Guest cobainwasmurdered Report post Posted May 8, 2002 when was Paul Wight's last good match and how many stars was it. I remember a match against DDP that didn't blow back in WcW and that's about it.
Guest goodhelmet Report post Posted May 8, 2002 I don't recall Big Show ever having a good match. ..... nope....never. He has had some watchable matches but nothing you could call good. His most memorable match, in my opinion, would be his Hogan impersonation against Angle at Backlash 2000. Besides that, nothing.
Guest converge241 Report post Posted May 8, 2002 The DDP matches were good...he had a good bout with Flair when he won his first title.. he had a passable effort with Lex Luger on time.. a decent with Jeff Jarrett (dq ending) these arent ***** classics but based on a sliding scale or a curve, theyre good
Guest saturnmark4life Report post Posted May 8, 2002 true, nothing you could call good, but i always liked his tag matches when he just got the hot tag at the end. Only time he's ever been really over in the wwf. course i don't hate him really.
Guest Report post Posted May 8, 2002 Yea the DDp match from wcw was the best the Flair one was alright too even i believe the Giant no sold a nut shot with brass knucks damn Flair can carry anyone to a watchable match

Spike and Show were getting over huge in that short time (watch that 4 way tag match at one of the PPVs with Hardys,Dudleys, and Hurrican and Storm (i think)). Then it was killed for Show and Tajiri..and then Tajiri and Spike. That was the most I Have ever seen a crowd into Show, because it was limited, they awed at his size and didnt have to be exposed
Guest Ripper Report post Posted May 8, 2002 His first match in the WWF. It was the Raw after he debuted. He had a damn good match with Austin. I think the finish was pretty lame(Mic Foley was the guest ref, hit him like 4 times with a chair, Austin kickwham-ed him and he did the kick out at 3 1/2 spot) It was a very good match if memory serves. Guest Report post Posted May 9, 2002 I rather enjoyed the Survivor Series main event from last year, though Show had very little impact in it.

Guest J*ingus Report post Posted May 9, 2002 For some bizarre reason, Giant and Kevin Nash always worked a bit harder whenever they wrestled each other. Their match at Souled Out '98, where Nash inadvertently invented the ganso bomb, was surprisingly good for those two slugs. They had a couple of Show & someone vs. Outsiders matches that were okay too. Also, I remember the Show & Scott Steiner vs. Rick Steiner tag match from Halloween Havoc '98 was pretty good. Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted May 10, 2002 There was a WWF title match when Show was champion and he was defending against Kane on the main event of Raw. Both guys were faces then and the heat on that match was great. Kane actually picked Show up and held him on his shoulder trying to tombstone him. I will never forget seeing that. Guest HartFan86 Report post Posted May 10, 2002 Big Show's match @ Havoc 98 was really good. The crowd was going crazy for Rick to win and Big Show did A MISSLE DROP KICK OFF THE TOP FUCKING ROPE. I still laugh at the sell Scotty did of that.
Guest What?! Report post Posted May 10, 2002 I thought his two title defenses against Triple H were okay.
Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted May 10, 2002 His Boiler Room match with Foley was quite good, although I originally watched it in my mark days and viewing it now I can see how Mick carried the whole thing.

I havent watched my tape of it yet..I went live and hated it (obviously, not being able to see all the action) that backlash was good all around though otherwise: Owen(last ppv match)/JJ vs Outlaws Shamrock - Taker (some people didnt care for it but i liked it) HHH - Xpac Rock Austin (so much better than WMXV)
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted May 10, 2002 I rate a 'good' match as ***+. That said, his best match is the main event of Wrestlemania XVI, although I'm not sure it counts since he was gone in five minutes and most of it was Rock/HHH. He has had singles matches in the **-to-*** range, but I can't recall any that reached ***.
Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted May 10, 2002 The Triple Threat when he won the WWF Title wasn't too bad. He and Undertaker vs. X-Pac and Kane from Summerslam '99.
Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted May 13, 2002 I like most of the Big Show's matches with the Rock. I'm not a huge fan of either guy but they seem to work well together.
Guest papacita Report post Posted May 13, 2002 Right before Wrestlemania 2000 when Vince gave away the Wrestlemania Main Event on Raw...Rock Vs HHH Vs Big Show for the Title, and Foley came back afterwards. It was a good match and the hot crowd made it even better.
Guest RetroRob215 Report post Posted May 13, 2002 What about when The Giant beat Ric Flair for the WCW. Was that match any good? It is coming up on a tape that I'm in the process of watching...
