stevens holds the chair high overhead, drawing another pop from the crowd, before sliding into the ring. In the ring, Hoff stumbles up to one knee, then gets to his feet as Stevens pops up behind him. Stevens readies the chair as Hoff turns around... *WHOOSH* Hoff ducks at the last second as Stevens' shot sails over his head! CABOOSE Oh, thank God. Stevens' momentum carries him around, and he drops the chair as Hoff grabs him from behind, picking him up and dropping him with a back suplex! The fans boo as Hoff slowly gets to his feet, shaking out a few cobwebs. Hoff tells the capacity crowd where to stick it before picking Stevens up and shooting him into the ropes. As Stevens comes off, Hoff stops him in his tracks with a big clothesline. Stevens falls, and Hoff drops to his knees, getting behind Stevens and slapping on a rear chinlock. COLE Smart move by Hoff, slowing down the pace of the match. CABOOSE Yeah. See, unlike Stevens, Hoff's still got his head in the game, and he's using it to his advantage. Hoff adjusts his arm and cinches in on the hold, and the fans jeer. Hoff wrenches in again, and Stevens flails his arms in an attempt to get free. FInally, Stevens is able to turn, and gets to one knee, driving an elbow into Hoff's midsection. Stevens fires another, and another, but Hoff quickly yanks on Stevens' neck and sends him back down to the canvas with the hold still applied. COACH Hoff using his power to keep the hold applied! COLE A hold like this can really wear a man down! A "Hoff sucks" chant builds as Hoff tightens the hold again, but Stevens fights back up! Stevens again gets to one knee, but this time, snakes around Hoff, and with the headlock still applied, tangles his legs with Hoff's and rolls back, pinning Hoff's shoulders to the mat! The referee makes a count, and Hoff BARELY kicks out!! COACH WOW!! COLE What a heads-up move by Stevens! CABOOSE Bah, nothing special. Stevens pops free of Hoff and gets to his feet, as a "let's go Stevens" chant starts in. Hoff gets to his feet as well, staring at Stevens for a moment before the two charge each other. Hoff goes for a collar-and-elbow tie up, but Stevens grabs his arm and drags him to the canvas! Stevens stays on the arm, locking in an armbar as Hoff writhes in pain! COLE We've seen Stevens work that arm before, and it worked pretty damn well! Stevens bars the arm, but Hoff quickly reaches up and rakes Stevens across the face, causing the fans to boo and Stevens to break the hold. Stevens stands, turning away as he holds his face, while Hoff pops up quickly and clotheslines Stevens from behind, sending him down hard! Hoff looks down at Stevens angrily, then out to the crowd, raising his arms to his sides, much to the fans' dismay. COACH You gotta hand it to Hoff. So far, every time Stevens has had a spurt of offense, Hoff's sent him back down! Hoff pulls a groggy Stevens up, hooks him in a front face lock, and takes him down with a vertical suplex. Hoff gets to his feet, kicking Stevens lightly once in the head as Stevens fights his way to his feet. Hoff pulls him the rest of the way up, then hooks him again and lifts him for another suplex, but Stevens shifts his weight and slides down Hoff's back! Stevens quickly jumps, kicking his legs up and catching Hoff in a Momo clutch! The referee counts, but AGAIN, Hoff barely escapes! Stevens rolls backwards to his feet, catching a rising Hoff with a high flipping dropkick! Hoff stumbles back to the ropes, and Stevens grabs him and whips him off the other side! Hoff comes running, ans Stevens leaps, catching him in a crucifix pin! The ref makes the count, and Hoff just BARELY gets the shoulder up in time! Both men roll to their feet, and Hoff charges with a clothesline, but Stevens ducks! Stevens quickly spins and jumps on Hoff's back, rolling forward into a victory roll! ONE! TWO! THRNO!!! Hoff barely kicks free of the roll-up, and gets to his feet as Stevens somersaults backwards and gets to his! Hoff eyes Stevens again, before again charging with a clothesline, and Stevens once again ducks! This time, though, Hoff quickly spins around, and catches Stevens with a snap belly-to-belly suplex that puts him down! COLE What a big-time suplex by Hoff! CABOOSE That's what makes him so dangerous, guys. With any one of those big power moves he can change the tide of the match in a split second. Hoff pops back up to his feet, eyeing Stevens as Chris slowly gets back up. Stevens gets to two knees, then one, then to his feet, when Hoff quickly grabs him in a waistlock, and takes him back down with a bridging German Suplex! The ref makes a count! ONE! TWO! KICKOUT! Stevens gets the shoulder up, and Hoff releases the birdge. Stevens falls to the mat, and Hoff chuckles as he gets back to his feet. COLE Stevens is in a bad way here... Hoff still smirks as a chorus of boos surrounds him. Hoff yells "I'm better than you" as Stevens crawls to his hands and knees. Hoff bends down in Stevens' face, jawing, when suddenly Stevens throws a BIG right hand fro his knees that sends Hoff reeling!! Stevens gets up, and catches Hoff with another! Hoff is stunned, and Stevens quickly runs off the ropes and catches Hoff with a BIG high knee! The fans pop as Hoff slowly gets back to his feet! Stevens waits for Hoff, then charges again as Hoff gets back to his feet! Stevens charges in, but Hoff grabs him, lifts him, and DRILLS HIM WITH THE SPINEBUSTER~!! The fans pop for the move, then boo as both men fall to the ground!! CABOOSE YES!! Ha ha, I knew he'd do it!! Come on, Hoff, you got him!! Hoff gets up slowly, then again smiles as he sees Stevens barely moving on the mat. Hoff again plays to the crowd, who cuss him out of the building. COLE Hoff knows he's got this one in control! CABOOSE In control?!? Cole, he's got it WON! Hoff walks over to Stevens, lightly kicking him in the ribs once, and Stevens barely moves. COACH Boy, that was one hell of a spinebuster, but why isn't Hoff going for the cover? COLE I-- oh, oh no. CABOOSE YES! COLE Come on, Hoff, don't do it. Hoff walks away from Stevens and picks up the steel chair. *BOOOOOOOOOOO* COLE Come on, this isn't right! Enough is enough! CABOOSE Hey, Stevens brought it in! COLE This is deplorable. Hoff smiles as Stevens finally starts to stir. Slowly, in pain, Stevens gets up to his feet. He turns... *THWACK* Stevens falls in a heap as Hoff brings the chair down over his head!! Hoff again plays to the irate crowd. COLE Hoff could have the match won if he would just pin the man! CABOOSE Yeah, but it's not about just winning, Mikey! Hoff smiles as he turns back to Stevens. Hoff throws the chair down, and pulls Stevens to his feet before grabbing him from behind. COLE NO! COACH Future Shock, after all that? Oh man! COLE Hoff, just pin him!!! Hoff shouts "WELCOME TO THE FUTURE!!" before hoisting Chris up to an ocean of booing fans...but the boos quickly turn to cheers as Stevens lands behind Hoff!! Before Hoff can react, Stevens quickly drops to his knees and hits Hoff with a VICIOUS low blow!!! The fans go BANANA!!!! CABOOSE WHAT?!?!? Hoff sinks down to his knees, holding his family jewels...while STEVENS GRABS THE CHAIR!!! COLE YES!! CABOOSE NO!! COLE Do it, Chris!!!! Stevens stands behind Hoff as Hoff slowly gets back up. Still hunched over in pain, Hoff turns around... *THWACK* ...and gets PLASTERED by a sick chair shot to the skull!! Hoff drops like a sack of bricks as Stevens tosses the chair out oif the ring, jawing at Hoff!!! Stevens looks at Hoff...and then HEADS TO THE CORNER!!! COLE YES!! COACH Stevens looking for the Frog Splash!! If he hits this-- CABOOSE "IF HE HITS THIS" NOTHING!!! Move, Hoff, MOVE!!! Hoff lies unmoving on the mat as Stevens climbs to the top rope!! The fans come to their feet as Stevens leaps high into the air, pumps.... AND THE FROG SPLASH CONNECTS!!!! CABOOSE NOT LIKE THIS!!! The referee counts!! ONE!!!!!!! TWO!!!!!!!! THREE!!!!!!!!!!!!! *ding ding ding ding ding* CABOOSE DAMMIT!! BUFFER The winner of this bout...CHRIS STEVENS!!!!!! The fans cheer their hearts and lungs out as the official raises Chris Stevens' hand!! Stevens looks down at Hoff, shakes his head, and walks down the ramp in victory! CABOOSE I can't believe it. I WON'T believe it. COLE Well, believe it! Chris Stevens has come in here tonight and beaten Hoff, hopefully for once and for all!! COACH I don't know, even with Bill Watts' stipulation, I don't think we've seen the last of these two! But what a win for Chris Stevens!!
Patty O'Green 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2004 (FADE OUT) (FADE INTO JOSH MATTHEWS AT THE OAOAST CONTROL CENTER) JOSH What's crackin? J.Math here to remind ya'll that HeldDOWN is coming to you live this Saturday afternoon from Little Rock. Don't miss it! Back to the arena! (FADE OUT) *Big Machine by Velvet Revolver begins and the fans boo as JAE and Cain come out on stage. Both men raise their arms in the air and soak in the boos.* COLE Next up we have a tag match between The Machine and Justice Inc. that could be very physical. CABOOSE It will be a massacre…on behalf of The Machine of course. *JAE and Cain enter the ring and pose on the turnbuckles to the chagrin of the crowd.* BUFFER This tag match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Washington D.C., at a combined weight of 510 pounds, representing The Machine, J. ARTHUR EDWARDS AND CHRISTOPHER CAIN!!!! *Before their music can even start Parka and Jude run out and slide into the ring where both of them attack JAE and Cain who are still on the turnbuckles. Parka grabs Cain from behind in the Day of the Dead position and hits the move!* CABOOSE That’s cheating! COLE It’s smart! Jude runs up the ropes and flips over while grabbing JAE’s waist on the way down and hits a Sunset Flip Powerbomb! The fans are cheering, but the ref is waving off their pin attempts since the bell hasn’t sounded yet. CABOOSE For once the ref does something right! Parka and Jude pose on the turnbuckles and the fans cheer loudly. *Ding Ding Ding* Jude exits the ring as Parka shoves Cain to the outside and waits for JAE to stand. As JAE stands Parka nails him with a jumping Leg Lariat that takes him back down and then he goes for a pin. 1 2 No!! COACH Not even close! CABOOSE I can’t believe the ref even counted that pin! This match should be over due to disqualification! Parka tags in Jude who goes to the top rope and waits for JAE to stand. As JAE stands Jude flies off with a Corkscrew Cross Body! 1 2 No!!! Jude waits for JAE to stand again and grabs him for a German Suplex. As Jude pulls him over he flips him head over heels with a Dangerous German Suplex! Jude then tags Parka back in and Parka waits for him to stand. As JAE gets up Parka hits the Float Over DDT and goes for another cover. 1 2 No!!! COLE It’s all Justice Inc. right now! CABOOSE Well I wonder why!? Parka stands back up, but Cain blasts him in the back of the head with a chain covered fist! *Ding Ding Ding* COLE What!? Was that The Machine’s plan all along, to come out here and just maul Justice Inc.!? CABOOSE I think so! Justice Inc. got the drop on them, but they only delayed the inevitable! Cain the catches Jude right in the face with the chain as he runs towards him. CAIN Did you think this would be a normal match!? Cain helps JAE to his feet and JAE laughs at the carnage around him. Cain then pulls Parka up into position and hits the Quick Death! JAE pulls Jude up and hits the Objection and drops him to the mat before climbing to the top rope. JAE then comes off with the Final Litigation and the fans boo loudly. JAE and Cain gloat over the fallen men and raise each other’s arm in victory. COLE This makes me sick! COACH I thought there would be a match, but I should have known they just wanted to hurt them. Cain begins whipping both men with the chain as the ref begs for them to stop. JAE then grabs the ref and tosses him from the ring while Cain continues to whip them. Finally a bunch of officials rush out as well as the rest of Justice Inc. who all chase off JAE and Cain. COLE It’s about time! Let’s cut to something else! CABOOSE You should have seen it coming Cole. COLE As I understand it you two were back at our Los Angeles headquarters filming a debut of a new segment for the OAOAST! COACH That's right, MC! This shiznit is gonna be the hottest thing to hit pro wrestling since Beaver Cleveage! CABOOSE You've doomed us to failure. You might as well have just said we're the next "Lo-Down" COACH Awesome! I call Chaz! YOU'RE LOOKIN AT THE REAL DEAL, NOW! CABOOSE Just roll footage. (We go from the arena to a pre-taped segment. "Steppin Through" by Swollen Members is playing in the background and we see a dimly lit stage. On the stage Coach and Caboose are sitting in stools. The lights come up and we can see the stage is highly professional in nature with a Sportscenter-esque design. Coach and Caboose are wearing stylish suits and sitting behind futuristic looking desks.) COACH Home skillets, thanks for joining us for this first ever edition of Cruisin' or Bruisin'. The OAOAST's version of Sportscenter's patience or pani... CABOOSE Coach! You nitwit! Don't tell them who we're ripping off! COACH Ah, sorry. Anyway, d-o-double g's this is the show where Caboose and I will break down the tag team division by profiling one of the teams and telling you if they're cruisin' or bruisin'. Teams on the way up get a cruisin' and ones who need to guard their grill get a bruisin'. Boo's clues, lets start with the 76ers.. CABOOSE That's a basketball team, Coach. COACH Oh. Um, how bout the Love Doctors? Thanks to their tight trunks, liberal use of the company's ready supply of body oil and erotic dancer routines, they've caught on with our growing female fan base and our broadcast partner, Mikey Cole. Your thoughts on the Good Doctors? Cruisin' or bruisin'? Put it down for me, playa! The Love Doctors Name: Maxwell Anderson and Steven Pigley Age: Both 28 Height: 6'2 for Max, 6'1 for Steven Weight: 232lbs Max, 224lbs Steven Hometown:Chicago, IL CABOOSE Bruisin'. These guys are one of the more interesting teams. They're rather enigmatic from where I sit. They look like they're ready to break through but they can never seem to put it all together. COACH Well they are new to the scene. Not just the OAOAST but to wrestling in general. CABOOSE I don't buy that as an excuse. We've seen teams come from out of nowhere, The Midnights, GPX, Hells Hitmen and rocket to the top of the division. But Max Anderson and Steve Pigley continue to flounder at the bottom of the scene. They both have solid movesets but its a matter of using that moveset in a manner that'll get them some victories. COACH They did almost beat GPX this past week. CABOOSE And that's what I was talking about. They show glimpses of greatness. But you never what Love Doctors you're going to get! If we put the Docs in a match with the Bryants what team would we get? Will we get the group who pushed GPX to the limit or will we get jobbers with entrance music like we see so often? I think the Love Doctors have the potential to make something happen, but its just a matter of how much they're willing to work for it. COACH Any suggestions on what the Love Doctors could do to get into the cruisin' zone? CABOOSE Get a hot female valet. COACH I'm all for that, playa! But will that better their won/loss record? CABOOSE Who cares? I just want some T&A. This place is a sausage fest! COACH There ya have it. Love Doctors you're cruisin'....for a bruisin'! We out this shit. COACHCALL! (We leave the show with Coach making a noise that sounds like the one a Seal would make if was being raped by a Polar Bear. Coachcall.)
