Arab gimmick praised by Mensa member

Recommended Posts

Moore had a multi-ton, stone depiction of the 10 Commandments erected in the main entrance of an Alabama courthouse in the dead of night. He refused to take it down, even after he was ordered to by a court of law. [A judge who doesn't obey the law?] Finally, against Moore's will, and to the consternation of many conservative Christians, the monument was removed. I remember seeing one Christian protester on TV, apparently ignoring the Commandments' admonition against idolatry, bleating like a wounded sheep, "Keep your hands off our Gooodddd!")

Then he could have said, Judge Moore has the right to excercise his religion, in public, however he wants...even if its the wrong religion, even if it involves false idols.

I hope you're not trying so say that a display of the Ten Commandments is idol worship.

Raven claims that he is a card carrying member of MENSA. He also claims to have an IQ around 150, which last I checked 155 was the cutoff for MENSA members. Regardless, he is one of the most intelligent wrestlers in the business today.

Which is why he's working...where again?

No, but what I am saying is that a thinking Christian should realize that that monument is not God. Nor is God within that monument. The Ten Commandments existed as sacred law FROM God thousands of years before the judge decided to create his own monument to them, and they will exist for quite some time after that monument crumbles to so much granite dust. I was criticizing the protesters cry to "Keep you hands off our God." THAT is worshipping a false idol. Whether you erect a thousand monuments to Him (or Her) or none at all, God will still exist.

Now, if it was the original texts, y'know the ones contained in Indiana Jones' Ark of the Covenant, Judge Moore may have had a point, at least on historical or cultural grounds, but as it stands, the conservative Christians worked themselves into a lather over nothing.

Working in the wrestling business where someone smart can make a good living entertaining people. He also was 'raised' on the business, or saw it as an artform that needed better artists.

Oh and money for drugs.
