Guest The Hollywood Fashion Plate Report post Posted May 5, 2002 Nope, all of 'em have either been 'fixed' or just redirect to wwe.com. And to think, just last night wwe.com didn't exist!

Guest Mik at Cornell Report post Posted May 6, 2002 The worst part is in the text. Any text that said World Wrestling Federation now just says World Wrestling. Read Hogan's bio on either the Raw or Smackdown pages to see how WCW's ratings suprassed even those of the World Wrestling's. Absolutely pathetic.
Guest Caliban Report post Posted May 6, 2002 Vince is probably scouting out a panda costume for the Big Show right now. Watch him become the WWE's #1 heel!
Guest EMAXSAUN Report post Posted May 6, 2002 http://www.wwewrestlemania.com ...and think about it, the wwf is going to lose a lot of money, because they are going to have to change all of their merch ...and so far their tv hasn't changed. Tonight HeAt was still WWF HeAt
Guest Risk Report post Posted May 6, 2002 Serves Vince right. The WWF has finally died...sort of. Vince McMahon Sr.'s dream is dead. World Wrestling Entertainment is what is left.
Guest Report post Posted May 6, 2002 I just visited www.wwfy2j.com and found that ALL the title accomplishments by which Jericho has won ( record breaking *5* brothers ), have been now referred to as 'Undisputed WWE Title' or 'WWE Intercontinental Champion'... And yes...that sucks...im all for saving panda's and shit, but c'mon, like THEY give a damn what the federations name is which looks after them... This has been the panda loving Oriental Taker Mark ....who is a saaaaad panda

Guest Report post Posted May 6, 2002 Know if anyone flipped out when they dropped one of the Ws? What are you on bro? They didn't drop a w from the name. This is so weird. Did they have a press confrence to annouce the change? Was there a dead-line to get rid of the name? The Wildlife Fund are assholes. They changed there name anyway so why do they care. The fucking asshole judge was on there side even when Vince had the name before there ugly asses. This is so whacked. -------jp OUT(fuck this shit WWE name)

Guest Report post Posted May 6, 2002 Personally, I think all this is hilarious. Vince thought he was such a big shot, and here he is being taken out by a group of animal lovers. I bet Goldberg is getting a kick out of this, too.
Guest Hogan Made Wrestling Report post Posted May 6, 2002 It's quite possible that the WWF is just changing their website, since the scope of the court order affects how they can use and market the WWF initials OUTSIDE of the USA (the ruling was made in Britain and has no juristiction over their domestic business). I think RAW tomorrow night will be the big indicator of how far they are going. If they call it WWE RAW or something like that, then it's obvious they are going the whole 9 yards. If it's still the WWF and they run a segment explaining the website situation and telling the wildlife fund to kiss their asses or something, then I'd venture to guess they are just changing the site. Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted May 6, 2002 You guys are acting like the stock market just crashed. For wrestling, it just did. You do realize we're going to quite likely see a makeover of ALL the belts right? You do know how stupid it was for McMahon to buy a new Undisputed Belt like that only for it to last less than 40 days, right? I hope somebody destroys (or spraypaints *cough*) Hogan's belt in a swerve tomorrow.
Guest Hogan Made Wrestling Report post Posted May 6, 2002 "You guys are acting like the stock market just crashed. " LOL, best quote ever. Although seriously you are right this is not a big deal, I watch the WWF because of what they show, not their name.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted May 6, 2002 While common sense says to add a "e" or "w", it might be best in the long run. Nothing will change. Just the Website and minor, hardly noticable things. Instead of calling them WWF Undisputed champion, it would be UNDISPUTED CHAMPIONSHIP.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted May 7, 2002 Set their headquarters on fire? Ahahahaha what a bunch of immature and spoiled jack offs SOME of you are. waaah waaah we have a new name. oh no what shall we do. Blame Vince for the name change he's the one that did something to break the agreement that Vince had with the Wildlife people which allowed Vince to use the name without any legal problems. Also blame Vince for then pissing them off enough to make them sue Vince after he broke the agreement. Blame Vince for taking it to court confident that he couldn't lose. Blame Vince's ego for making him believe that he was so big that he could do anything he wanted and no one could stop him. The World Wildlife Foundation was around before World Wrestling Federation so they have every right so sue Vince if he broke the agreement they had with each other.