Patty O'Green 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2004 OAOAST.com's Tony Schiavone is standing by with the Chairman of the board of directors, "Cowboy" Bill Watts. SCHIAVONE Fans, as you read first on OAOAST.com, the OAOAST officially announced Dan Black vs. El Dandy for Dirty Deeds on HeldDown. The following day on OAOAST.com you read about Dan suffering an ankle injury in Tokyo, Japan. Here with me is none other than "Cowboy" Bill Watts, Chairman of the board of directors. Bill, I understand you have a statement to make concerning Dan Black and tonight's match. WATTS Yes, Tony. Tuesday night my office received a fax from Black T's attorneys asking for a special challenge match between Dan Black & El Dandy to take at Dirty Deeds, which we agreed to. Saturday afternoon I received word from Black T's attorneys that Mr. Black sustained a severely sprained ankle during a tour of Japan this past week, while defending the HIYAH tag team titles with his partner T-Bod. Considering their past behavior, you'll understand I was a bit skeptical about the injury, so I asked Black T to allow our head trainer Dr. Ima Hoe to check out Mr. Black's knee to confirm the severity of the injury. She confirmed to me that Mr. Black is indeed injured and would be out 6-8 weeks. That said, documents were signed for a special challenge match, and a special challenge match we'll have. Crowd pops. WATTS (CONT'D) T-Bod will take Dan's place and face El Dandy here tonight. Failure to do so will result in a hefty fine and/or suspension. But I know Mr. T will glady accept this challenge. Thank you. SCHIAVONE There you have it, fans. Later on tonight, T-Bod will face El Dandy. Michael, back... Just as Schiavone's about to send it back to Michael Cole, "Quiet," the theme song of the former tag team champions, hits. Looking like they just came out of a fashion show, Black T appear, dressed to the nines. Wheelchair bound and his leg in a cast, Dan Black is rolled to the ring by Jivin' J.R., wearing a "Free Tha Puerto Rican" t-shirt. T-BOD Excuse me! I couldn't help but to overhear Billy Bob say I'm booked in a match against Lou Ferrigno or face a fine and/or suspension. Let me tell you something, Bill. This isn't the wild, wild, west. You know this better than anybody, this is professional wrestling, the biggest and baddest sport on the earth. Until my partner recovers, I'm going to spend the next 6-8 weeks doing my damnest to bring the OAOAST Championship back to where it belongs...on a man. In case you haven't notice, a woman -- and Canadian -- is walking around carrying a title men have poured their heart and soul trying to capture, while this floozy slips in through the zipper and a 3 and a half inch object and now walks around claiming to be our champion. You book me against the chick and I'll be more than happy to wrestle tonight. If not, then with all due disrespect, I'm not wrestling. WATTS I'm afraid you are. Because your match begins...now! T-Bod flips out, removing his leather jacket and throwing it on the floor. T-Bod attempts to intimate Watts, who stands his ground. Jivin' J.R. takes the microphone from Schiavone and hands it to Dan. BLACK Tony. Tony! T-Bod looks back at Dan. BLACK (CONT'D) Don't worry about it. We have BAH GOD on our side. As for you, Watts...the days of the office jerking Black T around is coming to an end. Darkness will fall on everybody in our way, and that includes-- The STATIC from the microphone hitting the ground echos throughout the arena. LOS INFERNALES ATTACK BLACK T. To a MASSIVE CHEER SpiderPoet flips Dan's wheelchair onto its sides, sending Dan crashing to the floor. Jivin' J.R. tries to help his buddy up only to be decked by a clothesline. If that wasn't enough, SP bodyslams the near 300 pounder on the rampway. The sight of a blob covering a large portion of the ramp doesn't take the crowd's attention away from El Dandy & T-Bod, throwing wild punches left and right. Kneelift stuns T-Bod. Dandy suplexes the 6'6, 292 T-Bod on the rampway. T-Bod rolls off the ramp, to the floor. El Dandy climbs down the steps position at the end of the ramp and slams T-Bod's head against the steel GUARDRAIL. His head snaps back, moaning in agony T-Bod attempts to flee by hopping over the railing but El Dandy rips off T-Bod's pants, revealing tiger-patterened SPEEDO. COLE We now have a guy in his wrestling gear facing a man in his speedo and cowboy boots. Unbelieveable. CABOOSE Personally given to him by his good friend, President George W. Bush. I bet you haven't had a president give you anything. Well, the cold shoulder. Anyway, I'd like to express my utter disgust for the way Black T have been treated tonight. Dan gets injured in Japan, and instead of doing the right thing, the board of directors force--force T-Bod to wrestle. Injustice. COLE When a star player goes down, the coach replaces him with a sub and the game goes on. Same thing here. CABOOSE You cannot compare other sports to wrestling, Michael Cole! Dandy throws T-Bod's pants in the crowd and pulls him back over the railing using a handful of underwear, showing a perfectly tanned, firm ass. The crowd is loving the humiliation T-Bod is receiving. El rams T-Bod into the ringpost, his shoulder taking the blunt of the blow. Tony The Body rests up against the post, but not for long, as Dandy tosses him in the ring. On the rampway, Jivin' J.R. helps Dan back onto his wheelchair; in the ring, Dandy bodyslams T-Bod and heads to the top. BIG SPLASH~! 1... 2... KICKOUT. Dan Black & Jivin' J.R. watch the action on top of the rampway, near the ring. SpiderPoet closely monitors the situation on the other side of the ring. Jivin' J.R. provokes SP into chasing him around the ring. J.R. hops in the ring and around referee Charles Robinson. SP does the same but is caught with an OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE~! Dandy attempts a dropkick, but T-Bod moves out of the way and Charles Robinson gets nailed. Dandy ducks a clothesline and connects with a DDT. But there's no referee! He counts the pin himself. The crowd counts along. 1... 2... 3... BIG POP! 4... 5... From the ramp, Dan Black & Jivin' J.R. are pointing at Dandy, laughing at him. Dandy points back, saying "You laughing at me?" Dandy hits the ropes, Jivin' J.R. tries to wheel Dan out of harm's way but the wheelchair jammed... El Dandy jumps over the top rope and nails Dan & J.R. with a SPRINGBOARD SOMERSAULT. Everybody is down. T-Bod, El Dandy, Dan Black, Jivin' J.R., SpiderPoet, and most importanly, referee Charles Robinson. Dandy landed hard on the ramp, so he uses the ropes to pull himself up while rubbing his back. But that doesn't prevent him from connecting with a SPRINGBOARD CLOTHESLINE. Outside, Jivin' J.R. places his hand over Dan's leg and repeatedly says "Heal. Heal. Heal!" Then, Black POPS TO HIS FEET, pulls a SLAPJACK out of his sports coat and CLUBS Dandy behind the neck. He shoves him to T-Bod... CABOOSE God, Allah, Buddha, GoldenPalace.com... it's a miracle! COLE The hell it isn't. What the hell is going on?! CABOOSE I told you, a miracle. You better ask for something now, because I got a feeling this won't last long. OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE (Spinebuster) + NIGHTSHADE (Rock Bottom) = 3-B, BLACK BODY BAG! Dan & Jivin' J.R. help revive Charles Robinson, who J.R. wants to give mouth-to-mouth but Dan slaps him and tells him to do the same so the ref can shake out the cobwebs. Robinson with the count. 1... 2... 3! * DING DING DING * BUFFER The winner of the match, T-Bod! SpiderPoet enters the ring, confused by what just happened, he didn't see the miracle Jivin' J.R. just performed. SP asks the referee Charles Robinson what happened but he was out for most of chaos that ensued. Dan Black jumps on the apron and performs a couple of jumping jacks. SP scowls. Now he knows what happened. He grabs Dan by the coat collar but T-Bod nails him from behind with a high-knee to the back. Black T proceed to lay a whippin' on SpiderPoet. T-Bod tears SP's shirt, Black unbuckles his belt and whips SP across his back. WHAP! WHAP! WHAP! COLE The welts. Look at the welts. SpiderPoet's back is beginning to bleed because of the lashes with the belt. Stop this! Somebody stop this. T-Bod removes one of his cowboy boots and drives the toe of the boot over El Dandy's throat. Referee Charles Robinson tries to stop it but T-Bod levels him with a right hand. OAOAST officials enter the ring but are taken down by T-Bod, Jivin' J.R. (using one of T-Bod's cowboy boots) & Dan Black, who whipped an official in the face with his belt. Dan, Dandy...BLACKOUT (Stunner). Black T follow that up with 3-B for SpiderPoet. The two stand victorious as they exit the ring. COLE What a setup. And that's what it was -- a setup. Uh. Air the promo. Disgusting. WORLD WITHOUT END Halloween night, Sunday, October 31st. LIVE! Only on Pay-Per-View Order Now! Patty O'Green 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2004 THE OAOAST ROUND-ROBIN CHALLENGE~! CURRENT STANDINGS Panther: 3 Leon Rodez: 2 Drek Stone: 2 The Blurricane: 1 The Mad Cappa: 0 Gunner Sharps: 0 COLE Yes, there you see the standings for the prestigious Round-Robin Challenge. Tonight, those standings could and likely will be completely shaken up after the huge Gauntlet Match we have coming up next. COACH Nice job on the colours Mikey. COLE Thanks Coach. Anyway, we're a little short on time so let's get a quick rundown on the rules and sanctions on this one. Five men from the Round-Robin are involved, with The Blurricane of course otherwise occupied. Two men will start and when one is eliminated by either pinfall or submission, another combatant replaces him...until one man is left. And in this one, the scoring system is out of the window...the only way to attain points in this one is to be the last man left. The reward? 5 precious points! CABOOSE Yeah, and let's face it, the winner tonight is guaranteed to go top of the standings. Heck, if Panther wins, he's six points clear of the nearest challengers, which could be insurmountable. COLE The order of entry was drawn randomly and we don't actually know who drew which spot. So this will be as much of a surprise to us as it is to you folks at home. Without further ado, let's send it up to the ring and Mikey Buffer! CABOOSE ... BUFFER Ladies and gentlemen...the following contest here at HeldDOWN~!: Dirty Deeds, a part of the OAOAST Round-Robin Challenge, is the five man GAUNTLET Match...with the winner of this match recieving five points in the Challenge! Introducing first, the man randomly selected to begin this contest... .:CUE: "You Sexy Thing" by Hot Chocolate:. COLE Oh my, a bad break for Leon Rodez! Stepping through the curtain, the robed and ready Leon Rodez stops to salute the crowd...despite looking mighty pissed at having to open the Gauntlet. But, he manages a smile somehow, as he strolls down the aisle and reaches out to tag some of the fans' hands on his way down. BUFFER From Grand Rapids, Michigan! He weighs two hundred and eight pounds and currently has 2 Round-Robin points... "SILKY SMOOTH" LEEEEEOONN RRROOODDEEEEEZZZZZZZZ!!! Rodez punches the air with another half-hearted smile, as he enters the ring and quickly dis-robes. Dumping the lavish silver robe into the arms of a nearby ring attendant, Rodez turns back into the centre of the ring and gazes up the rampway towards the curtains. Meanwhile, the music cuts and the crowd drop into a murmering of anticipation. BUFFER And, the man assigned number two... .:"Let Me Clear My Throat (Old School Reunion Mix)" by DJ Kool.: The crowd erupts, as the lights in the arena drop and spotlights begin to circle the arena. Eventually, one hits the entrance and the incomprable Mad Cappa dances out through the curtain, to another eruption of cheers from the crowd! COACH Woah...Cappa and Rodez kicking this Gauntlet off! That's cool. COLE This will also be the first time Rodez and Cappa have faced each other, to the best of my recollection. "GO CAP-PA! GO CAP-PA! GO CAP-PA!" Hearing the chants of the crowd, Cappa breaks into some more dance as Rodez watches on from the ring, managing a little smirk as he watches on. Slowly Cappa dances his way down the ramp and reaches the ring, where the dancing stops and Cappa leaps into the ring. BUFFER ...he hails from Anacostia, Washington D.C and weighs in at one hundred and eighty five pounds. He is currently yet to score in the Round-Robin Challenge, but he is a former two time OAOAST Puerto Rican/Italian Champion...he is THE MAAAAAAD CAAAAPPAAAAAAA!!! The crowd pop and Cappa gives them a round of applause, as Rodez begins to adjust his elbow pads and starts to loosen up ahead of the action. Cappa meanwhile removes his cap and glasses, tossing them into the crowd for some lucky fans. And now, Cappa is ready for action. *DING DING DING* The bell rings, and the Gauntlet Match is underway! Quickly Rodez bounces away from the ropes where he had been preparing, as Cappa does the same. Instead of the usual lock-up, the two fan-favourites begin the match exchanging some fighting talk, before giving a sign of respect by shaking hands. COLE Now, that's class there. Don't expect to see that when Drek Stone gets out here. CABOOSE Of course not, he hates everyone in this Round-Robin Tournament...these two especially. You know the history between Drek and Cappa. With the pleasantries over, Cappa quickly pops Rodez with a forearm, surprising The New Age Love Machine! He staggers back, as Cappa strides in and nails a second forearm...and a third, followed up with a quick back elbow. Rodez fires back with a right hand... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...but takes a chop from Cappa... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...and another... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...and a third... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...before Rodez finally delivers one of his own... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...only to get FOUR back from Cappa, rocking him against the ropes! Rodez slumps into the ropes, the wind knocked out of him from the hard knifeedges, as Cappa moves in and whips Rodez out from the ropes. Hitting the opposite ropes, Rodez sees a Cappa clothesline and smartly ducks, waiting for Cappa to come back around... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...before nailing a stiff knifedge, stopping Cappa in his tracks. The force spins Cappa around in a 180, as Rodez quickly takes advantage and grabs Cappa in a side headlock. COLE Man, what a vicious chop-fest to kick this one off! CABOOSE That's workrate baby! Workrate! Trapped in the grip of Rodez, Cappa quickly starts to fire backhands into the gut of Rodez as he tries to get free. But Rodez tightens up the headlock, causing Cappa to drop to his knees. But that's just a ploy, as Cappa quickly falls back and takes Rodez over into a pinning combination... ONE! TWO! Rodez kicks out, landing on his ass with the headlock still intact on the mat. Now Cappa looks truly trapped, as Rodez leans onto Cappa's back, trying to keep him down. Which doesn't work, as Cappa pushes up to his knees. Just as he does though, Rodez releases the headlock and takes Cappa over with an Oklahoma roll... ONE! TWO! Cappa is quickly out, rolling to his feet. Rodez gets back up too. Both men meet in the centre of the ring and it looks to be a stand-off, until Rodez drives a knee deep into Cappa's gut! Cappa doubles over, as Rodez re-applies the side headlock. Squirming and spinning, Cappa tries to get free...and succeeds, with a hammerlock applied on Rodez which is quickly chained into a side headlock of his own. That stays on for little more than a second though, as Rodez pushes Cappa off into the ropes. Cappa flies back, into a clothesline from Rodez which puts him down. Now Rodez hits the ropes as Cappa begins to get up, only to think better and drop back down. Rodez hurdles Cappa, hitting the opposite ropes. But Cappa is waiting for him, with a clothesline of his own which puts Rodez down. Cappa fakes going off the ropes again as Rodez begins to get up, dropping down as he sees Cappa going. But Cappa puts the brakes on quickly, before dropping a leg across the back of Rodez's head! COLE Nicely done by Cappa, wrestling smart here as he lured Rodez into the mistake. CABOOSE Correct. Cappa knows his way around a ring guys. He's been a part of the OAOAST for a long time now, where-as Rodez is still a relative rookie. With Rodez laid out, face-down on the mat, Cappa turns away from his opponent and exits to the apron. From there, Cappa begins to climb to the top rope. In the ring, Rodez is beginning to get to his feet but looking a little groggy as he uneasily gets back to his feet. As he does, Cappa takes a moment to adjust his position on the top rope before launching off, aiming a missile dropkick at Rodez... ...which Rodez shrugs off, almost with ease! Cappa crashes to the mat chest first, managing to cushion his landing somewhat as he gets back to his feet. Only to get grabbed by Rodez and thrown into the corner. Bouncing off the turnbuckles, Cappa staggers back out and gets wiped out with a Rodez clothesline! CABOOSE I take it all back. COLE Well, I must say I am surprised 'Boose... CABOOSE What? I was talking about Cappa being smart. There was no need for a high-risk move so early in the match and he blew it. Picking Cappa back up, Rodez pushes him back into the corner again where this time he remains. Back steps Rodez, getting up a small head of speed as he goes before diving towards Cappa and avalanching him in the corner! Out of the corner staggers Cappa, getting a few steps about before Rodez pulls him back and into a schoolboy roll-up... ONE! T.. Cappa grabs the nearby rope. Rodez looks confused for a moment, looking towards the referee, before quickly realising Cappa is getting back up and driving a hard knee into the gut of his opponent. Doubling over, Cappa senses a predicament and dives forward, taking Rodez to mat with a single leg takedown. Rodez topples and falls, but quickly uses his free leg to drive down over the back of Cappa's head...time and time again, until Cappa releases the leg to tend to his throbbing cranium. As he does, Rodez pulls himself up using the ropes and pulls Cappa up with him. With a quick shove, Cappa ends up backed in the corner again, where he takes a right hand to the jaw. Cappa shakes that off... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...but another knifedge chop knocks the breath out of him, long enough for Rodez to grab Cappa and irish whip him towards the opposite turnbuckles. Cappa looks on a collision course, as Rodez follows in behind him. But Cappa manages to grab the top rope as he heads for the turnbuckles, pushing himself up and over Rodez who carries on towards the buckles. Rodez puts on the brakes however, turning quickly and in one swift motion whips around with a spinning heel kick to the skull of Cappa, who crashes to the mat! The divided crowd don't know whever to cheer or boo, which results in a loud but hard to recognise sound filling the air, as Rodez quickly drops on top of Cappa. ONE! TWO! KICKOUT! COLE Both of these men looking for the quick victory, as they know they'll have to beat four men to earn those five points. COACH Earn is the right word. These guys will earn those points if they earn them. COLE ... CABOOSE Which producer are you sleeping with again? COACH All of the female ones! BA ZING~! CABOOSE Even Big Joan? COACH Uhm...maybe not her. That's the line. Rodez pushes Cappa up against the ropes and hits him with a right hand, enough to stun Cappa. With him stunned, Rodez pulls Cappa out from the ropes and hits a boot to the gut. Cappa falls to one knee, as Rodez quickly underhooks his left arm. Rodez tries to do the same to the right, but Cappa pulls it away and spins around, so he's behind Rodez. Nailing a forearm to the back of the head, Cappa whips Rodez back around and looks for an irish whip, which is reversed by Rodez and Cappa heads for the ropes. But Cappa has the presence of mind to leap onto the middle rope and spring back off, with a majestic crossbody that wipes out Rodez and leaves him in a pinning predicament... ONE! TWO! SHOULDER UP! Both men get quickly back up... