My all time favorites have to be Iron Man and Spider-Man. I also like Batman and Daredevil but they're very distant third and fourth place.

 

Regarding villians I think Doctor Doom is the absolute best of the bunch, nobody else can touch him.

Because he looked cool and he helped Spidey out with Venom and some others a few times.  Oh yeah, and add Doctor Doom to my villians list.
