How do you want to see hogan lose the belt?

Guest Jobber of the Week

I was reading the Keith rant for WM7 and I see:

I would just like to note right now that I would give good money to see Hogan come back to the WWF and win the World title right away, then defend it at the Survivor Series. Against Bret Hart. With Vince McMahon at ringside. I think that would be enough of an apology for Bret. I'd love just to see the look on Hulk's face after being screwed. That would be so glorious.

The way the industry is going right now, we're almost at that point. Hogan has to lose the drop the belt somehow. Who would you have him drop it to?

I'd be kind of partial to handing it to Benoit, but that's just me

Hogan still has the ability to make someones career by jobbing the belt to them, shaking their hand and bowing out gracefully forever. I think that if Kurt Angle doesn't do the Olympic thing than he may be the man to do it. If he does than I wouldn't mind seeing Benoit, Jericho (who Hogan has been verbally putting over HUGE) or even Brock Lesnar destroy him for the title.

If Lesner destroyed Hogan for the belt...he'd never shake those Goldberg chants.

Angle is the man.

if not...Jericho and Benoit are good picks (but would likely be fed to HHH soon after killing the whole thing)

It all depends on whether or not the WWE is willing to choose a new direction and stick to it.

Any of the above 3 could signal a passing of the torch from sports entertainment to wrestling.

If they want to build a new product (due to Hogan being old, Austin being almost out...Rock being a movie star...etc)  they should pick a guy to take over as the new leader of the fed.  I'm sorry but HHH is not interesting enough to be that guy.

In this case...my pick would be RVD.

Imagine that match...spooky.

In reality he'll pass it off to Austin at KOTR or Summerslam (depending on ratings)

I think Hogan should lose the title to Austin, probably at Kotr.

They need to get the match in before Hogan is gone, and I think the buildup to it at least could be entertaining.

Austin shouldn't hold the title for long though, he needs to be the one to pass it to a younger guy.

I'd love to see Hogan lose the belt to Chyna...

But that's not happening anytime this millenium, so I'll go with Austin or Jericho. I'd like to see Chris make him tap to the Walls.

YEAH! Us individual wrestling personalities stick together when it comes to our favourite wrestlers!

However...I'd much like to see the Undertaker beat Hogan for the title at Judgement Day...IM IN YOUR CORNER MARK!

Well, not to spoil anyone's Smackdown, but I think Hogan loses to Angle at King of the Ring.  I can't see him losing to Jericho (probably will never win the belt again as long as HHH is in the WWE), HHH needs to wrestle upper card but not main event probably until Survivor Series, Rock isn't doing anything in the WWE, Austin seems to have pissed someone off and I doubt that Taker will beat him at Judg(e)ment Day.  Who else is there?

It'd be great if his finalrun was against the returning Benoit. Make it last a few months...

By the way, respect the Taker, I love the latest picture!

personally, Id like to see him lose it to Austin or Jericho..but I think the best thing for the business is if Hogan loses it clean to someone who has never had the belt before and really put them over

I can see it now... the RAW after Judgment Day, Hogan (still champion, having defeated the Undertaker) makes his entrance and starts walking to the ring to gloat, brother. Before he can make it off the stage, however...

GORE! GORE! GORE!

Setting up Rhyno's first title reign. Hey, he is still ECW champion...

I think Jericho would be the right guy for Hogan to drop the belt to. He has the ability to be a good champion, and it will piss people off (especially the people who think that only people 6'10" and 300 lbs. can be champ) so they'll keep watching to see who finally takes the belt off him. I think Benoit deserves a title run, but I don't think that will happen.

(Jericho-Benoit title feud would rule the universe, though.)

Hogan already ceremoniously passed the "torch" to The Rock at Wrestlemania.  It's been built up as that kind of match.  Hogan should lose the belt to Austin at Summerslam (buyrates), and Austin's reign should last until Wrestlemania 19, where he puts over an elevated RVD for the World Title, and toasts the crowd with beer one last time before he goes out.  For the "Attitude" era to end and the "Desire" era to kick into full force, I think someone young, talented, and over enough (Rob Van Dam) should get the rub from Austin at a Wrestlemania......

(Smackdown Opens)

We see Jericho on a cot in the back. He's sleeping, but he's fidgeting, tossing, and turning constantly.

Suddenly, there's a knock on the door.

Vince McMahon opens the door, peeks his head in, and says:

"Chris, how can you sleep at WrestleMania? Get up! You're up next!"

Jericho slowly sits up and see both title belts around his waist. He shakes his head and looks at the camera:

"Man, what a nightmare!"

We then go on with the show.

                               -=Mike

I'd love to see Jericho do it as well not only would it cement his status as a main guy in the WWEgh but it would also show that new talent may be elevated if they keep Jericho heel wouldn't it be great to have Hogan in the Walls until he taps then not let go they could do a Jericho ended Hulkamaina angle

Hey we can dream can't we

I'd like to see Hogan shown walking towards the arena...

He notices his shoe lace has come undone so he places the belt on top of a near by car and bends over (to do it up).....

*Car drives off*

Hogan does his shoe up but when he goes for his belt....IT'S GONE!

Hogan turns to camera and says:" D'oh! I lost the belt"

Vince then walks by and goes: "Well Hogan, if you can't keep the belt outside the ring then you can't have it at all........Hogan, YOUR FIRED BROTHER"

Then Hogan goes: "D'oh!!!!" (again)

The End.