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...with Cappa hitting a stinging knifedge chop. Rodez, who's chest is beat red as it is, stops to clutch at his burning upper body. Meanwhile, Cappa hits the ropes and comes back with a diving clothesline which takes Rodez down. Rodez is quickly back up though, only for Cappa to grab him and irish whip Rodez into the ropes. This time, Rodez replicates The Mad Cappa and leaps to the middle rope. Cappa is wise to it and hits the mat as a protective move. But Rodez stops, faking out Cappa and casually hopping off of the ropes. Realising his mistake, Cappa quickly gets back to his feet. But Rodez is waiting, and takes Cappa over with a quick small package! ONE! TWO! NO! COLE Wow, that was close there! Rodez lured Cappa into that one! COACH Well, these two guys are pretty evenly matched obviously, as they're going move for move...each other's moves. It's like a game of 'anything you can do, I can do better'. Again both men get back to their feet and again it looks to be a stand-off, but this time it's Cappa who attacks, hitting a right hand. Rodez throws one right back, getting one back from Cappa quickly. So, Rodez goes for another right hand of his own, but Cappa counters with a deep arm drag. Rodez rolls through, getting back to his feet and shooting an enziguri at Cappa. But Cappa ducks it, leaving Rodez to whiff the kick and land hard on the mat. Back up scrambles Rodez, but Cappa is waiting with a boot, and the BUST A CA... ...NO! Rodez counters, pulling Cappa down into an inverted front facelock before Cappa can get so much of a touch of Rodez's neck. Frantically Cappa starts to throw forearms upwards at Rodez's head area. But Rodez drives a fist down into the gut of Cappa to neutralise him, before picking Cappa up into the air. Cappa tries to kick free, but finds himself flipped over, and into "Street Smarts" Osaka Street Cutter... ...but this time, Cappa counters, pushing Rodez forward and into the ropes. Rodez rebounds as Cappa swings with a clothesline, but Rodez ducks and keeps on running. Cappa locks his hands and attempts to nail a back elbow, but Rodez ducks under that attempt as well. Still Rodez runs on, but this time Cappa runs with him and nails a clothesline, sending Rodez flying up over the top rope, crashing onto the elevated rampway! Rodez pulls himself up pretty quickly though, blocking a Cappa right hand as he does before hitting one of his own. Cappa sees a second one coming though, ducking through the middle and top ropes and hitting a shoulder to the gut of The New Age Love Machine. Reaching over the ropes, Cappa pulls Rodez upright again and looks to hiptoss Rodez back into the ring. But Rodez hangs onto the top rope with his free hand to stop himself...not once, but twice, before spinning out of the hiptoss attempt and dropping Cappa across the top rope with an ace crusher! Cappa's neck bounces off of the top rope and he stumbles back across the ring, as Rodez quickly re-enters. CABOOSE Now, that's not right. Rodez just used Cappa's own move on him. COLE ...a version of it, maybe. Hell, you don't even like Cappa! CABOOSE So? Stealing is stealing. COLE What do you do in your spare time...hunt down people who download music illegally? CABOOSE They're ruining the music industry!!! It's going to DIE because of people like them!!! COACH ...riiight. Rodez strides over to Cappa, nailing the jelly-legged one with a forearm that staggers Cappa even more. But still, he's up on his feet. So Rodez brushes past Cappa, running off the ropes and flying into Cappa with a spinning back elbow that catches Cappa right on the BUTT of the jaw. Cappa goes flying, flipping onto his front as Rodez looks down at Cappa and contemplates his next move. That being a violent elbow drop across the sternum. Cappa holds his sternum, as Rodez quickly decides to make a cover. ONE! TWO! KICKOUT! COACH Didn't hook the leg. COLE Indeed, Rodez needs to hook a leg to beat someone with the credentials of The Mad Cappa. Pulling Cappa back up, Rodez hits a quick vertical suplex to place Cappa in a suitable position, before beginning a climb to the top rope. But Cappa is quick in getting back to his feet, so Rodez re-thinks his plans and leaps back into the ring, nailing Cappa with a boot to the side of the head. This time Cappa remains down, but Leon pulls him up anyway and scoops Cappa up for a slam. Cappa flips over the top though, landing behind Rodez and shooting him towards the corner. Rodez extends a boot, which hits the middle turnbuckle and stops his momentum, allowing him to catch Cappa running in with a back elbow to the jaw! Cappa wobbles but somehow remains on his feet, as Rodez leaps to the middle rope and reaches forward for Cappa. Grabbing him by the head, Rodez pulls Cappa in and looks for a tornado DDT, springing off the ropes in an instant. Cappa manages to counter though and is able to push Rodez off, so he flies into the centre of the ring and crashes face-first into the mat! COLE Counter by Cappa! And now, it's Leon Rodez who is in trouble! Rodez drags himself up, holding his gut as he walks gingerly over towards Cappa...to recieve a boot across the pectoral area, snapping him up to a vertical base. As he does so, Cappa hits the ropes, coming back and wiping Rodez out with a crossbody block... ONE! TWO! KICKOUT! Rodez pushes Cappa off, who rolls through before getting right back up to his feet. In rushes Cappa again, grabbing Rodez by the arm as he does and looking for another irish whip. Only this time, he doesn't. Instead, Cappa lets Leon get to arms reach before yanking him back, into a short-arm... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...chop! COLE Wow, you can hear those chops ECHOING through this arena! CABOOSE That's because the crowd are sitting on their hands. COLE They certainly are not! Hanging onto Rodez's wrist, Cappa ducks underneath it and pulls it around into a hammerlock. Straight from that, Cappa chains into a sleeper hold...but no sooner has he applied that, Cappa falls forward and drops Rodez straight south with The Fall From Grace! Rodez's head spikes into the mat, as Cappa reaches forward and hooks the leg... ONE! TWO! THRE... NOOOOOO! "YEEEAAAHHH!!" Some of the crowd cheer, as Rodez shoots a shoulder at the last possible second, much to Cappa's surprise. But undettered, Cappa leaps back to his feet and encourages Rodez to get back up. Slowly, The New Age Love Machine begins to do so, as Cappa hops about impatiently on the spot, waiting and waiting on Rodez. Waiting for him to get up. Waiting for him to turn around. Eventually he does, and as he does Cappa goes to Bust A Cap again... ...this time though, Rodez catches the foot and pulls Cappa into a big Anderson esque spinebuster! Cappa lands hard, as Rodez floats over with the leg and makes the cover... ONE! TWO! KICKOUT! Back up clambers Rodez, shaking off the cobwebs as Cappa gets up with him. Quickly Rodez moves in and fires off a jab on Cappa... ...and another jab... ...a jab... ...but Cappa ducks a fourth jab... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...and nails a series of stinging knifedge chops to weaken down Rodez. It succeeds as Rodez doubles over, sucking wind as Cappa grabs Rodez and plants him with a quick DDT! Back up snaps Cappa, quickly flipping Rodez onto his back and grabbing the legs of The New Age Love Machine. No fool, Rodez knows he's in trouble and tries to scramble free. But Cappa pulls Rodez back in, and quickly turns Rodez over and into the Walls Of Cappa! COLE Walls Of Cappa! Rodez is trapped and the only escape are the ropes! COACH Well, we know this kid has heart, but how much has he got here? Cappa, with the hold locked in, sits back into the Walls as Rodez starts to claw at his own face from the pain that he's in. The referee is right there with him to check for a tap-out, but Rodez shakes his head with a 'no'...scanning around the ring for the ropes, which seem to be close by. But Cappa has the hold applied to perfection and it seems Rodez is going to have to tap out... ...pushing up, Rodez has his eyes locked on the bottom rope and begins to reach out for them. Cappa turns his attentions to the Dirty Deeds set though, watching the big screen and seeing Rodez reaching for the ropes...so begins to walk forward, pulling Rodez back inch by inch away from an escape! Another mixed reaction fills the air, as Cappa sits back in, with Rodez now a considerable distance away from the ropes. An agonising distance for Rodez and his supporters! Howling in pain, Rodez makes another effort to reach the ropes as he starts to drag Cappa's 185 pounds along towards the ropes once more. Cappa sits back again, trying to make himself as heavy as possible. Only, you know without steriods or a trip to McDonalds. But still Rodez crawls, with determination and sheer grit as he begins to near the ropes. Suddenly, Cappa stands up, keeping hold of the legs and placing a knee into the back of Rodez's head and kneeling into the now screaming Rodez!! COLE Lion Tamer! Cappa adjusts the Walls Of Cappa into the perhaps even more effective Lion Tamer! CABOOSE No, no...that's the LEON Tamer! COACH ...Ha! I get it...because he's doin' it on Leon Rodez, right? CABOOSE ...yes, that's the joke Coach. Have a cookie. Now Rodez is going nowhere, unable to crawl any further with Cappa's knee planted on the back of his head. So it's lucky that Rodez is just centimetres from the ropes... ...WHICH HE GRABS! COLE That was lucky for Leon. He managed to crawl far enough before Cappa changed the hold, and it saves both Rodez and his chances at 5 big ones. CABOOSE Yeah, but Rodez has to go through four men to get those points as it is. How's he gonna do that with his back hurting? With Rodez flat out on the canvas, clinging on desperately to the bottom rope, Cappa releases the Lion Tamer and walks into the centre of the ring, breathing a little heavily now. It's not long though before Cappa is moving back in, pulling Rodez up from the canvas. Rodez is hardly able to stand now, as Cappa drills him with a right hand. And another. And a third. *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...before connecting with another knifedge chop. Rodez spins around from the impact, getting caught halfway and taken up into the air with a back suplex before being brought back down with authority! Leon bounces off the mat, as The Mad Cappa gets back to his feet and rolls Rodez onto his front. Still Rodez is trying to fight to his feet though, so Cappa stomps him hard in the ribs...twice, three, four times before following them up with an elbow! Rodez is hurting now, his back arched as he tries to pull himself back up. Cappa meanwhile is waiting on him, helping Leon up to his feet before driving a knee into the gut. CABOOSE Cappa would be best advised to finish this. After all, he's still got to go through Drek, Panther and Gunner in this one! As if hearing Caboose, Cappa runs his thumb across his throat signalling that he's ready to end the match, before pulling Rodez into a standing headscissors position. Rodez slumps to one knee, but is quickly pulled back up by Cappa before getting picked up into the air by Cappa, showing surprising strength to get Rodez up for a powerbomb...before sitting out, DRIVING Rodez into the canvas with the Cappabomb and remaining in the seated position for the count... ONE! TWO! THR... NOOOOO!!! COLE WOW! Rodez kicks out! CABOOSE Rodez needs to learn when to fight another day. This is doing him no favours. COLE Come on Caboose. Leon Rodez is no quitter! CABOOSE No, but if he spends the next twenty minutes fighting through two more opponents only to get beaten in the last match, he stills gets the same amount of points as he would from giving up now. Only difference is, he'll be in some condition for HeldDOWN~! on Thursday night. A little surprised that the Cappabomb didn't get the job done, Cappa pulls himself back up and begins to hear the cheers from the crowd. Or at least half of them. Grabbing Rodez by the hair, Cappa pulls his opponent up and steps to the side, lifting Rodez up for a backbreaker. Rodez flips over and out of the move though, catching Cappa by surprise and locking him in the Sleeperhold! COLE Woah! Sleeper, from nowhere! Cappa thinks quickly however, pushing backwards and forcing Rodez back with him until Rodez crashes into the turnbuckles! Hitting the buckles causes Rodez to release the sleeper. That allows Cappa to hit a back elbow...and a second, before turning towards Rodez and whipping him out of the corner. Rodez counters the irish hip however, sending Cappa across the ring and into the opposite corner! There he remains, as Rodez charges in and dives at Cappa, landing with one foot on the middle rope...and his right knee planted FIRMLY into Cappa's cranium!!! COLE SHINING WIZARD IN THE CORNER! COACH DAYYAM~! Knocked loopy, Cappa stumbles out of the corner and into a desperation clothesline by Rodez, who quickly makes the equally desperate cover... ONE! TWO! KICKOUT BY CAPPA!!! Half the crowd gasps, the other cheers, as Cappa kicks out and the weakened Rodez holds his head in his hands in despair. COLE Oh MY, I thought that was all! But somehow Cappa kicked out after that vicious shining wizard in the corner that damn near caved in his skull! Rodez gets back to his feet, knowing that time is of the essence as he helps Cappa to get back to his feet. Cappa looks woozy, with enough left to swing with a wild punch...which Rodez easily ducks. Cappa spins a full 360 degrees, back into a boot to the gut from Rodez. With Cappa doubled over, Rodez takes a final deep breath before double underhooking both of The Mad Cappa's arms and pulling him into the air, before sitting out with a Tiger Driver, placing a foot over each of Cappa's arms and leaning into a pin... ONE! TWO! THREEEEE!!! *DING DING* COLE There it is! Rodez pulls out the win over Cappa, in what you could certainly call an upset! CABOOSE Yeah, but that's only the beginning. Rodez releases the pin and collapses backwards in exhaustion, hands thrown over his face. Usually this would be the chance to rest and celebrate a victory. Not tonight. BUFFER The Mad Cappa has been eliminated! .:CUE: "State Prop (You Know Us)" by State Property:. "YEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!" COLE PANTHER!!! The crowd erupt once more, as through the curtains bursts Panther...wasting no time on his usual entrance and instead jogging down the rampway. Entering the ring, Panther looks down on Rodez who is struggling to his feet, and shows the courtesy to let him get back up, as The Mad Cappa is helped from the ring. COACH Well, good news for Leon is he won. The bad news is, now he's gotta face Panther. CABOOSE If he thought Cappa was something, now he's got to face Panther. Not that Panther is anything special, but Rodez's tank has got to be past half empty by now. He's been through a tough match already. Finally Rodez gets back up as Panther is being held back by the referee... *DING DING* ...who calls for the bell, and phase 2 to begin! Which it does, with Panther sprinting out of the corner and nailing the unsteady Rodez with a running front dropkick. The force propels Rodez, back into the turnbuckles which he hits HARD back first before flopping to the canvas. Panther meanwhile is right back up, hands aloft in the air. The crowd cheer him, as Rodez meanwhile fights to get back to his feet. Panther is right there to meet him, with a stinging right hand. And a second. Rodez is rocked, as Panther changes tact and kicks Rodez in the knee, targetting the surgically repaired body-part. But as he does, Rodez launches out from the ropes and clotheslines down Panther! COLE This is a rematch from HeldDOWN~! this past Thursday guys, a match which Panther of course won to go top of the Round-Robin Challenge table. CABOOSE And that was against a FRESH Leon Rodez. COLE Well, don't count Rodez out 'Boose. Both men get back up, with Panther noticeably quicker and easier than Rodez. Again he goes to the knee with a kick...but then stops, and rather than go for the knee again Panther spins Rodez around and drives a forearm deep into Leon's ribs! Rodez slumps and drops to his knees, clutching his back as Panther pulls him straight back up to deliver a second forearm! This time Rodez goes all the way down, hitting the mat face-first and staying there. Panther grabs him by the ankles quickly, pulling Rodez around into position by the ropes before exiting to the apron and getting more cheers from the fans. Turning out to them, Panther gives the masses a thumbs up, before turning back to Rodez and shooting back into the ring. Somersaulting forward, Panther hits the slingshot hílo across the back of Rodez, jolting Rodez's body and causing him to grab his back again. But not for long, as Panther flips him over to make a cover... ONE! TWO! KICKOUT! Panther leaps back up and grabs a handful of Rodez's