Guest Choken One Posted May 9, 2002 Report Posted May 9, 2002 Coca-Cola and Pepsico bring more variety to an already crowded Soda crowd...which has better chance of survival? I'm betting V.C will go the way of Cherry Coke....Nothing huge but nothing embarassing. as for Pepsi Blue? I dunno...Mt. Dw blue is intriguing...but Blue flavored Pepsi? I've yet to have either but V.C already has a market.
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted May 9, 2002 Report Posted May 9, 2002 Blue Pepsi? Is Pepsico going for the Patriotism angle? Red Mountain Dew Blue Pepsi Crystal Pepsi (is this sh*t still around?) I can see the slogan now: You're not buying Pepsi, you're fighting terrorism
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted May 10, 2002 Report Posted May 10, 2002 Crystal Pepsi is long gong unless some crazy person still has a bottle in the fridge from 10 years ago. As for Pepsi Blue, berry flavored Pepsi? I dunno. I would have made Code Blue Mt Dew personally.. Vanilla Coke will definitely be better than Lemon Diet Coke. You can even make your own by using some vanilla syrup (not vanilla extract) and put it in your own coke (probably would taste better in Diet). Im happy that Diet Code Red Mt. Dew is comming out this summer.
Guest converge241 Posted May 10, 2002 Report Posted May 10, 2002 what the fuck is pepsi blue????????? bluberry? why cant i get a pepsi jack daniels in a can or something seriously though wtf??
Guest Choken One Posted May 10, 2002 Report Posted May 10, 2002 No, they are not going for the Patriotism sell, they are just trying to outdo Mt. Dew (which is odd, they are both the same company)
Guest Will Scarlet Posted May 10, 2002 Report Posted May 10, 2002 Pepsi Blue will probably fail. I know I have tried blueberry soda before, and it was absolutely terrible, from what I remember. I am not a big fan vanilla cola, but Vanilla Coke will probably do more successful than Pepsi Blue.
Guest Just call me Dan Posted May 10, 2002 Report Posted May 10, 2002 Vanilla? *pukes* Hell I could buy Pepsi Blue and make an Icee out of it too, but it will tank.
Guest Choken One Posted May 11, 2002 Report Posted May 11, 2002 We already got Code RED Mt. Dew Pepsi Blue Did Pepsico get an extra shipment of Color Dye or something? How much longer before Dr. Pepper Purple?
Guest Posted May 11, 2002 Report Posted May 11, 2002 Vanilla Coke has one distinct advantage to it: Has anyone ever tried Jack & Coke? Now, has anyone ever tried Jack & Vanilla Coke? If you haven't tried it, get some good vanilla and you will become a believer.
Guest hardyz1 Posted May 11, 2002 Report Posted May 11, 2002 Dr. Pepper supposedly has a new soda coming out this year called Red Fusion, or something like that. On another note, Wild Cherry Pepsi kicks ass.
Guest Mark4steamboat Posted May 11, 2002 Report Posted May 11, 2002 yeah red fusion looks like it will suck though.
Guest Posted May 12, 2002 Report Posted May 12, 2002 I can't wait for a white soda... call it Nuclear Winter
Guest converge241 Posted May 13, 2002 Report Posted May 13, 2002 Has anyone ever tried Jack & Coke? Now, has anyone ever tried Jack & Vanilla Coke? let me tell you my friend i am the master of BBK's , and i will try your recomendation!
Guest Shaved Bear Posted May 19, 2002 Report Posted May 19, 2002 i love all sodas, except those crappy ones that are like pineapple flavored and you get 4 2lt bottles for 99cents
Guest Posted May 22, 2002 Report Posted May 22, 2002 I tried the Vanilla Coke a couple days ago and it tastes like.... FUCKING CREAM SODA.
Guest starvenger Posted May 22, 2002 Report Posted May 22, 2002 >I tried the Vanilla Coke a couple days ago and it tastes like.... >FUCKING CREAM SODA. That ain't right. If you can get your hands on some, try a Jones Soda vanilla cola. And is it just me, or should Coke have maybe done this when Pulp Fiction was still in theatres?
Guest Posted May 22, 2002 Report Posted May 22, 2002 Pepsi Blue? WTF? Not here yet but it sounds weird. I heard they may MD:Blue but Pepsi Blue? I dont know, but I will try it. Vanilla Coke is good, its really sweet though but I like it.
Guest razazteca Posted May 23, 2002 Report Posted May 23, 2002 the creme sodas will fail just like the clear/crystal sodas did
Guest areacode212 Posted May 23, 2002 Report Posted May 23, 2002 Has anyone ever tried Jack & Coke? Now, has anyone ever tried Jack & Vanilla Coke? let me tell you my friend i am the master of BBK's , and i will try your recomendation! Now do you mean Jack and Vanilla Coke (the one sold in stores), or Jack and home-made vanilla coke?
Guest J*ingus Posted May 23, 2002 Report Posted May 23, 2002 I just tried a vanilla coke about a week ago, and dear lord it was horrible. Even I, a proud Coke drinker who usually sucks down about a 2-liter per day of the regular stuff, couldn't finish the can of the vanilla crap. It had some kind of weird bitter subtaste to it.
