Guest Posted May 5, 2002 Report Posted May 5, 2002 Rejection sucks hard. I remember a topic on here a while back about songs to listen to about scorned love or something along those lines, but in my neverending search to post topics that have already been posted, please post your songs that help you cope with rejection. 1. This Love - Pantera 2. I Hate You - Reel Big Fish 3. Heart Shaped Box - Metallica 4. Song for the Dumped - Ben Folds Five If you feel like posting some anti-love songs, feel free.
Guest Choken One Posted May 5, 2002 Report Posted May 5, 2002 You don't listen to Music much do ya? It's NIRVANA that did "Heart Shaped Box" and it's not about a broken heart (in my interpretation)
Guest Posted May 5, 2002 Report Posted May 5, 2002 Whoah, I spaced out on that one...yeah, I know it's Nirvana, but I just had a big discussion with my friend about what was the best Metallica CD, so it was kinda stuck in my head. And, your interpretation is really of no concern to me. Thank you.
Guest goodhelmet Posted May 5, 2002 Report Posted May 5, 2002 Getting over rejection? Suicidal Tendencies- "I'll Hate You Better", "War Inside My Head", "Alone", "GoN Breakdown" Ass Ponys- "Little Bastard" (it just makes me smile) sidenote- are you aware ou spelled hypocrisy wrong?
Guest Posted May 5, 2002 Report Posted May 5, 2002 Yeah, it's my screen name for AIM, the right spelling was taken, and I'm not creative enough to think up a new name for this board.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted May 5, 2002 Report Posted May 5, 2002 "Little Bastard" is in Empire Records, I think...when they're taking photos of Warren with the CDs he stole... I just listen to one CD whenever anything bad happens in my life: Stabbing Westward - Darkest Days
Guest Flyboy Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 Two good GNR ones: You're Crazy (Acoustic is better than one on Appetite for Destructions.. it's on Lies) -- Guns N' Roses Back Off Bitch -- Guns N' Roses Also, Limp Bizkit's Boiler is damned good, too.