hair, dragging him to his feet slowly. As he does, Rodez fires a right hand to the gut of Panther. But Panther quickly drives his arm down across the back of his opponent which drops him back down to his knees. Stepping behind Rodez, Panther quickly pulls up the New Age Love Machine and just as quickly pops the hips, taking Rodez up and over with a textbook german suplex which folds Rodez up across his trapezius area, jolting back and neck! COLE Panther in total control here. Remember, if Panther wins tonight in this Gauntlet Match he will extend his lead at the top of the Round-Robin Challenge to six points! COACH Yeah, but that's a big 'if'. Rodez is laid out, face first on the canvas, as Panther strolls coolly over to the fallen Chixterminator and stomps down on the upper back and neck area repeatedly. Each stomp further weakens the neck, as eventually the referee has to move in and reprimand Panther...who backs off respectfully, to allow the ref to check on Rodez. Which he does, but Rodez seems to be ok to continue. So the ref quickly backs off and allows Panther to continue his attack. In strides Panther, dropping a legdrop across the back of Rodez's head. Somewhere, Dames adds another quarter star to the match, as Panther pulls Rodez back up from the canvas... ...but Rodez ducks behind, taking Panther over with a schoolboy roll-up! ONE! TWO! NO! Panther is out and quickly up, driving a knee in on Rodez before taking him up for a suplex... ...AND DROPPING RODEZ ACROSS THE TOP ROPE!!! "OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" COLE Leon Rodez, hung out to dry! Left hanging half and half on the top rope, Rodez is now coughing and spluttering from the punishment his rib area has taken. Panther is meanwhile taking things relatively easy, not rushing into anything as he strolls over and slams another forearm into the back of Rodez. Another forearm follows, before the ref gets in the way again wanting Leon off the ropes. So Panther complies, hooking Rodez back up for a suplex and lifting him off the ropes, before dropping him down to the canvas. Quickly he floats over, looking for the pin... ONE! TWO! RODEZ KICKS OUT! "YEEEEAAAAAHHHHH!" Again the crowd seem to be split...mainly by gender, as the female sounding half cheer for Rodez's dramatic kickout. COLE Another kickout, but each kickout seems less and less convincing from Leon Rodez. CABOOSE Well of course! This is his second match. Panther pulls Rodez back to his feet once more, slowly but surely, drilling him with a forearm as Rodez nears verticality. All Rodez can manage to do is put a meek guard up, as Panther now goes to the gut with an uppercut style punch. Followed up with a knee. Rodez doubles over through a combination of pain and exhaustion, as Panther grabs Rodez and irish whips him into the ropes. Rebounding, Rodez tries to hit a Yakuza Kick, but Panther is able to duck under that and use his momentum to run into the ropes. Now Panther flies back, with a full head of steam which goes wasted as Rodez ducks his head and back body drops Panther onto... ...his feet! Panther lands safely, quickly grabbing Rodez and taking him to the canvas with a swift side russian legsweep! The impact leaves Rodez down and seemingly lifeless, as Panther's head slowly begins to tilt towards the corner of the ring. CABOOSE Where is he...oh, Panther wants to show off for all his fans. Whoopee! Quickly Panther exits the ring and scales the turnbuckles hurriedly, as still Rodez isn't moving. Panther reaches the top, extending one finger to the ceiling as he steadies himself on the ropes before launching through the air... ...BUT PANTHER MISSES THE FROG SPLASH! COLE Rodez got out of the way! Panther crashes and burns. COACH Viva la rasa indeed. CABOOSE ...what!?! Holding his chest, Panther gets back to his feet but remains doubled over. Rodez meanwhile fights back to his feet, stumbling over towards Panther and locking him in a front facelock for a DDT, but Panther pushes him off. With Rodez back-pedalling, Panther charges in and looks to clothesline Leon's head off...but swings wildly and misses, turning back around quickly... *SMACK!* ...to recieve a STIFF superkick to the jaw! Panther stops and slowly topples to the canvas, with Leon jumping on top of him as soon as he lands and makes a pinfall attempt. ONE! TWO! KICKOUT! Rodez glares at the referee as he gets back to his feet, with some of the crowd getting behind him and his fightback. Panther meanwhile stares bleary eyed up at the lights. So Rodez walks over, pulling Panther to his feet as he tries not to strain himself while doing so. With Panther back up, Rodez stops and pulls back with his right hand... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" COLE Listen to those CHOPS!!! CABOOSE Eh. I've heard louder libraries. Rocked by the knifedges, Panther stops to regain his breath as Rodez grabs him and sends Panther towards the corner. Hitting the buckles, Panther rebounds out of the corner and looks to clothesline Rodez. Again Rodez ducks, but Panther whips right around ready to duck a punch from Rodez and throw Leon over with a t-bone suplex! Rodez lands across his neck awkwardly, drawing some gasps from the fans, as Panther gets back to his feet and checks on his stinging chest. But soon he remembers that he has three matches awaiting him, so dives over to Rodez and making the cover... ONE! TWO! KICKOUT AGAIN! COLE Another kickout! Man, Rodez's heart is huge! CABOOSE Then he needs to be in a hospital, not a wrestling ring. Which he could be once Drek gets out here! Looking for the finish, Panther pulls Leon to his feet and instantly looks to apply the 3/4 facelock for the Panther Cutter. But Rodez is ready and prepared, pushing Panther off into the turnbuckles which he hits sternum first! The air rushes out of Panther's body and he tries to grab the ropes to prevent collapsing to the mat, but can't and falls into a seated position in the corner. Rodez watches on from a safe distance, as Panther begins to turn around. And suddenly, Leon sprints from his standing position with Panther in his sights... ...but Panther avoids a shining wizard, causing Rodez to FLY into the turnbuckles which launch him backwards violently!!! The crowd again gasp, as Rodez curls up into a near fetal position. Panther meanwhile crawls over, struggling for breath but with enough left to cradle Rodez up... ONE! TWO! THR... SHOULDER UP AT TWO!!! "LE - ON! LE - ON! LE - ON!" COLE Another kickout, and still Leon Rodez will not give up on those 5 precious points! COACH You may be right about this kid's enlarged heart Mikey. COLE I didn't say enlarged heart... COACH Whatever. Looking a little out of breath still, Panther pulls himself to his feet using the ropes and encourages Rodez up. Rodez complies, but does so slowly, with the punishment he has taken still in full effect. Eventually he reaches his feet but falls into the ropes from exhaustion, allowing Panther to stride across to Rodez and deliver series of right hooks into the ribs of the New Age Love Machine. With each hook, Rodez slumps further into the ring ropes and it looks like all his energy is gone now as Leon's eyes begin to droop down with the rest of his body. Panther whips the weary Rodez around so his back is to the ropes, with nowhere to go and prime pickings... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...for the eightieth knifedge chop of the match. *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...and two more, leaving Rodez gasping for air. With Leon unable to suitably defend himself, Panther grabs Rodez by the arm and irish whips him across the ring. Rodez rebounds and can't stop himself before colliding with Panther's elbow gut first. Leon doubles over, as Panther tries to hook Rodez up for the Pantherplex... ...but it's countered, with a small package... ONE! TWO! THRE... NO! A little shocked, Panther gets back to his feet and catches Rodez with a boot to the gut. That doubles over Rodez and leaves him prime to be placed in a standing headscissors, which brings the crowd to their feet. COACH Time to drop Da Bomb~! With a quick pause to fire the crowd up, Panther lifts Rodez up... ...only for Rodez to float over the back, countering into a sunset flip... ONE! TWO! THREEEEE!!! COLE RODEZ TAKES IT! RODEZ SURPISED PANTHER, AND GETS THE PIN! *DING DING* The crowd, in shock, don't know whever to cheer or jeer...as Panther kicks out moments too late, ending up on his knees holding his head in despair. Rodez meanwhile flops back to the canvas, too exhausted to acknowledge his pinfall. Cursing, Panther slaps the mat in anger from what could be classed as a lapse in concentration. Either way, he's out. BUFFER Panther has been eliminated! COLE And that means Leon Rodez has beaten two men, with two left to go... .:CUE: "Debonaire" by Dope:. COLE ...ooooh. COACH Well...congratulations kid. The crowd rise to their feet once more, as the dominant figure of the seven foot one, three hundred seventy five pound monster known as Gunner Sharps walks through the curtains and beats his chest menacingly. A sense of awe fills the air as Gunner towers over everyone, more than everyone else what with the elevated rampway leading to the ring. Over the top rope he enters, passed by Panther who dejectedly leaves the ring. Meanwhile, Gunner looks down at the exhausted frame of Leon Rodez as he removes the OAOAST 24/7 Championship from over his shoulder and passes it to the referee, who quickly passes it out of the ring. "GUNN - ER! GUNN - ER! GUNN -ER!" CABOOSE This should be a walk in the park for Gunner. Hell, not even that...a ride in the park. *DING DING* The bell rings and Gunner strides over, towering over poor little Leon. All Leon can do is grab a hold of Gunner's leg, using his singlet as help to pull himself back to his feet slowly. Gunner just looks down on Leon, looking a little pertubed at being used as a climbing frame. But he's content to let Rodez keep on climbing until he reaches his feet, and finds himself in the shadow of Gunner. Weakly Rodez fires a punch, but before it can connect Gunner grabs Rodez by the throat! COLE Oh no...chokeslam's coming here! Rodez doesn't have it left in him to escape the grip around his 'goozle', allowing Gunner to lift him effortlessly in the air. Stopping mid-way, Gunner looks out at the crowd who cheer in approval...as he DRILLS Rodez with the chokeslam! The force bounces Rodez up off the mat and onto his front, as Gunner stands over him for a moment and considers what to do...settling for rolling Rodez onto his back and making a casual cover... ONE! TWO! THREE... NOOO! SHOULDER UP!!! CABOOSE This kid has a death wish, I swear it. COLE He has a heart, that's what he has. CABOOSE Yeah, but no brain to work it. Okay...I can understand he wants to fight on to beat Cappa. I can understand him wanting to even the score with Panther. I can even understand him wanting to get at Drek Stone and the 5 points. But...it's GUNNER! COACH And? CABOOSE And!?! Gunner is going to KILL Rodez! Wiping a wry smile from his face, Gunner grabs two handfuls of Rodez's straggly hair and drags him up off the canvas. Rodez is out on his feet. So Gunner grabs him by the arm and whips him into the ropes, waiting for him to shoot back before raising a big boot... *SMACK!* ...which Rodez runs STRAIGHT into! "OOOOOOOOHHHHH!!!" With Rodez down, Gunner slowly backs into the ropes and comes back, little more than jogging as he drops a big elbow to Rodez chest. Getting right back up, Gunner decides against a second elbow. Instead, he slowly drags the limp Rodez back to his feet. Once there, Gunner delivers a BIG right hand...grabbing a handful of Rodez's shorts to prevent him from falling to the canvas, so he can deliver a second right hand. Slumping forward, Rodez is hanging off of Gunner like Britney Spears hanging onto her last shread of popularity (HIYOOOOOOO~!)... desperately. Which isn't wise, as Gunner simply reaches down and hoists Rodez into the air before pressing the ladies' favourite high over his head for all to see! CABOOSE Hey Cole, you got your cellphone on you? A few flashbulbs in the arena go off as Gunner turns, exhibiting his catch to all around... COLE Yeah, why? ...before dropping Rodez down from the gorilla press, and down into a SCINTILATTING~! spinebuster!!! CABOOSE ...call Rodez an ambulance, would ya. He's going to need one. The Tortured Soul Slam looks to have done the job. But Gunner isn't done yet, hearing the roar of the fans as he gets back to his feet and wagging his finger. Some of the crowd pop, as Gunner turns back to Rodez and hauls him off the canvas once more. Now Rodez really is on his last legs, as Gunner grabs him by the throat once more. Rodez drops to his knees, but is soon hoisted into the air...and drilled with a ONE HANDED Chokeslam!!! From there, it's academic... ONE! TWO! THREE!!! *DING DING* BUFFER Leon Rodez has been eliminated! COLE An admirable effort from Leon Rodez here tonight, but the odds were so stacked against him that he just couldn't get past Gunner. And now, there is just one more fall to go. COACH Yeah, and we know who's gonna be coming out now. Drek Stone! For now though, nobody is coming out, as the motionless Leon Rodez is being checked on by the referee and for that matter by Gunner Sharps. After the effort he's put in, Rodez is laid flat out on the canvas from exhaustion. Conscious, but a physical wreck. As the crowd watch on, EMTs begin to jog out from the back and enter the ring as the Gauntlet Match has come to an abrupt holt. CABOOSE I told you guys. Rodez put too much effort in, he's been decimated tonight and to top it off he gets 0 points from this Gauntlet. Oh, and what shape will he be in for next week? COLE Well, compassionate as ever 'Boose... CABOOSE Hey, come on now. I'm not being incompassionate, as such. I'm just saying that I was right all along. Again. .:CUE "Woke Up This Morning" by A3:. "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" CABOOSE Oh yeah, here we go! The crowd break out of their muted silence and into jeers, as Drek Stone slowly emerges through the entrance way. Hearing the boos, Drek grins and shrugs, before holding his arms aloft into the air. Gunner now turns his attention away from Rodez, who is being helped from the ring now and being attended to on the floor. Meanwhile, Drek is sauntering down the runway, eyeing up the seven foot one bohemoth standing in his path with a little trepidation COLE Look at the look on Gunner Sharps' face! He wants some of Drek tonight! COACH Can't blame him either, after the way Drek won their match last week...with the use of the 24/7 Championship belt. CABOOSE What have I told you two fools? Points mean everything in this Round-Robin, so you win by whatever means neccessary. Which is exactly what Drek did! And exactly what he'll do right now. COLE So, these two men are the last two. After the efforts of the other three men, this Gauntlet Match comes down to two fresh men battling it out. As far as they're concerned, the previous three 'matches' can be thrown out of the window. This is one on one, for 5 points! "GUNN - ER! GUNN - ER! GUNN -ER!" The crowd are chanting away for the bigman as Drek reaches the apron, stopping short of entering the ring. Beneath him at floor level meanwhile, Leon Rodez is being assisted towards the back, down the side of the rampway. Some of the crowd notice and applaud Rodez's efforts as he raises a weary arm in appreciation. But soon he's out of sight, and all attention is on Drek and Gunner. Still looking rather anxious, Drek slowly begins to enter the ring...with Gunner being held back by the referee, to prevent the match beginning before he is ready... *DING DING* There goes the bell and the final phase of the Dirty Deeds Gauntlet is underway! Still some of the chants of "Gunner" continue. But most have turned into a dull murmering, as the crowd begin to buzz. Slowly Drek walks towards Gunner, looking shorter and shorter with every step, as if walking through a pond. And into the path of a sea monster. Drek suddenly stops though, looking at Gunner and taking a deep breath... ...as suddenly Gunner charges, FLATTENING Drek with a clothesline! "YEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!" The crowd erupt, as Drek scrambles up to his feet and starts to back off from Gunner. Finding himself trapped in the corner though, Drek resorts to begging off, which doesn't work as Gunner hooks an arm under Drek's and hurls him into the centre of the ring with a hiptoss! Drek lands hard, rolling right up to his feet. Gunner quickly charges out of the corner, and nails another clothesline on Drek who is resembling a pinball at the moment. Wobbling around, Drek falls back into Gunner, who whips Drek into the corner. Hitting the buckles hard, Drek staggers back out and gets scooped up by Gunner, before getting slammed down hard to the canvas! Drek realises he's on the backfoot and quickly rolls out of the ring, as Gunner turns to the crowd and roars with intensity as the fans respond in kind. CABOOSE Woah...Drek getting off to a bad start! Good job I have faith in him! Stumbling around ringside, Drek looks to be hunting for an escape. But he doesn't get far, as Gunner exits the ring and grabs Drek by the head, hurling him into the ring apron! Not once, but twice! Away staggers Drek, with Gunner closing in on him and pushing Drek towards the ringpost. Drek manages to stick an arm out though, hooking the ringpost and whipping himself back around into the ring. Quickly Gunner slides back in with him, but Drek is quick to react and pounces on Gunner