Sorry if that was misleading.

Go and get beat up by some midgets. That's always something for YOU to do.

I've finished the Scorpio and Daniels shoots. I enjoyed the Scorpio shoot a LOT, very candidly discussed events and opinions. He has a good memory of his career, and he happened to be present for some very unique situations, like the fight between Arn and Sid and the infamous match between Cactus and Vader where Foley lost his ear. He does not hesitate to let his true opinions be known about anyon, but is also able to blur the line between personal feelings, and realisitic assesments on their in-ring ability. Highly recommended.

The Daniels shoot was a let down, and I would not recommend it, unless you're just a HUGE Daniels mark. He's highly intelligent and very well spoken, it's just that he hasn't really had as wild and/or varied career as Scorp has. No dirt on wrestlers, just him recapping his indy and Japan work. It's interesting, but not gripping or anything.

Looking forward to seing Foley's shoot, but it'll have to wait. I'm saving damn near every spare penny for the trip to Jersey for the Liger-Joe vs Dragon-Ki match.

Yo, them midgets had soup ladels bro. If they were unarmed I would have stomped them. And quit gabbin here, go review! GO!

Anyway, Scorpios shoot sounds good, but it's sad to hear you were disapointed in Daniels.

I'll second what was said about the Scorpio shoot. The highlight, in my opinion, was his offer to give Buff Bagwell an ass kicking "for free." He also made a side reference to someone impregnating Bagwell's girlfriend, but didn't name names. Also good was promising he will kick Mr. Hughes' ass the next time he sees him.

I watched the first DVD of Foley's and halfway through the second, and I don't know if it lives up to the hype of being "the best shoot of all time." Foley's a hell of a storyteller, and he sounds 100% honest, but I think that most of the interesting Foley stories were told in the books he covered, as the interview is only centered around the time after Foley Is Good was released, whereas the Cornette interview, for instance, spanned a career that was decades long.

I can say that although I didn't watch ALL of the Foley shoot, that I did watch the majority of the first disc. So far, it's been a letdown. He does have interesting things to say, but for all intensive purposes don't expect the "greatest shoot ever".

Was it just me, or did he seem a little annoyed they kept asking about the writing team?

I remember him saying something along the lines of "Man, you guys really want me to bury the writers, don't you?"

Well, I was actually getting sick of him asking about the writers. It was pretty clear to me before I watched a second of this, that Foley wouldn't bad mouth the WWE. He wasn't going to say anything that really would be shocking(but I thought he might rail off about Flair....I didn't get that far yet), especially because he wants to keep a working relationship between himself and Vince. This way, when he puts a book out he will always have a place to promote it.
