LucharesuFan619 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2005 CREDIT: DOIWrestling.com NWA TNA News Update for 1/9 NWA TNA officials were at the CSWF show this past Saturday night. Among the TNA officials was Jeremy Borash. Borash took time out and talked to alot of the fans, vendors and wrestlers at the show. From the people I talked to, who talked to Borash, everyone thought Borash represented TNA well and came off as a nice guy. Some people thought Borash might've been "baby-facing" some people, but in reality, what was he supposed to act like? I thought personally that Borash came off very professional and defended, as well as represented, his company nicely. Borash told the DOI that alot of the rumors about NWA TNA were simply just rumors and not facts. Borash told the DOI that the rumor about TNA losing 16 Million Dollars in a year was completely false. When the DOI asked Borash why he thought the Northeast fans always booed/heckled TNA wrestlers, he didn't know, but did say that TNA were going to find out why and try to make the product more appealing to the fans. Personally, I'm sure the TNA/ROH dealings didn't help, but it looks like TNA is somewhat lifting that ROH policy, as AJ Styles is slated to return to ROH in February. Borash seemed to have a good time at the show, and the DOI is in the works to set up an interview with Borash soon. Abyss was at the show, and was seen talking to Jeff Jarrett at length. As of now, no one knows what was said, but there was no signs of hostility between the two in front of the locker room or the fans. From the people I talked to, who were in the locker room during the show, Jeff Jarrett and Abyss both came off as true professionals, and alot of people called Abyss's match with Mana, the match of the night. (And I agree with that statement). For more on NWA TNA, visit www.tnawrestling.com For more on CSWF, visit www.cswfol.com