with clubbing blows across the head and chest area. Gunner tries to cover up, but Drek is relentless and continues to pound away. So Gunner reaches up and pushes Drek off, with such power that The Reckless One goes flying across the ring! But Drek manages to roll through to his feet, and as Gunner tries to pull himself back up Drek charges in with a baseball slide, planting both his feet into the ribs of Gunner! "DREK STONE SUCKS! DREK STONE SUCKS! DREK STONE SUCKS!" Ignoring the chants of the crowd, Drek pulls himself back up...only to hit the mat again, with another basement dropkick into the ribs of Gunner. Drek now has things going his way. But, being Drek Stone, he turns out to the crowd and makes sure everyone in the arena knows it. In which time, Gunner is getting back up and snarling through gritted teeth! CABOOSE Oh no...no, Drek...turn around! COLE You sure about that? CABOOSE Wha...no, wait...DON'T TURN AROUND DREK! To the cheers of the crowd, Gunner has his arm raised in the air and is waiting for Drek to turn around, which he slowly does. And as he does, Gunner thrusts the arm forward and goozles Drek! Drek's eyes snap open in shock...but he soon regains his senses and kicks upwards, catching Gunner between the legs!!! "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" The crowd jeer wildly, especially as they realised the referee had not been paying attention and misse the lowblow. Gunner grabs at his groin area, releasing the choke on Drek as a result. Quickly Drek reacts, hooking Gunner up in a front facelock and running a thumb across his throat as a signal for the end. COLE Wait, Drek isn't going for the StoneCutter, is he? He'll never hit it on Gunne... Suddenly Gunner bursts into life, picking Drek up off the mat and charging forwards towards the corner, slamming Drek's back into the buckles to a pop from the crowd. Drek releases the facelock to tend to his back, as Gunner backs away from the corner and beckons Drek out. Shaking off the pain, Drek complies and charges out of the corner. But again he gets grabbed by the throat and this time, Gunner wastes little time in hoisting Drek off the mat and planting him with a chokeslam! Drek's back immediately arches off the mat and he grits his teeth through the pain, as Gunner drops down and makes the lateral press. ONE! TWO! SHOULDER UP! COLE Gunner didn't hook the leg, allowing Drek the extra momentum to get his shoulder up. CABOOSE Yeah, but Drek would have kicked out anyway. Pulling Drek back up off the mat with little effort, Gunner scoops Drek up again and throws him to the mat with another scoop slam, bouncing poor Drek across the ring on impact. Drek drags himself back up, with a hand pressed against his lower back. Meanwhile Gunner slowly strides over, pulling Drek's head south and clubbing Drek across the shoulder blades with a forearm. Down goes Drek, but not for long as Gunner hauls him back up and whips Stone into the ropes. Rebounding, Drek suddenly finds a burst of energy and nails Gunner in the jaw with a running forearm...doing little more than staggering the bigman. So off the ropes goes Drek again, nailing a second jumping forearm. Again Gunner remains on his feet, so Drek hits the ropes for a third time. This time though Gunner is alert and catches Drek coming back with a BIG boot to the jaw, dropping Drek like a sack of potatoes and making a quick cover... ONE! TWO! KICKOUT! Again Gunner pulls himself and Drek back up, hooking Drek by the head and kneeing the former Italian Champion hard in the gut. Drek drops to his knees, but gets pulled right back up and hurled into the turnbuckles sternum first. However, Drek manages to put the brakes on just before hitting the buckles and quickly lunges back at Gunner with a back elbow which connects across the chest of Gunner. That staggers the bigman slightly, allowing Drek time to pull himself up onto the middle rope. Now Drek is pretty much face to face with Gunner, allowing him to hit a right hand to the jaw. But Gunner blocks a second and grabs Drek, who freezes in fear and starts to scream for mercy! COLE Oh my! What does Gunner have in store for Drek? COACH I dunno, but it damn sure doesn't look good! Drek's screams for mercy do him little good though, as Gunner quickly hooks Drek under the armpit and hiptosses him off the middle rope... WHAAAAAAAM! ...AND DREK CRASHES TO THE CANVAS!!!!! "OOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" The crowd gasp as Drek falls from a good six or seven feet in the air and lands HARD back first on the mat, bouncing off the mat before slumping face-first back to the canvas. The crowd are going banana~!, as Gunner smiles a wry smile at the exhibition of power he just put on. COLE What a ride for Drek Stone...and an even worse landing. Drek must have been about ten feet in the air!!! CABOOSE ... "GUNN - ER! GUNN - ER! GUNN -ER!" CABOOSE ...these people are sick! COLE What? CABOOSE Drek Stone may be seriously injured and these people are cheering!?! These people should be at a demolition derby, not a wrestling event! Drek remains face-first on the mat, legs and arms splayed in the same position that they landed in. Quite simply, Drek is out. But Gunner isn't satisfied, walking back over to Drek and hauling his 235 pounds of dead-weight off the mat. Drek is out on his feet, slumping into Gunner. Gunner grabs Drek by the right arm, pushing Drek off before yanking him back violently and wiping him out with a short-arm clothesline. But to prolong the pain, Gunner hangs onto the arm and drags Drek right back up. Too weak to counter, Drek is pulled into a second short-arm clothesline...with Gunner letting go of Drek this time, and making the cover... ONE! TWO! TH... SHOULDER UP!! The crowd groans as Drek's right arm shoots off the mat, mere moments before the ref's hand strikes three. COLE Drek JUST, JUST getting the shoulder up in time there! CABOOSE See, even after nearly getting crippled, Drek still kicks out. Pulling Drek back up from the mat, Gunner takes his sweet time about hitting a right hand. Drek stumbles across the ring, ending up against the ropes by the rampway. Seeing his opponent in a lot of trouble, Gunner charges across the ring with his arm outstretched, ready to take Drek's head off again...only for Drek to duck, lowbridging Gunner which causes the bigman to fall over the top rope and land hard on the rampway! CABOOSE Yes! COACH Man, smart move by Drek there. If he can't use his own skills to beat Gunner, he'll just have to use Gunner's momentum to beat Gunner. Gunner slowly pulls himself up on the rampway as Drek slowly regains his bearings, before exiting the ring. Now both men stand on the OAOAST elevated rampway, with Gunner looking a little groggy now. Drek takes advantage with a swift karate style kick to the gut of Gunner, before whipping across the ramp and into the outside of the ropes. Gunner bounces back, into a drop toe hold from Drek which causes Gunner to crash face-first into the ramp. "DREK STONE SUCKS! DREK STONE SUCKS! DREK STONE SUCKS!" Drek has Gunner down and is in no mood to let him back up, laying in the boots on the fallen Gunner while he has the chance. Seeing the match spiralling out of the control, the ref exits the ring and warns Drek to get the action back into the ring...so Drek reaches down and grabs Gunner, pulling him slowly back up. Gunner still looks a little dis-orientated, but manages to push Drek off. Only for Drek to charge right back in with a boot to the gut, before pushing Gunner into the ropes. The big man falls to a knee and slumps into the ropes, allowing Drek to drape Gunner's head over the top rope and choke away! The referee quickly begins a count...getting to three, before Drek releases Gunner and kicks him stiffly in the kidney area. COLE I think Gunner may have landed on his head when Drek lowbridged him onto the ramp...because, Gunner's suddenly looking a little worse for wear. CABOOSE Clutz. COLE A clutz? CABOOSE Oh, not you Cole. Gunner. You're more of a putz than a clutz, Mikey. Drek pushes forward, heaving Gunner into the ring through the top and middle ropes, before following in himself. Gunner gets to all fours as Drek turns away from Gunner, to flash a smug grin out into the crowd. Of course, he gets the boos he wants, so turns back and stomps Gunner into the head. Gunner shakes it off, continuing to get to his feet. Drek meanwhile waits, ducking into Gunner as he gets back to his feet and forces the bigman back into the turnbuckles... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...and unloads with a series of knifedge chops... ...which don't seem to be hurting Gunner all that much. *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ... "RRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" ...Gunner erupts out of the corner and wipes out Drek with a clothesline!!! COLE Oh my what a clothesline!!! CABOOSE Damn it! The crowd erupt with Gunner, who seems to have found enough adrenaline to sooth his oh so aching head. Beckoning Drek back up, Gunner has his hand raised ready for another chokeslam attempt...but as Drek gets up he sees the arm raised, so decides to high-tail it out of the ring and out onto the ramp! "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Gunner curses and exits over the top rope, storming after Drek who is trying his best to get away. But halfway down the ramp, Gunner finally catches Drek, spinning The Reckless One around and lamping him with a right hand! And another! And a third! Drek is getting rocked! So quickly Drek does what any self respecting slimy heel would do...jabbing Gunner in the eyes. Gunner clasps a hand over his eyes, as Drek brushes past Gunner and heads back towards the ring. Only to hit the ropes, charging back at Gunner... ...who catches Drek coming, hitting a sidewalk slam on the rampway! CABOOSE Oh no! Come on Drek! COLE I don't think your encouragement is going to help Drek out here tonight, 'Boose. CABOOSE Regardless...COME ON DREK! Rolling around in pain, Drek clutches at his lower back again, as the referee has seen enough and leaves the ring...storming down the rampway. Gunner meanwhile begins to pull Drek back up to his feet. However, Gunner hears the tounge-lashing from the referee and turns to him, getting yelled at to get back into the ring. Gunner yells back an 'ok'...but just as he does, Drek dives at Gunner as he sees the opportunity to send Gunner flying into the official. And it works, with Gunner and the ref colliding...the ref obviously coming out worse off! "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" COLE Aw, come ON! CABOOSE Accident. A concerned Gunner drops to the official's side, checking that he's ok...as Drek jumps from the ramp to floor level, scurrying off away from Gunner and around towards the announce table. The crowd jeer him all the way, as Gunner continues to check if the referee is alright. "DREK STONE SUCKS! DREK STONE SUCKS! DREK STONE SUCKS!" Drek just grins as he hears the chants, and as he reaches the timekeeper's table. Shoving Michael Buffer out of the way, Drek reaches onto the table...grabbing Gunner's 24/7 Championship belt! COLE Wait, Drek's got the belt! And we all know what he intends to do with it! COACH It's like dejá vu all ov
Patty O'Green 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2004 -er again! With the belt in hand, Drek looks up into the ring where Gunner is now entering, dragging the lifeless referee with with him. Both Gunner and referee are finally in the ring and Gunner has the referee up, trying to shake some life into him. Drek meanwhile just smiles, placing the 24/7 Championship casually underneath the bottom turnbuckle with a wry little pat as he rolls into the ring. Gunner doesn't see Drek coming and despite the screams and wails of the crowd, he remains oblivious as Drek charges across the ring and avalanches Gunner in the corner...crushing the referee between the corner and the mass of Gunner! Down goes the fragile referee again and again Gunner checks on him quickly, as Drek scampers back over to the corner and grabs the 24/7 Championship belt. COLE The referee is down, Gunner has his back turned, Drek has the damn championship belt! CABOOSE It's what heels dream of. Hey, even I'm getting a little misty eyes from watching this unfold. The crowd are still crying out at Gunner to watch out. But Gunner obviously doesn't hear or understand the mass noise coming at him as he continues to check on the referee, before finally remembering he has a match and turning around. And as he does, Drek turns his back to Gunner, concealing the title belt against his body. Gunner is oblivious to what's going on still as he walks over to Drek, placing a large hand on the shoulder and spins Drek around. Sure enough, Drek swings with the belt... ...BUT GUNNER DUCKS! CABOOSE Wha... Drek spins a full 360, back into a boot to the gut which connects with enough force to make him drop the belt at the feet of Gunner! Shocked, Drek goes for a quick right hand, but Gunner blocks and nails a punch of his own. Back staggers Drek, bouncing off the ropes as Gunner picks up the belt... *SMACK!* ...AND CLOCKS DREK WITH THE TITLE!!! "YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!" COLE GUNNER! GUNNER! GUNNER WITH THE BELT! CABOOSE That should be a disqualification damn it! Drek should have the 5 points! COLE PAYBACKS ARE A BITCH FOR DREK! Drek has been completely laid out by the belt shot from Gunner and now, Gunner is quick to get rid of his belt which is of course evidence. Meanwhile though, the referee is still down. All the same, Gunner walks over to Drek and makes the cover, obviously forgetting the condition of the referee. The crowd count along, getting to seven before Gunner finally raises his eyes, realising the referee isn't around to count. Slowly Gunner walks over to the fallen ref, leaning down to check on him... ...as Drek slowly begins to come back around. "DREK STONE SUCKS! DREK STONE SUCKS! DREK STONE SUCKS!" CABOOSE Well, thank goodness justice has been done. COLE Justice? CABOOSE Come on Cole. You wouldn't want Drek to lose on a screwjob like that, surely. COLE What were you saying about 'winning at all costs'? CABOOSE Oh no, that only counts for Drek. Drek is getting back to his feet now, slowly but surely. Meanwhile Gunner has turned away from the referee, realising that his first aid skills are nothing too special and instead looking to use some very different skills. Quickly he grabs Drek, spinning Drek around and scooping him up into the air...before pressing him high above his head and into the air! Fear overcomes Drek as he finds himself pressed a good eight feet or so in the air...but he quickly composes himself, reaching down and raking Gunner's eyes before he can hit the Tortured Soul Slam. Gunner drops Drek, who manages to land on his feet behind the blinded 24/7 Champion and quickly hops up onto the middle rope. Over the corner, the referee is beginning to come back to his senses somewhat, as across the ring Drek hooks on a reverse front facelock. Before Gunner can react, Drek follows it up with a couple of hard knees in between the shoulder blades of Gunner, before flipping up and over Gunner...landing in front of the bigman and jamming his jaw down with a Diamond Dust! Gunner staggers back into the corner holding his jaw, with Drek a little surprised he didn't put Gunner down. But in reality the ropes are the only thing holding Gunner up at the moment. *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" So Drek hits a hard knifedge chop on Gunner, as meanwhile the referee is conscious again but still hurting. Back across the ring, Drek has Gunner reeling... *SLAP!* "WHOOOO!" ...and nails another chop. Wearily Gunner reaches out and pushes Drek away, charging out of the corner moments later and looks to take Drek down with a running boot. But Drek ducks, leaping to the middle rope as he does and springing off the buckles with a double axehandle over the head of Gunner. Gunner remains on his feet though, with Drek looking more than a little surprised at that. Quickly Drek goes to the gut with a boot and locks on the front facelock, calling out for the StoneCutter! CABOOSE Here we go! Drek heaves... COACH Nah, Drek can't get him up! Drek heaves again... COLE Gunner is too heavy! Drek heaves a third time...but he STILL can't get Gunner up, so settles instead for a regular DDT, spiking Gunner on his head. Gunner flips over onto his back as Drek looks over at the ref, thinking about making the cover. But Drek obviously doesn't think he's done enough, leaving the ring and beginning to climb up the turnbuckles towards the top rope! COLE Drek is going up for some high-risk, looking to put Gunner away! Reaching the top, Drek stops for a moment to assess his position...taking a deep breath, as he steadies himself on the top rope. Gunner is still down and not moving, so Drek re-positions himself so he's facing out into the crowd. The crowd take this opportunity to start flipping Drek off. So he promptly flips them off back before flying through the air, hitting a beautiful moonsault on Gunner! There he remains, as the referee is finally in a condition to crawl s l o w l y out of the corner to make the count... ONE! CABOOSE He's got him! He's got him this time! TWO! THR... KICKOUT BY GUNNER!!! "YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!" CABOOSE No...DAMN IT! Come on DREK! The crowd erupt as Gunner kicks out, much to the entire shock of Drek Stone! Angrily Drek gets up off of Gunner and stands over the half conscious referee, berating him for a slow count. As behind him, Gunner is pulling himself up using the ropes. Drek's attentions are completely on the referee, just as Gunner's had been earlier. And just like Gunner, he pays for it, as Gunner charges in on Drek and catches him turning at the last minute with a clothesline that loops Drek over the top and onto the rampway! COLE What a war this has been guys! COACH Much better than their match on HeldDOWN~! COLE Uhm, Coach? COACH Sorry...did I say that out loud? My bad, my bad. With Drek slowly getting up on the rampway, Gunner steps over the top rope and looks to follow. Drek suddenly finds the energy in himself to charge Gunner however, catching him across the top rope as he nails Gunner with forearms raised. Gunner teeters and totters, but then grabs Drek by the head and headbutts the former Italian Champion. Away staggers Drek, back down the rampway, as Gunner gets safely off the ropes. In runs Drek again, but right into a right hand that fells Drek! Back up he gets quickly, but another right hand staggers him some more steps back. Quickly Drek retaliates with a punch of his own. And a second! A third! A fourth! Drek peppers Gunner with a series of right hands. But Gunner shakes off the blows and throws Drek's hands away from his chest... *SLAP!