Guest Report post Posted May 31, 2002 We should also concentrate on naming the Fed.
Guest treble charged Report post Posted May 31, 2002 Just a suggestion: Should the shows have sub-titles. You know, ones that reflect the main event or the running theme of the show? Kind of like the old IYH PPVs.

Guest Report post Posted May 31, 2002 The Great Angle Bash date should be moved up to the middle of the month. There is still 23 more days and we've already has 2 Internse zones and 2 Helddowns.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted May 31, 2002 We aren't using the Clash name. A little FYI: Did you know, Clash of the Champions was considered to be used as our top TV special? But after a question on why we were naming shows after real WCW PPVs, I decided to drop the name. AngleMania is staying. I made two typos, so my bad on leaving that name out. AngleSlam is up in the air. As for subtitles, the Oct. show will have one. Others might to.

Guest Report post Posted May 31, 2002 How far do you guys have booked in advanced, Tony?
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted May 31, 2002 We know what main event we want for the next show, and making other angles. I know the top two matches for "Beach Brawl" in July. One major angle is already known. BPP & I will have fun booking that. As for the PPV names...AngleMania is the PPV for April. AngleSlam: Battle of the Belts will be in Aug. (Until next year) Ashes 2 Ashes will be in May.
Guest J*ingus Report post Posted May 31, 2002 Ah, none of that crap matters. We need to focus on the REALLY important stuff around here. Like the fact that... Guest Risk Report post Posted May 31, 2002 Welcome to the club, Devilman. I think we should name the OAOAST WCW. Hell, we already have the DoD...
Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted May 31, 2002 While straying away (but not too far) from the Angle-inspired names, here are a few names for the fed. American Wrestling Enterprise American Championship Wrestling Pro Wrestling Glory We could always go all-out and resurrect the AWA name. But then the bookers would have to push their sons as the top babyface, and turn anyone close to surpassing him in popularity heel.
Guest Report post Posted May 31, 2002 What's wrong with OAOAST for a name?
Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted May 31, 2002 I don't mind calling it OAOAST. It just seems like some people would rather have an actual "fed name", so I'm giving my input. But I'm cool with it as OAOAST too.
Guest Report post Posted May 31, 2002 Tony, I will send in the two WCW jobber squashes at 1800 Pacific time.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted May 31, 2002 We should keep the "OAOAST" name. Why? If you think about it -- every real wrestling promotion, be it independent feds or the big time feds have a hard time thinking of names that haven't been used or gives them their own identity. Which became a slight problem when I started naming the PPVs. When you hear OAOAST. You know who we are.
Guest Risk Report post Posted May 31, 2002 OAOAST is kind of a weird name and hope it gets changed. It makes it seem more about one person than the rest. Plus, it's a wrestling promotion, not a thread. I have some name suggestions. MEDAL WCW AWA America One Wrestling(and it could be on the America One TV station!) FX Wrestling(and it could be on FX!) GOLD World Wrestling Federation(Hah) Worldwide Wrestling Federation World Wrestling STAMPEDE Non Traditional Wrestling INTENSE~! Pro Wrestling Angle Sports(we could have this be like Titan Sports, but we wouldn't really refer to the name too much) North American Pro Wrestling

Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted May 31, 2002 Tony We've had some hardcore thunderstorms here on the east coast the past couple days, and more still to come. Sorry, but it's gonna be a bit before I can get my matches in. Getting electrocuted tends to be a bad thing.

Guest Tony149 Report post Posted May 31, 2002 That's ok, Sandman. Tomorrow's WCW show is already booked. I just need to go into the production studios at Angle Towers in Pittsburgh and do the "voice-overs." One match is already booked for WCW next week.
Guest alfdogg Report post Posted May 31, 2002 I PM'ed CWM about this yesterday, and he thought it was a good idea, and we wanted to get everyone else's thoughts on it. I was thinking about making a new board on EZBoard. There have been so many trolls here lately it's not even funny. The primary focus would be the OAOAST, but you could have conversation about other shit, too. The forum will start out with just Wrestling stuff, and the OAOAST will have its own folder. Supermods will be myself, AS, CWM, and Tony as of right now. I also think Flyboy would make a decent mod. Do we need more than four or five, or is that enough? Also, I'd like ideas on other folders. Thanks.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Report post Posted May 31, 2002 yeah. i thought this would be a decent idea. I love this forum, but it's an interesting idea having our own forum. we'd have the OAOAST stuff over there and maybe some other stuff.
Guest alfdogg Report post Posted May 31, 2002 I would have let AS know, too, but his BOX WAS FULL!

Guest Report post Posted May 31, 2002 I think that's a good idea to have our own forum. I had that idea when I made the website, but everyone said we wouldn't need one. Shouldn't the mods be CWM, Tony, and BBP since they are the "Staff" though.
Guest alfdogg Report post Posted May 31, 2002 That's a good point. I'll make the three of them mods, and also myself and AS. I'm just trying to let more people in. I've PM'ed efDDT about it too.