* "WHOOOOOOOO!" ...before chopping the air out of Drek's lungs with an open hand, with such ferocity that a faint handprint can be made out on Drek's chest! Wobbling, Drek drops to one knee but quickly punches Gunner in the gut...and then delivers a punch a few inches lower. COLE These two men are doing battle on that dangerous rampway. Landing on it hurts, falling off it hurts. It's not there as a battleground fellahs. CABOOSE You could get you fingers caught on the edge... COLE Be serious, 'Boose. This is not a safe environment for fighting! CABOOSE Yeah but the referee isn't gonna try and stop them, is he? Last time he did, Gunner squashed him! COLE With help from Dre... CABOOSE Yeah, whatever. With a low moan Gunner doubles over, as Drek quickly pulls himself back up. And as if hearing Cole's analogies, Drek turns Gunner out towards the fans and looks set to throw Gunner down off the rampway! But Gunner, thankfully, reacts and elbows Drek in the gut...not once, twice, but three times until Drek lets him go and stumbles back, almost falling off the rampway himself! He doesn't though and charges at Gunner. Gunner catches him coming in with a boot to the gut though, doubling Drek over. Gunner quickly turns back towards the ring and pulls in Drek, pointing into the ring for some reason, with a big grin on his face. COLE Hold up. What the hell is this? COACH Uhm...this doesn't look good either Mikey. Not good at all. Reaching back down to Drek and placing him in a standing headscissors, Gunner raises one of his large arms in the air as a salute to the crowd before hoisting Drek up into the air into position for a powerbomb. Drek sees where he is and starts to rain down on Gunner with punches. But suddenly, Gunner breaks into a run! Drek stops punching and shock and lets out a loud, theatrical 'NOOOOOO' as Gunner charges towards the ring and releases Drek... COLE OH MY GOD! CABOOSE Crap... *WHAAAAAAAM!* COLE ALL GUNS BLAZING...FROM THE RAMPWAY, INTO THE RING!!! "HO - LEE SHIT! HO - LEE SHIT! HO - LEE SHIT!" Drek is, quite simply put, done. The fans are meanwhile going absolutely nuts as Gunner casually steps over the ropes, looking down at the mangled body of Drek and with a smile on his face, places a solitary foot over Drek's chest... ONE! TWO! THREEE! *DING DING DING!* COLE This one is OVAAAAH~! CABOOSE Oh... my... god. Gunner takes his foot off of Drek's chest, getting his hand raised as high as the referee can reach as "Debonaire" hits. The 24/7 Championship belt is quickly passed into the ring, and handed up to Gunner who raises it into the air. BUFFER Your winner of the Gauntlet Match...and the recipient of FIVE Round-Robin points... GUUUUUUUNNEEERRR SHAAAAARRRPSSS!!! With the points in the bag and the victory under his belt, Gunner casually flashes a last smile at Drek before stepping back over the ropes and walks back down the aisle. Meanwhile, Drek is being checked on by the referee...as replays of the match ending All Guns Blazing from ramp to ring play. The crowd are still buzzing, chanting Gunner's name as he ducks through the curtains...leaving the defeated Drek in the ring. COLE Man, that was a battle. Credit to all five men in this one...but in the end, the points are Gunner's. CABOOSE Oh... my... god. COLE With Caboose speechless, let's make the most of it and check the revised Round-Robin standings, after this Gauntlet Match! THE OAOAST ROUND-ROBIN CHALLENGE~! REVISED STANDINGS Gunner Sharps: 5 Panther: 3 Leon Rodez: 2 Drek Stone: 2 The Blurricane: 1 The Mad Cappa: 0 COLE There you see, Gunner off the bottom and to the top with five big points. COACH Leaving Cappa bottom. That's a big surprise. COLE Well, the standings will change again of course come this Saturday night on the special HeldDOWN~! presentation. The top two, Gunner and Panther, go one on one. From what we've seen here, Gunner is a very dangerous prospect. Also on the show it's Blurricane and Leon Rodez...providing Leon is in physical condition to compete, which I'm sure he will. And of course...Cappa versus Drek, one more time. The rivalry re-ignites this coming Saturday! Man, what a Round-Robin! CABOOSE ...is Drek ok? In the ring Drek is up, holding his neck in pain but with enough left in him to flip off the fans one last time. COLE ...looks ok to me. We'll be right back with some more OAOAST action, NEXT! Patty O'Green 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2004 (edited) Tony Schiavone is once again with Bill Watts. SCHIAVONE Bill? WATTS When the announcers and fans say the tag team division is hot, they mean it. Earlier tonight, we saw Black T dupe the wrestling world. They said they were injured, we had our own people confirm that, and we were screwed like a 45-year-old hooker on his last legs. And the reason why we were screwed was because of one of our own -- Dr. Ima Hoe. You see, Ms. Hoe has been with the company for a number of years and is considered one of the best trainers in the world. I don't know if she was paid off or what, but she threw away her career. So it pains me to say Ms. Hoe is no longer gainfully employed by the OAOAST. It brings me to my next point: the OAOAST tag team titles. Black T & the New New Midnight Express keep demanding a title shot even though they're just the second and third ranked teams in the Tag Team Top 10. It's also no secret that the NNMX are scared of Hell's Hitmen, that why they hit-and-run. Our next pay-per-view event is entitled, World Without End. And two matches have been signed for that big event, Tony. One: the New New Midnight Express vs. Hell's Hitmen. Two: Black T will face Los Infernales. For two teams it will be trick; for the other two it will be treat. Thank you very much. SCHIAVONE You heard it hear first. World Without End, which falls on Halloween night, will feature Black T vs. Los Infernales & the New New Midnight Express vs. Hell's Hitmen. Remember, World Without End will come to you Sunday, October 31st, only on pay-per-view. (back to the arena) COLE It’s time for a match that many of us have been waiting a long time to see, especially The Blurricane. COACH Well technically Blurricane has been waiting to wrestle in the match not watch it. CABOOSE Whoa…the moron made a point! BUFFER Ladies and Gentlemen this next match is scheduled for one fall. This match is a grudge match to end all grudge matches. Tonight a Father and Son will face each other in a long awaited showdown. *The fans cheer* *Big Machine by Velvet Revolver begins and the fans boo loudly. Father comes out grinning from ear to ear and he is flanked by JAE and Cain. JAE and Cain mock the crowd as they walk to the ring and hold the ropes open for Father.* COLE From what I understand when the bell rings all parties not involved have agreed to leave ringside and let them fight. CABOOSE For once I like that idea because I want to see these two fight each other without excuses. BUFFER Introducing first, accompanied by J. Arthur Edwards and Christopher Cain and representing The Machine, from Washington D.C., weighing in at 240 pounds, ROBERT “FATHER” EDWARDS!!!! *Robert removes his track jacket and warms up in the ring as the fans wait for Blurricane to arrive.* *The music dies out and changes to “Higher Ground” by The Red Hot Chili Peppers. The fans cheer loudly as Blurricane flies out of the stage and is then accompanied by the rest of Justice Inc. down the ramp.* COLE Blurricane looks focused on Father! COACH Do you blame him? Blurricane and Justice Inc. circle the ring while staring at The Machine. JAE and Cain taunt them from inside the ring as Blurricane climbs onto the apron. Blurricane starts to enter, but JAE and Cain cut him off. The ref asks them to leave, but they ignore him and continue taunting Blurricane.* COLE The ref needs to get control here! CABOOSE It’s not out of control Cole. COACH It will be if Blurricane steps in that ring. BUFFER His opponent accompanied by Justice Inc., from Houston, Texas, weighing in at 210 pounds, the X Division Champion, THE BLURRICANE!!!! *The fans cheer as Blurricane raises an arm in the air while continuing to stare down The Machine. The ref finally manages to get JAE and Cain to the outside and Blurricane enters the ring. Father stands in a corner eyeing Blurricane and warming up. The ref calls both men to the center of the ring and neither man takes an eye off of the other.* COLE One year ago Blurricane won back his OAOAST contract and now he’s ready to get his revenge. CABOOSE We’ve been over that already, let’s get on with it! COACH Git ‘er done! CABOOSE Did you just talk like a hick? COACH It’s from… CABOOSE I know what it’s from and I don’t care. *JAE, Cain, and Justice Inc. all leave ringside as the fans buzz with anticipation. Father begins to laugh as Blurricane just stares and neither man listens to what the ref is saying. The ref finishes his instructions and calls for the bell.* *Ding Ding Ding* Both men begin circling each other as the anticipation builds. Finally they lock up and Blurricane backs Father into a corner. The ref calls for a clean break, but Blurricane begins wailing on him with lefts, rights, chops, and kicks before he can finish his sentence! Father tries to cover up, but Blurricane shoves his arms away and nails him with three hard punches to the face! CABOOSE Ref get control! Finally Father shoves Blurricane back and takes a swing, but Blurricane ducks and catches Father with a Release Northern Lights Suplex! Father gets back up quickly and walks right into a Back Body Drop from Blurricane! COLE The Blurricane is in complete control! COACH He’s taking him to school! CABOOSE What’s the matter? He didn’t ride the short bus with you Coach? Father bails to the outside for a breather, but Blurricane bounces off the ropes for a move. Father sees him coming and moves so Blurricane stops dead in his tracks. Father walks around the other side of the ring, but Blurricane takes a running leap through the ropes and hits a Suicide Dive onto Father! Both men hit the mat hard, but Father takes the brunt of the attack. COLE My God Blurricane is going to kill him! COACH That wouldn’t surprise me. Maybe we should have had the cops ready? CABOOSE What kind of hero would kill his own father? The ref gets up to an 8 count before Blurricane breaks the count and pulls Father to his feet. Blurricane then whips Father into the guardrail where he almost knocks it clean over. Blurricane wastes no time in Clotheslining Father right over the guardrail and almost into the laps of the fans. COLE This is a lot like how the Blurricane vs. J. Arthur match started. CABOOSE The ref needs to get control like I said! Father stands back up and Blurricane drags him over the guardrail by the head. As Blurricane gets most of his body over he drops him face first to the floor! CABOOSE He is trying to kill him! The ref exits the ring to plead with Blurricane to get it back in the ring. Blurricane then pulls Father up and rolls him back into the ring. He slides in and goes for a cover. 1 2 No!!! COLE I don’t think Blurricane wanted it to end that soon. COACH I think you’re right. Blurricane stands and waves Father on as the crowd is at a fever pitch. Father gets to his knees and begs off as he scoots into the corner. Blurricane almost follows, but he realizes what Father is doing and takes a rest in the opposite corner while waiting for Father to get back up. Blurricane motions for him to stand and come at him, but Father just stays there looking pissed. COACH B-Cane won’t fall for that trick! CABOOSE Please don’t start with the nicknames! Finally Father stands and both men lock up again. Father quickly moves into a Hammerlock and wrenches back on it. Blurricane reverses into a Hammerlock of his own and wrenches even harder. Father lets out a scream before driving Blurricane back into a corner and trying to break the hold. Father repeatedly rams Blurricane back into the corner to break the move, so Blurricane lets go and shoves Father forward. Father turns around just in time to get nailed in the face by a Spinning Wheel Kick! COLE Father can’t seem to catch a break. COACH Good. CABOOSE Hey are you gonna get onto Coach for being biased? COLE No. Father starts to stand again, but Blurricane catches him and whips him to the ropes. As Father bounces off Blurricane hits a Dropsault that sends Father tumbling out of the ring! COLE Good night! Blurricane is a man on fire! Father stands up just as Blurricane bounds over the top rope with a Suicide Moonsault, but Father somehow catches him across his shoulder and hits a Powerslam onto the floor! Father takes a second to catch his breath as the fans boo. Father stands and mocks the fans as he stomps away at Blurricane. He then pulls Blurricane to his feet and whips him towards the ring steps, but Blurricane reverses and sends Father tumbling over the steps! COLE He’s not out of this yet! CABOOSE Well I would hope not. If that’s all it takes to knock him out then why bother? COACH I could beat him! CABOOSE No you couldn’t. Blurricane stands on the apron and waits for Father to stand before running towards him, diving off the apron, and catching Father with a vicious Tornado DDT! COLE My God!!! The fans cheer and chant “Blurricane” as he gets back to his feet and throws his arms in the air. Blurricane then tosses Father back into the ring and goes for a cover. 1 2 3 No!!! COLE Father kicked out! Blurricane then waits in the corner for Father to stand and when he does Blurricane leaps at Father and hooks his head on the way down for a Jumping Neckbreaker. He then goes for another cover. 1 2 3 No!! COLE Blurricane wants to humiliate Father with a quick win it almost seems. CABOOSE Or maybe he’s afraid to spend too much time in there with him? COACH That’s just silly. Blurricane pulls Father up by the head, but Father nails a low blow that stops Blurricane in his tracks. The ref warns Father and threatens to disqualify him. Father plays innocent as Blurricane rolls around in pain. COLE How can he play innocent when the ref was looking right at it? CABOOSE I didn’t see any low blow Cole. What are you talking about? COACH Did your monitor go out? Father walks over to Blurricane and drops a knee down onto his shoulder twice. Blurricane cries out in pain as father grabs the arm and plants a foot on Blurricane’s shoulder before stomping down and pulling back on the arm. Blurricane tries to twist his way out of the hold, but Father turns it into an Arm Wringer. Father then twists around until he’s standing in front of Blurricane and still holding the arm before dropping him with an Armbreaker! COACH Damn he’s gonna rip that arm off!! Father continues holding the arm as he twists into a Hammerlock and drops a knee across the back of his shoulder twice. He then pulls Blurricane up while still holding the Hammerlock and goes for the Total Dominance (Crossface Chicken Wing). Blurricane grabs his hand as it comes across and blocks the move, but Father struggles to lock it in. The two fight back and forth for control until Blurricane backs Father into a corner and slams him against the turnbuckles. The move doesn’t break Father’s hold on him so he tries again, but Father puts his foot against the turnbuckles to block it and grabs Blurricane’s head for a Bulldog. Father hits the move and then gloats over the fallen Blurricane. COLE Well damn the old man can fight after all! CABOOSE Cole that has to be the most biased thing I’ve ever heard you say! COACH Damn Cole even I can’t believe you said that. COLE What can I say…I don’t like Father. The fans boo as Father pulls Blurricane to his feet by the bad arm and grabs another Arm Wringer. This time Father steps over the arm and twists so that he brings Blurricane down violently to the mat and ends with a Cross Arm Breaker. The ref asks Blurricane if he wants to quit, but Blurricane shouts, “Hell no!” Blurricane tries to fight out of the move and manages to roll Father into a pinning position. 1 2 No!!! Father shifts his weight so that Blurricane is on his back again in the Cross Arm Breaker. Blurricane stretches for the ropes, but as he does it puts more strain on his bad arm and causes him pain. Finally Blurricane grabs the ropes and looks like he’s about to scream. The ref calls for a break, but Father waits until the count of four so that Blurricane has to stay in the painful position. Father stands and asks the fans what happened to their hero. COLE Blurricane is in bad shape. COACH What do you mean? I see him in the gym all the time. CABOOSE Geez…no one could be this stupid. Father walks back to Blurricane and begins locking in an Indian Deathlock, but as he reaches back for a bridge he hooks both arms and pulls back. COLE What do you call that? An Indian Cattle Mutilation? COACH Cole that’s disgusting and racist. COLE What!? CABOOSE No Cole the idiot is right this time you are disgusting and racist. Blurricane screams in pain as Father really wrenches back on the move and the ref asks if he wants to quit. Blurricane shakes his head no as the fans begin stomping and clapping to get him back into the match. Blurricane begins trying to pull his arms free with all his might and at the same time he tries to pull his legs free. Blurricane finally breaks free and pulls Father over into a Backslide. 1 2 No!!! COLE What a reversal! Father looks pissed as he stands and begins stomping Blurricane’s hurt shoulder. Father then pulls him up and hits an Armdrag using the bad arm! As Blurricane stands Father comes up behind and goes for the Total Dominance again. This time Blurricane is close to the corner and he kicks off the turnbuckles causing himself to fall on top of Father. 1 2 3 No!! COLE Blurricane is getting some lucky pin attempts in. CABOOSE His luck isn’t going to last long at this rate. Father kicks out and shoves Blurricane off of him before pulling himself up. As Father reaches his feet he turns around to see Blurricane is standing again as well. The fans cheer as Blurricane looks ready to kill him. Blurricane fires off punches with his good arm that stun Father and back him into a corner. Blurricane then fires off hard chops that echo throughout the arena. Blurricane then backs up and goes for a Dropsault, but Father moves and Blurricane lands hard on his bad shoulder! Father acts quickly and pulls Blurricane up before locking in the Total Dominance. Blurricane fights to get out, but Father brings him down and locks in a Body Scissors as well. The fans cheer to get Blurricane back into the match, but Blurricane seems to be fading fast. COLE He’s fading fast! CABOOSE Don’t repeat what the narrator just said! COACH Narrator?? The ref lifts Blurricane’s arm… …and it falls once. He lifts it again… …and it falls twice. He lifts it one last time and… …it stays up!! Blurricane then grabs at Father’s hand to try and pry him loose, but Father keeps a tight grip. Blurricane breaks his lower body free and plants his feet while trying to get the leverage advantage. Father pulls him to his feet while still holding the move and flips him head over heels with a Suplex like move out of the Crossface Chicken Wing. COLE That was a strange suplex variation! CABOOSE Hey Father is an innovator. COACH Well yeah he’s so old he probably invented those moves. CABOOSE That was uncalled for! Father motions to the crowd that it’s over and goes to put the hold back on, but this time Blurricane catches him and spins around behind him. Blurricane then locks in his own Crossface Chicken Wing! Blurricane uses his bad arm to hook the chin so that there’s less pressure on it and Father frantically tries to fight out. Father places a foot against the ropes and shoves back, sending both men to the mat. However, Blurricane manages to roll through and pull him back up while still holding the move. The fans are going crazy as Father tries to fight out, but Blurricane brings him down and locks in the Body Scissors. The fans are on their feet applauding as Father looks both pissed and in pain. COLE This could be it! Blurricane could beat him with his own hold! CABOOSE That’s just downright disrespectful for a son to do to his father! Father hammers on Blurricane’s bad arm and Blurricane let’s go with that hand. Father uses the opportunity to try and escape and almost gets there before Blurricane grabs him again. Blurricane then adjusts the Body Scissors so that he’s hooking the free arm as well and the fans erupt. COLE There’s no escape!! The ref asks Father if he wants to quit, but Father says no. BLURRICANE Ask him again! REF Robert do you want to quit!? FATHER N…No!!! Blurricane wrenches back harder and suddenly JAE and Cain appear on stage and the fans boo. COLE I thought all parties not involved in the match agreed not to come out! CABOOSE Boy are you gullible. JAE and Cain start to head for the ring, but Parka and Jude cut them off with an attack from behind. The fans cheer as Parka and Jude toss Cain and JAE off the stage!! We cut back to the ring where the ref still asks Father if he wants to quit. REF Do you want to quit!? FATHER I… REF Robert! FATHER I…I… REF Do you want to quit!? FATHER I…quit! *Ding Ding Ding* The fans go absolutely nuts as Blurricane lets go of the hold and rests on the mat. Justice Inc. come to the ring and helps him up. COLE He did it!!! Blurricane has his revenge!! CABOOSE Well I hope he’s happy! BUFFER Ladies and Gentlemen, here is your winner by way of submission, THE BLURRICANE!!!! Justice Inc. hoist Blurricane onto their shoulders and the fans give him a standing ovation. Blurricane raises his good arm in victory as Justice Inc. lower him and help him out of the ring. COLE What a night we’ve had so far and we’ve still got more to come! Edited October 1, 2004 by Patty O'Green
Patty O'Green 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2004 COACH No we don't. We only have one match left! COLE Coming up next is a match that was made official just a mere three days ago. Tension between Axel and Zack Malibu had grown in recent months during Zack's feud with Crystal, and with the Female Phenom finally overcoming Zack, Axel was able to focus his sights on the psychotic prep. Let's take you back to what happened several weeks ago on HeldDOWN~! Australia, and the Dream Partner tag team contest. FLASHBACK: OAOAST HeldDOWN~!, 9/16/04 Zack lifts Axel up for another POP Drop attempt… …but Axel SLIPS OFF… …AND LOCKS IN THE DEVILS CLUTCH! COLE What an amazing counter! Axel hooked the head of Zack Malibu and locked in that Dragon Clutch he calls the Devil’s Clutch! Axel’s got it locked in! Axel locks Zack’s head and neck in the Devil’s Clutch, dropping down to the ground, and forcing Zack to his knees. He arches back on the hold, and Zack can be heard shouting ‘NO! NOO! AAAAAH!’ at the top of his lungs. The referee goes over to see if Zack gives up, but he gives a resounding negative answer! CABOOSE Zack won’t give up! He won’t! COLE He gave up against Crystal, and he can damn sure give up now! Zack begins to try and reach for the ropes with his free hand, as Axel has one arm locked behind his body, putting more pressure on his neck! Zack starts to reach closer, closer… CABOOSE Yes! Get to the ropes Zack! Reach! …BUT AXEL GRAPEVINES HIS LEGS AROUND ZACK, SO HE CAN’T MOVE! CABOOSE Oh, No… COLE Zack has no choice now! Meanwhile, Calvin has gained the advantage on the ramp, and sees that Zack is in trouble! He starts to run down the ramp, with Ragdoll not far behind! CABOOSE Hurry Cal! HURRY! Calvin tries to dive into the ring… but Ragdoll catches his foot! Ragdoll pulls Calvin out of the ring, and drives his head into the steel steps! COLE One down, one to go Zack tries to escape the Devil’s Clutch, but he just can’t go anywhere! Axel pulls back even more on the hold, which causes Zack to cry out in pain!! Zack’s free arm tries to break Axel’s clasped hands, but he can’t! COACH Zack can’t escape! Zack raises his arm high in the air… COLE Come on!! ...it’s dropping… …dropping… …and… …HE TAPS OUT!!! The crowd EXPLODES! (Cut back to live feed) COLE There you have it. Not only did Axel stun the wrestling world by bringing back Ragdoll to combat Zack's partner Calvin Szechstein, but he scored a major coup by having the former two time World Champion submit in his home country, with a variation of a move once used by Malibu himself! CABOOSE Cole, what are you getting at? Are you trying to say that Malibu is washed up or something? COLE C'mon 'Boose, you know he hasn't been the same since losing to Crystal. CABOOSE Oh lord help me. Isn't ONE Crystal fanboy in this booth enough? COACH Yeah Mikey, don't step on my personality! CABOOSE You have personality? As the talkative trio continue their now traditional bickering, Michael Buffer steps into the ring for the announcement of this next contest. BUFFER Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest will be the CASKET MATCH! The fans pop loud for the announcement, and even louder as the lights are dimmed. The pounding drums that open up Disturbed's "Down With The Sickness" cause the speakers to pulse with the bass, as the anticipation builds amongst the OAOAST fans... "Ooooooooooooooo wah ah ah ah!" The fans pop as a wall of fire bursts up around the entrance area, leaving only the open path of the raised rampway. Through the smoke and flames comes a lone figure, pushing a silver casket down the rampway. BUFFER Introducing first, hailing from Tasmania, Australia...he weighs in at two hundred and forty five pounds...AXXXXXXXXXXELLLLLLLLLLL! The crowd roars as Axel stops his pushing of the casket to stand tall, beaming with Aussie pride as the American fans love him equally as much. Axel then pushes the casket towards the very edge of the rampway, almost up against the ropes, before stepping into the ring and pumping his fists, encouraging the crowd to get hotter than they already are. COLE He's a man on a hot streak, and tonight he could bury Zack Malibu for the good of the OAOAST! CABOOSE For the GOOD of the OAOAST? Cole, you've got to be kidding. If Zack Malibu were to never show up again, you'd be the bitchboy at a Johnny Rocket's. COACH Ooh, what would I be doing!? CABOOSE You mean BESIDES proving why more people should use condoms? The lights stay down as Axel's music begins to fade out. For a few moments there is silence, until another eerie bass beginning opens up the theme song of his opponent. Axel looks over to the aisleway, his eyes focused on the rampway, and as the guitar riff kicks in, golden pyro erupts in a shower across the stage. With the spotlight shining down on them, and Papa Roach's "Getting Away With Murder" blaring over the PA, Zack Malibu and Candie appear in view, and the beautiful girlfriend of Zack Malibu looks a bit concerned about the stipulations of the contest. Malibu peers up the aisleway, seeing both Axel and a casket waiting for him, and begins making his way up to the ring. COLE He may not be loved or respected anymore, but he can not be underestimated. Like him or not, he's still one of the most gifted athletes and minds in this business today. Malibu reaches the top of the ramp, and stands in front of the casket, looking down at it and surveying the object. Candie looks a bit creeped out by this, but Malibu tells her to go down the steps and to the ringside floor, while he looks up into Axel's eyes. Malibu points a finger as the Australian Sensation, telling him in no uncertain terms is he going to get him in there tonight. Axel simply waves Zack on, figuring that actions can speak louder than words at this point. Malibu enters the ring and comes up right in Axel's face, but they are quickly seperated by referee Earl Hebner. CABOOSE Axel should shut up and save his breath for when he'll need it...namely when he's stuck in that coffin. Axel gladly steps back, but Malibu stands firm, wild eyed and ready to fight. As everything settles down and the bell is rung for match time, Zack's attention is diverted by the fans, who have replaced the sound of Zack's theme song with something of their own. "YOU TAPPED OUT!" "YOU TAPPED OUT!" "YOU TAPPED OUT!" Candie, knowing that this will get under Zack's skin rather quickly, turns and orders the crowd to shut up, causing them to jeer her loudly. Malibu simply paces the ring, trying to keep his cool, while at the same time measuring up his foe. They charge each other, arms raised for a lockup...and Axel shows off his strength by shoving Zack down to the canvas! Malibu looks up incredulously at the cockiness of his foe, but all Axel does is wave him on, eager to go toe to toe with the Thrillogy leader once again. Zack brushes himself off, and for the second time the two lock up...with the same result, that being Zack shoved to the canvas! CABOOSE Stop playing games Malibu starts to get up, and as Axel approaches, the sneaky prep springs up, jabbing his thumb into the eye of his opponent! Axel swats blindly, trying to keep Zack at bay, but Malibu takes him by the hair and leads him to the corner, ramming his face into…NO! Axel puts his foot up on the second rope to block, and then hits a back elbow, driving Zack away! He tugs on Zack’s arm, pulling him towards him and sending him into the corner…but Zack spins around and counters by sending Axel into the corner! Malibu moves in close, trapping the Aussie in the corner and pounds on his temple with right hands before leading him out of the corner, then dropping down and pushing off the canvas, smashing Axel back first into the corner! Zack climbs up onto the second rope and raises his right arm up, showing the fans that he’s about to bring the pain to Axel, and gets booed as expected. Malibu spits out at the crowd in retaliation, and then brings his closed fist down onto Axel’s forehead, the crowd counting each shot… ONE TWO! THREE! FOUR! …and at the count of four, Axel pushes Zack off, sending the Preppy One to the canvas! Malibu gets right back up and runs towards Axel, but finds a huge boot driven into his face! Zack is knocked silly for a moment, and when he turns to Axel he finds himself grabbed by the throat and lifted up high, as Axel has had enough! Malibu’s eyes widen with shock as Axel growls at him, then biels him across the ring, sending Zack running scared into a corner! COLE Zack’s trying his best to outwit Axel, but he’s just being manhandled by the Tasmanian Devil! CABOOSE Tasmanian Devil? Cole, please…find some originality to integrate into your commentary. Malibu is stunned at the treatment he’s getting, and Candie runs over to the corner he’s backed himself into, leaning in to assure Zack that he’ll be OK. Malibu gets up slowly, and once again all Axel can do is look on smiling and motion for the supposed Franchise to come at him again. Malibu gets up and walks towards Axel slowly, scowling at him, and then…turns and exits!? COLE Where is he going? COACH Hey, who knows what he had to eat before the match. The crowd is on Malibu’s case big time, as he steps through the ropes and out to the ramp, walking right by the casket and moving up the ramp, not even turning back to see if Candie is following. Candie does follow, although she seems just as shocked at the move as the fans and Axel are, and she chases her man down on the ramp, asking what’s wrong. The cameras close in on the couple and Malibu can be heard saying “I don’t need this”. As they stand on the entrance way conversing, the crowd’s mood changes, as the fans pop for Axel leaving the ring and powerwalking up the ramp towards his opponent and Candie! Malibu sees this coming, and reacts by sticking Candie in front of him, making Axel stop dead in his tracks! Axel tries to move past the femme fatale, but she begs him to stay put, not wanting to be put in any danger. Malibu cowers behind her, leaning his head behind her shoulder...and then shocks everyone by shoving her into Axel's arms! Axel stares down into Candie's eyes, scaring her half to death before moving her aside...AND OPENING HIMSELF UP TO TAKE A YAKUZA KICK FROM ZACK MALIBU~! CABOOSE Magnificent! Malibu stands over Axel, and Candie starts laughing, then gives a quick kiss to Zack before jogging down the ramp and back to ringside, acting as if she didn't have a part in that little stunt. The crowd boos loudly as Malibu hovers above his foe and reaches down, paintbrushing him across the face a few times, then yanking him up off the ramp, and driving a knee up into his ribs! Axel keels over, coughing hard after having the wind taken out of him, and Malibu backs up, then knocks him over with a running kneelift! Malibu immediately goes berserk on his downed foe, stomping him repeatedly and giving him no room to recover. Malibu mouths off to Axel, asking him "Is this what you really want?" as he connects with stomps. In a fit of rage, Malibu again picks Axel up, leading him down the ramp by the hair before taking his head and ramming it into the lid of the casket! Axel's body slides down the side of the "pine box", but Malibu picks him up before he completely falls, and holds him by the jaw, again tormenting him by saying "You can't beat me...I'm BETTER THAN YOU!", and slamming his face into the metal once again! COLE Zack Malibu is livid! He’s like a man possessed! CABOOSE Well Michael, Zack needs this win! Axel made Zack tap out in the middle of the ring two weeks ago at HeldDown: Australia, and Zack wants revenge! Zack grabs Axel by the hair and prepares to slam his face into the casket a third time, but Axel connects with an elbow to the gut out of desperation! Axel grabs Zack by the hair and returns the favour, ramming Zack’s head into the casket lid! Zack staggers backward, holding his head from where it collided with the pine, Axel charges toward Zack, and floors him with a clothesline! COACH Hell Yeah! Axel points to the crowd, before striking the Crucifix Pose, which entices a cheer from the people. He attempts to grab Zack by the hair once again, but Zack connects with a low blow, sending the Dark One down to one knee! COLE That was a blatant desperation move by Zack Malibu there! Zack knew that Axel was mounting a challenge, and he took every measure to stop it! Axel stumbles over to the casket, using the box to pull himself up, draping one arm over the casket, with the other hand holding his, ahem, sore region. Zack gets up quickly and lays a stiff boot into Axel’s stomach, before lifting the casket lid open. COLE Malibu’s going for the casket already? There’s no way he gets him in there this early! Malibu tugs Axel by the arm, dragging him closer to the casket, but instead of trying to dump his rival into the casket, he puts Axel’s arm in it…THEN SLAMS THE CASKET LID ON AXEL’S LEFT ARM! COLE Zack Malibu may have created an opening for himself here! That shot to Axel’s arm really damaged The Dark One! Axel holds his arm in pain, rolling back in the ring, with Zack Malibu in tow. Zack steps into the ring cockily, stalking his prey, relishing in his advantage. Axel uses the ropes to get to his feet, favouring his left arm. Zack walks over to Axel, grabbing the arm, and wrenching it over, before connecting with a hard elbow to the shoulder. Axel drops down to one knee, and Zack grabs the arm once again, wrenching it over, hooking it into his arms, and dropping down for an arm breaker! Zack switches his weight straight away, locking in a Fujiwara Armbar , pulling at the tendons and ligaments in the arm before simply releasing the hold and getting up, watching Axel wriggle in pain. Axel starts to pull himself by the ropes, but Malibu comes over and grabs the arm, then turns so his back is to Axel…AND SNAPS THE ARM DOWN ACROSS HIS SHOULDER! COLE Zack is relentless on that arm! He is really going to town on Axel tonight! Axel winces in agony as Zack pulls him up to his feet, and wrenches the arm once again, before grabbing Axel by his neck in a snapmare position. Zack snapmares Axel over while still holding his injured arm, and then connects with a hard kick to the outstretched arm! Axel shouts out in pain from the shot, and Zack responds by hooking one leg over Axel’s arm and going to ground, applying a cross armbreaker! COACH Zack is just picking apart that arm! Very sound strategy by Malibu! CABOOSE Coach, how many times do I have to tell you, Zack Malibu is the best in the business. He sees an injury, an opening, and he zeros in on it. It is very, very hard to perform any of Axel’s high impact moves with one arm. COLE Very true ‘Boose, with one arm out of commission, Axel will find it hard to mount a comeback in this contest. Zack pulls back on the arm of Axel as The Dark One tries to break the hold. The referee can do nothing as Zack hyper-extends the elbow of Axel, as there are no pinfalls and no submissions in this contest. Axel crawls to the ropes and pulls himself under, them, but Zack won’t break the hold! Axel rolls halfway out of the ring, putting his feet on the outside, and tries to yank his arm out of Zack’s grasp, but Zack, like a pit bulldog, doesn’t let go! Axel balls up his fist, and connects with a shot to the skull of Zack Malibu, causing him to finally break the hold! Axel staggers backwards, holding onto the steel guardrail for support, heavily favouring the left arm now. Zack rolls out of the ring after Axel, and charges, but Axel comes back with a stiff shot with his good arm. Zack charges again, but again Axel meets him with a stiff shot to the head! COLE Axel is trying his damndest to fight back here! Axel runs at Zack and goes for a haymaker, but Zack easily ducks under, Axel turns around to face Zack, Zack grabs Axel’s injured arm, and takes him down again with an single arm DDT! CABOOSE Straight back to that arm! Ha-ha, Zack is in complete control here! Zack nonchalantly stands back up, before blatantly stepping on the arm of Axel, and pushing all his weight down onto the injured limb! Zack starts taunting Axel once again, shouting "YOU THINK YOU CAN BEAT ME? I'M THE GREATEST WRESTLER ALIVE AND YOU'RE NOTHING YOU SON OF A BITCH!" COLE Zack just absolutely berating his opponent, and Axel is in big trouble! Malibu steps off of Axel’s arm, enjoying listening to him groan in pain. Malibu leans over his foe, repeatedly telling him “You’re NOTHING!” and slapping at the back of his head. The crowd is all over Malibu for his actions, but he keeps his focus on The Dark One, pulling him up off the floor and slamming his face into the ring apron! Axel staggers away after the impact of the move stuns him, but Zack stays with him, walking around to the corner of the ring and taking Axel’s arm and shoving him shoulder first into the post, crashing the upper arm area of his left arm into the cold steel! Candie applauds her loverboy as he continues to stalk the wounded Axel, pulling him back from the corner and raking his eyes, keeping him at bay as he sets him up for another run into the corner…but Axel reaches out and grabs the guardrail, stopping himself from being sent into the cornerpost! Malibu pulls back again, and this time pulls Axel away…WITH A CLOTHESLINE TO ZACK MALIBU~! The momentum makes Axel fall forward, but he’s able to catch himself, as the crowd roars at his ability to turn the tide on Malibu. Gritting his teeth, the pain apparent on his face, Axel pushes himself up and takes the shocked Malibu, throwing him back into the ring under the bottom rope before following suit. Zack starts to get up, and Axel goes right behind him and walks him to the corner, smashing his preppy face into the top turnbuckle pad! Zack tries to walk away as he shakes the effects of the move off, but Axel grabs him by the throat and becomes wild eyed, tossing Zack back into the corner and then unloading with kicks and stomps that nearly make Zack Malibu a part of the canvas! CABOOSE Look at this! Ref, do something! COACH Uh, Boose…it’s a CASKET match. CABOOSE I’ll put the ref in a casket if he doesn’t start doing his job! Infuriated with Malibu’s attempts to weaken him, Axel channels that aggression into laying it into Malibu, yanking him up off the canvas and whipping him into the ropes, then catching him under his right arm as he comes off with the rebound, and drills him with a sideslam! With the crowd energized and ecstatic about his newfound fire, Axel drags Malibu to his feet and takes HIM by the arm, then sends him into the corner where Malibu hits so hard he bounces out of it, stumbling forward RIGHT INTO AN OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX! COACH MALIBU JUST GOT TOSSED LIKE MY SALAD! COLE and CABOOSE He WHAT!? COACH I mean, uh…damn. The capacity crowd encourages Axel to continue the assault, as they are all too happy to see the sadistic Malibu getting his just desserts. Candie leans into the ring under the bottom rope, calling out to her boytoy, but she retreats as soon as Axel approaches, and snarls in her direction! Malibu’s mistress can only watch as he’s again yanked up off the canvas by the Dark One…but gets a thumb to Axel’s eye! Candie’s concern turns to a shriek of joy as Malibu falls by the ropes, and uses them to pull himself to his feet. He charges the blinded Axel, but the Aussie shows great ring presence by ducking his head, and backdropping the former World Champion up and over the top…DOWN ONTO THE LID OF THE CASKET! COACH Yeeee-ouch! COLE That’s ended careers before! Well, until the injured party found God and came back to put over their friends constantly. CABOOSE Stop watching the competition so much. Malibu lays draped across the closed lid of the casket, and slowly his body slides off of it, falling down onto the rampway. Axel steps out of the ring and again approaches his rival, watching as the cocky Malibu has been humbled into crawling up the ramp away from him. Zack rolls over so that he’s seated on the ramp, scurrying backwards on his ass, as Axel fumes, standing over him and ready to seal Malibu’s fate, literally. Zack looks up, a look of fright like never before falling over his face…but Axel takes note of the crowd noise, as they warn him that Candie is on the ramp coming up behind him! Axel quickly turns, catching Candie before she can do whatever it is she was planning on doing…and he grabs her by the hair! Candie begs for her life as Axel tells her she’s made a mistake, but the crowd starts to buzz again, as Malibu is recovering…AND AXEL LETS GO OF CANDIE AND SPINS AROUND WITH A SICK STIFF LARIAT TO MALIBU~! Candie backs away, and then backs away even further as Axel turns his attention back towards her, and scares her into running off the ramp, back down the stairs, and then grinning about it. Axel yet again turns his attention back to Zack, pulling him up and walking him over to the casket, then pushing Zack up into the air holding him over his head briefly, and dropping Malibu down onto the casket! Axel reels, holding his arm as supporting Zack’s weight with it probably wasn’t the best choice. With the Franchise of the OAOAST down on the ramp, Axel opens up the lid of the casket to a loud pop, and pulls Zack up, scooping him up onto his shoulder and trying to force Zack into the casket! The crowd is electrified as Malibu kicks his legs and grips the lid of the casket, trying to keep himself out of harm’s way…and falls down the back of Axel! Malibu quickly braces himself, waiting for Axel to turn around, into a SCHOOL’S OUT… …CAUGHT BY AXEL! BUT MALIBU FOLLOWS UP WITH AN ENZUGIRI~! The sick crack of his foot across Axel’s face drops the Aussie to one knee, having taken him by surprise. Malibu gets up, and takes Axel as he recovers…AND HURLS HIM OFF OF THE RAMP DOWN TO RINGSIDE~! COACH YO~! While not a long fall, the sheer impact of the move, with Axel’s body smashing into the security railing and pushing it back into the first row of fans would make someone cringe upon witnessing it! An out of breath Malibu tries to regain his composure on the rampway, poised on one knee and running his hand back through his hair. COLE That could not have felt good, and it looks like Axel has landed pretty badly on that shoulder. CABOOSE That move defines “Simple, yet effective.” One shove and Axel is near-death. I love it! Malibu walks down the stairs, over to the fallen Australian, and surveys the damage. The front row fans (and all the others) start to razz on Malibu for his actions, as he looks incredulously at them as if to say “what did I do wrong”. Malibu stares at Axel, who is not moving, and then starts putting the boots to him viciously, stepping and stomping on him all the while screaming “I TOLD YOU SO!” Malibu then goes and pulls the lifeless form of the young Aussie up off the concrete and rolls it into the ring, but doesn’t follow him, as he opts to go around the ringside area and swipe a chair from Michael Buffer! COACH Poor Michael, man. We need to get HIM a sofa! Malibu folds the chair up and slides it into the ring, then follows it in, and picks it up before Axel could possibly snag it away. The Dark One is barely moving, and Malibu takes note of this, pointing at Axel and trash talking him to the fans in attendance. COLE If you think he’s done, why don’t you try putting him in the casket, loudmouth! CABOOSE Whoa, Cole, when did YOUR balls drop? I mean, besides last night on the busboy’s chin. Malibu holds the chair up over his head, calling out Axel’s name in an effort to get him up. Slowly, Axel starts pushing up to his feet…AND MALIBU BRINGS THE CHAIR DOWN ONTO HIS BACK! AND AGAIN! AND AGAIN! AND AGAIN! Malibu is relentless in his chair shots, pounding on Axel’s broken body with the steel implement. Malibu then tosses the chair aside and lays down on his stomach on the mat, so that he can look in Axel’s face and berate him some more. He then pulls Axel up by the hair, leaving the Aussie sitting on his knees before running the ropes…AND CRACKING HIM IN THE HEAD WITH A ZACK ATTACK~! COLE This is wrong! This is wrong! This is a man’s livelihood! CABOOSE Axel should’ve thought about that before he crossed THE FRANCHISE! “FUCK ZACK! FUCK ZACK! FUCK ZACK!” Axel rolls onto his stomach and foamy spit oozes out of the corner of his mouth. His darkened hair slips over the top of his head and drapes itself onto the mat. Zack points at Axel’s broken and vulnerable body and yells at the angry fans. “THIS IS YOUR FAULT! YOURS!” After the final condemnation slips into the air, Zack drives an insulting boot to Axel’s side! The Rhode Island born superstar picks up the steel chair and lays it across the back of Axel’s head. Axel starts to stir, but Zack keeps him down with another kick! As the chair tethers on Axel’s head like a see-saw, Zack runs the ropes and comes back with a SENTON SPLASH! Zack’s back lands on the chair which drives the hard object deep into Axel’s head! Zack rolls off Axel and clutches his back, but as bad as he’s hurt, it’s nothing compared to pain and suffering Axel is in. Zack grabs the chair and with a maniacal rage exploding in his eyes, he drives it into the back of Axel’s neck! Axel grunts in agony and the pained noise brings a disturbing grin to Zack’s rapidly aging face. COLE Look at Zack Malibu! He’s enjoying this! He’s enjoying this! CABOOSE He isn’t the only one! This is textbook Zack Malibu! When Zack is on, no one stands a chance! Zack hurls daggers at Axel with a cold stare as he watches the bigger man slowly get to his feet. Axel staggers around the ring, not quite sure of where he is. The crowd’s chants and cheers seem to bring him back to life and out of the corner of his eye he catches Zack coming with a steel chair! DUCKED~! AXEL DUCKED~! AXEL SLAM!!!!! From out of nowhere, Axel scores with an Axel slam! Axel stumbles backwards then drops to a knee. Spit mixed with blood begins to drip from his mouth and his eyes already have a rather glazed over look. On the outside, Candie furiously slams her hands against the mat in an attempt to encourage her meal ticket to pull it together. COACH HOT SHIT, PLAYAS! The Axel Slam has changed this match! CABOOSE For the worse! It went from Match of The Year to big steaming dud! Axel lumbers over towards Zack and grabs a fistful of his hair. He looks like he’s about to go for a piledriver, but a violent fit of coughing overtakes him. Crimson liquid shoots out from his mouth and water begins to fill his eyes, nearly blinding him. Ever the resourceful one, Zack takes full advantage of this and low blows his adversary! Zack stands fully upright. He knees him in the gut and hooks him for an underhook powerbomb! WAIT! Axel counters the powerbomb with a back body drop! BUT! Zack lands on his feet! SCHOOLS OUT! BLOCKED! AXEL CATCHES HIS FOOT! CAPTURE SUPLEX BY AXEL! The crowd erupts with glee for the second countering of Zack’s signature move! COACH Two times, Axel’s countered the SO! Zack gets up relatively quicky and charges at Axel! Axel catches him with a POWESLAM! COUNTERED into an armdrag by Zack! But Axel doesn’t go over! Instead he shrugs Zack off and ends up tossing him to the ground! Axel goes for a leg drop, but Zack moves out of the way! Both men to their feet! CHOP by Zack! “WHOO” Chop by Axel! “WHOO” Chop by Zack! “WHOO” Punch to the face by Axel! The blow sends Zack reeling! He staggers back towards the ropes, unable to collect himself! His head feels like someone drilled it with a jackhammer! Axel runs forward and NAILS him with a clothesline! Zack tumbles over the ropes and it appears he may fall into the casket! NO! Zack makes perfect use of his admirable agility and skins the cat! He wraps his legs around Axel’s neck and takes the big man over! Axel puts up a valiant but short fight, but Zack is able to flip him over the ropes and land him in the casket! Relatively unhurt from what’s basically a hurricanrana, Axel starts to sit up. But then.....CANDIE HAMMERS AXEL IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH A SLEDGEHAMMER! COACH WTF????? CABOOSE I love it! I love it! Zack rolls out of the ring and gives his better half an appreciative peck on the cheek. With the crowd vehemently expressing their disdain for the young couple, Zack takes the sledgehammer from Candie. He lifts it above his head and cracks a sadistic smile. As the jeers, boos and taunts rapidly increase in volume and acidity, Zack drives the sledgehammer into Axel’s face! Blood splatters every where but most of it finds a home on the chest of it’s liberator, Zack Malibu. Zack relishes being covered in his rival’s blood and he allows a cruel cackle to rush from mouth! After his deplorable laughter dies down, Zack grabs the lid the of the casket and slams it down, effectively shutting the door on Axel and this match! After the sound of the casket slamming shut travels through the ears of the audience, every single one of them gets onto their feet and boos the hell out of Zack Malibu! COLE Damn it! Zack Malibu has beaten Axel! CABOOSE In his own match, might I add! The Franchise has done did it again! HOLLER AT YOUR BOY! Getting away with murder kicks up and Michael Buffer readies the official announcement. BUFFER Your winner of the Dirty Deeds casket match.....ZACK MALIBUUUUUU! The announcement is met a fresh round boos that’s no less the venomous then the previous ones. Zack and Candie climb onto Axel’s casket and triumphantly raise their arms in the air! The two are all smiles, seemingly forgetting the hell they had to endure to win this match. COACH Just because Zack doesn’t have the belt doesn’t mean he’s not dominant! Zack whips Candie in front of him and takes her into his arms. Wrestling’s first couple, exchange a long, passionate kiss on Axel’s casket. The crowd hurls trash towards the lovebirds, but they’re too taken by the lusty and unrestrained joy of their tender embrace to notice the debris rainfall that not so gently drops all around them. Awwwwww! (FADE OUT)
